1 These are the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, and Judah, Issachar, and Zebulun;
1 Estes foram os filhos de Israel: Rúben, Simeão, Levi, Judá, Issacar, Zebulom,
2 Dan, Joseph, and Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
2 Dã, José, Benjamim, Naftali, Gade e Aser.
3 The sons of Judah: Er, and Onan, and Shelah; which three were born unto him of Bath-shua the Canaanitess. And Er, Judah's first-born, was wicked in the sight of the LORD; and He slew him.
3 Estes foram os filhos de Judá: Er, Onã e Selá. Ele teve esses três filhos com uma mulher cananéia, a filha de Suá. Mas o Senhor reprovou a conduta perversa de Er, filho mais velho de Judá, e por isso o matou.
4 And Tamar his daughter-in-law bore him Perez and Zerah. All the sons of Judah were five.
4 Tamar, nora de Judá, deu-lhe os filhos Perez e Zerá. A Judá nasceram ao todo cinco filhos.
5 The sons of Perez: Hezron, and Hamul.
5 Estes foram os filhos de Perez: Hezrom e Hamul.
6 And the sons of Zerah: Zimri, and Ethan, and Heman, and Calcol, and Dara: five of them in all.
6 Estes foram os filhos de Zerá: Zinri, Etã, Hemã, Calcol e Darda. Foram cinco ao todo.
7 And the sons of Carmi: Achar, the troubler of Israel, who committed a trespass concerning the devoted thing.
7 O filho de Carmi foi Acar. Ele causou desgraça a Israel ao violar a proibição de se apossar das coisas consagradas.
8 And the sons of Ethan: Azariah.
8 Este foi o filho de Etã: Azarias.
9 The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him: Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.
9 Os filhos que nasceram a Hezrom foram Jerameel, Rão e Calebe.
10 And Ram begot Amminadab; and Amminadab begot Nahshon, prince of the children of Judah;
10 Rão gerou Aminadabe, e Aminadabe gerou Naassom, o líder da tribo de Judá.
11 and Nahshon begot Salma, and Salma begot Boaz;
11 Naassom gerou Salmom, Salmom gerou Boaz,
12 and Boaz begot Obed, and Obed begot Jesse;
12 Boaz gerou Obede, e Obede gerou Jessé.
13 and Jesse begot his first-born Eliab, and Abinadab the second, and Shimea the third;
13 Jessé gerou Eliabe, o seu filho mais velho; o segundo foi Abinadabe, o terceiro Siméia,
14 Nethanel the fourth, Raddai the fifth;

15 Ozem the sixth, David the seventh.

16 And their sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. And the sons of Zeruiah: Abishai, and Joab, and Asahel, three.
16 As irmãs deles foram Zeruia e Abigail. Os três filhos de Zeruia foram Abisai, Joabe e Asael.
17 And Abigail bore Amasa; and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmaelite.
17 Abigail deu à luz Amasa, filho do ismaelita Jéter.
18 And Caleb the son of Hezron begot children of Azubah his wife--and of Jerioth--and these were her sons: Jesher, and Shobab, and Ardon.
18 Calebe, filho de Hezrom, teve uma filha chamada Jeriote com sua mulher Azuba. Estes foram os filhos de Azuba: Jeser, Sobabe e Ardom.
19 And Azubah died, and Caleb took unto him Ephrath, who bore him Hur.
19 Quando Azuba morreu, Calebe tomou por mulher a Efrate, com quem teve Hur.
20 And Hur begot Uri, and Uri begot Bezalel.
20 Hur gerou Uri, e Uri gerou Bezalel.
21 And afterward Hezron went in to the daughter of Machir the father of Gilead; whom he took to wife when he was threescore years old; and she bore him Segub.
21 Depois disso, Hezrom, aos sessenta anos, tomou por mulher a filha de Maquir, pai de Gileade e ela deu-lhe um filho chamado Segube.
22 And Segub begot Jair, who had three and twenty cities in the land of Gilead.
22 Segube gerou Jair, que governou vinte e três cidades em Gileade.
23 And Geshur and Aram took Havvoth-jair from them, with Kenath, and the villages thereof, even threescore cities. All these were the sons of Machir the father of Gilead.
23 Gesur e Arã conquistaram Havote-Jair, bem como Quenate e os povoados ao redor, ao todo sessenta cidades. Todos esses foram descendentes de Maquir, pai de Gileade.
24 And after that Hezron was dead in Caleb-ephrath, then Abiah Hezron's wife bore him Ashhur the father of Tekoa.
24 Depois que Hezrom morreu em Calebe-Efrata, Abia, a mulher de Hezrom, deu-lhe Asur, fundador de Tecoa.
25 And the sons of Jerahmeel the first-born of Hezron were Ram the first-born, and Bunah, and Oren, and Ozem, Ahijah.
25 Estes foram os filhos de Jerameel, o filho mais velho de Hezrom: Rão, o mais velho, Buna, Orém, Ozém e Aías.
26 And Jerahmeel had another wife, whose name was Atarah; she was the mother of Onam.
26 Jerameel teve outra mulher, chamada Atara, que foi a mãe de Onã.
27 And the sons of Ram the first-born of Jerahmeel were Maaz, and Jamin, and Eker.
27 Estes foram os filhos de Rão, o filho mais velho de Jerameel: Maaz, Jamim e Equer.
28 And the sons of Onam were Shammai, and Jada; and the sons of Shammai: Nadab, and Abishur.
28 Estes foram os filhos de Onã: Samai e Jada. Estes foram os filhos de Samai: Nadabe e Abisur.
29 And the name of the wife of Abishur was Abihail; and she bore him Ahban, and Molid.
29 O nome da mulher de Abisur era Abiail. Ela deu-lhe dois filhos: Abã e Molide.
30 And the sons of Nadab: Seled, and Appaim; but Seled died without children.
30 Estes foram os filhos de Nadabe: Selede e Apaim. Selede morreu sem filhos.
31 And the sons of Appaim: Ishi. And the sons of Ishi: Sheshan. And the sons of Sheshan: Ahlai.
31 O filho de Apaim foi Isi, pai de Sesã, pai de Alai.
32 And the sons of Jada the brother of Shammai: Jether, and Jonathan: and Jether died without children.
32 Estes foram os filhos de Jada, irmão de Samai: Jéter e Jônatas. Jéter morreu sem filhos.
33 And the sons of Jonathan: Peleth, and Zaza. These were the sons of Jerahmeel.
33 Estes foram os filhos de Jônatas: Pelete e Zaza. Foram esses os descendentes de Jera-meel.
34 Now Sheshan had no sons, but daughters. And Sheshan had a servant, an Egyptian, whose name was Jarha.
34 Sesã não teve filhos, apenas filhas. Tinha ele um escravo egípcio chamado Jará,
35 So Sheshan gave his daughter to Jarha his servant to wife; and she bore him Attai.
35 a quem deu uma de suas filhas por mulher. E ela deu-lhe um filho chamado Atai.
36 And Attai begot Nathan, and Nathan begot Zabad;
36 Atai gerou Natã, Natã gerou Zabade,
37 and Zabad begot Ephlal, and Ephlal begot Obed;
37 Zabade gerou Eflal, Eflal gerou Obede,
38 and Obed begot Jehu, and Jehu begot Azariah;
38 Obede gerou Jeú, Jeú gerou Azarias,
39 and Azariah begot Helez, and Helez begot Eleasah;
39 Azarias gerou Helez, Helez gerou Eleasa,
40 and Eleasah begot Sisamai, and Sisamai begot Shallum;
40 Eleasa gerou Sismai, Sismai gerou Salum,
41 and Shallum begot Jekamiah, and Jekamiah begot Elishama.
41 Salum gerou Jecamias, e Jecamias gerou Elisama.
42 And the sons of Caleb the brother of Jerahmeel were Mesha his first-born, who was the father of Ziph, and the sons of Mareshah the father of Hebron.
42 Estes foram os filhos de Calebe, irmão de Jerameel: Messa, o mais velho, que foi o pai de Zife, e seu filho Maressa, pai de Hebrom.
43 And the sons of Hebron: Korah, and Tappuah, and Rekem, and Shema.
43 Estes foram os filhos de Hebrom: Corá, Tapua, Requém e Sema.
44 And Shema begot Raham, the father of Jorkeam; and Rekem begot Shammai.
44 Sema gerou Raão, pai de Jorqueão. Requém gerou Samai.
45 And the son of Shammai was Maon; and Maon was the father of Beth-zur.
45 O filho de Samai foi Maom, e Maom foi o pai de Bete-Zur.
46 And Ephah, Caleb's concubine, bore Haran, and Moza, and Gazez; and Haran begot Gazez.
46 A concubina de Calebe, Efá teve três filhos: Harã, Mosa e Gazez. Harã gerou Gazez.
47 And the sons of Jahdai: Regem, and Jotham, and Geshan, and Pelet, and Ephah, and Shaaph.
47 Estes foram os filhos de Jadai: Regém, Jotão, Gesã, Pelete, Efá e Saafe.
48 Maacah, Caleb's concubine, bore Sheber and Tirhanah.
48 A concubina de Calebe, Maaca teve dois filhos: Seber e Tiraná.
49 And the wife of Shaaph the father of Madmannah bore Sheva the father of Machbenah and the father of Gibea. And the daughter of Caleb was Achsah.
49 Ela também teve Saafe, pai de Madmana, e Seva, pai de Macbena e de Gibeá. A filha de Calebe chamava-se Acsa.
50 These were the sons of Caleb. The sons of Hur the first-born of Ephrath: Shobal the father of Kiriath-jearim;
50 Calebe teve também estes outros descendentes: Os filhos de Hur, o filho mais velho de Efrate: Sobal, fundador de Quiriate-Jearim,
51 Salma the father of Beth-lehem, Hareph the father of Beth-gader.
51 Salma, fundador de Belém, e Harefe, fundador de Bete-Gader.
52 And Shobal the father of Kiriath-jearim had sons: Haroeh, and half of the Menuhoth.
52 Os descendentes de Sobal, fundador de Quiriate-Jearim: O povo de Haroé, metade dos manaatitas,
53 And the families of Kiriath-jearim: the Ithrites, and the Puthites, and the Shumathites, and the Mishraites; of them came the Zorathites, and the Eshtaolites.
53 e os clãs de Quiriate-Jearim: os itritas, os fateus, os sumateus e os misraeus. Desses descenderam os zoratitas e os estaoleus.
54 The sons of Salma: Beth-lehem, and the Netophathites, Atroth-beth-joab, and half of the Manahathites, the Zorites.
54 Os descendentes de Salma: O povo de Belém e de Atrote-Bete-Joabe, os netofatitas, metade dos manaatitas, os zoreus,
55 And the families of scribes that dwelt at Jabez: the Tirathites, the Shimeathites, the Sucathites. These are the Kenites that came of Hammath, the father of the house of Rechab.
55 e os clãs dos escribas que viviam em Jabez: os tiratitas, os simeatitas e os sucatitas. Esses foram os queneus, descendentes de Hamate, antepassado da família de Recabe.
