1 And|strong="H8033" Abraham journeyed|strong="H5265" from|strong="H5265" thence|strong="H8033" toward the|strong="H8033" land of|strong="H3427" the|strong="H8033" South|strong="H5045", and|strong="H8033" dwelt|strong="H3427" between|strong="H3427" Kadesh|strong="H6946" and|strong="H8033" Shur|strong="H7793"; and|strong="H8033" he|strong="H8033" sojourned|strong="H1481" in|strong="H3427" Gerar|strong="H1642".
1 E partiu Abraão dali para a terra do Sul e habitou entre Cades e Sur; e peregrinou em Gerar.
2 And|strong="H7971" Abraham|strong="H3947" said of|strong="H4428" Sarah|strong="H8283" his|strong="H7971" wife, She|strong="H1931" is|strong="H1931" my|strong="H3947" sister: and|strong="H7971" Abimelech king|strong="H4428" of|strong="H4428" Gerar|strong="H1642" sent|strong="H7971", and|strong="H7971" took|strong="H3947" Sarah|strong="H8283".
2 E, havendo Abraão dito de Sara, sua mulher: É minha irmã, enviou Abimeleque, rei de Gerar, e tomou a Sara.
3 But|strong="H2009" God came to|strong="H4191" Abimelech in|strong="H5921" a|strong="H3068" dream|strong="H2472" of|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" night|strong="H3915", and|strong="H3915" said to|strong="H4191" him|strong="H5921", Behold|strong="H2009", thou art but|strong="H2009" a|strong="H3068" dead|strong="H4191" man|strong="H1167", because|strong="H5921" of|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" woman whom thou hast taken|strong="H3947"; for|strong="H5921" she|strong="H1931" is|strong="H1931" a|strong="H3068" man|strong="H1167"’s wife|strong="H1166".
3 Deus, porém, veio a Abimeleque em sonhos de noite e disse-lhe: Eis que morto és por causa da mulher que tomaste; porque ela está casada com marido.
4 Now|strong="H1571" Abimelech had|strong="H1471" not|strong="H3808" come|strong="H7126" near|strong="H7126" her|strong="H1571": and|strong="H1471" he|strong="H3808" said, Lord|strong="H6662", wilt thou slay|strong="H2026" even|strong="H1571" a|strong="H3068" righteous|strong="H6662" nation|strong="H1471"?
4 Mas Abimeleque ainda não se tinha chegado a ela; por isso, disse: Senhor, matarás também uma nação justa?
5 Said he|strong="H1931" not|strong="H3808" himself|strong="H1931" unto|strong="H6213" me|strong="H6213", She|strong="H1931" is|strong="H1931" my|strong="H6213" sister? and|strong="H6213" she|strong="H1931", even|strong="H1571" she|strong="H1931" herself|strong="H1931" said, He|strong="H1931" is|strong="H1931" my|strong="H6213" brother: in|strong="H6213" the|strong="H6213" integrity|strong="H8537" of|strong="H3709" my|strong="H6213" heart|strong="H3824" and|strong="H6213" the|strong="H6213" innocency|strong="H5356" of|strong="H3709" my|strong="H6213" hands|strong="H3709" have|strong="H1571" I|strong="H3808" done|strong="H6213" this|strong="H2063".
5 Não me disse ele mesmo: É minha irmã? E ela também disse: É meu irmão. Em sinceridade do coração e em pureza das minhas mãos, tenho feito isto.
6 And|strong="H6213" God|strong="H5414" said|strong="H3651" unto|strong="H5414" him|strong="H5414" in|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" dream|strong="H2472", Yea|strong="H3588", I|strong="H3588" know|strong="H3045" that|strong="H3588" in|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" integrity|strong="H8537" of|strong="H5921" thy|strong="H5414" heart|strong="H3824" thou|strong="H3045" hast|strong="H3045" done|strong="H6213" this|strong="H2063", and|strong="H6213" I|strong="H3588" also|strong="H1571" withheld|strong="H2820" thee|strong="H5414" from|strong="H5921" sinning|strong="H2398" against|strong="H5921" me|strong="H5414": therefore|strong="H3651" suffered|strong="H5414" I|strong="H3588" thee|strong="H5414" not|strong="H3808" to|strong="H6213" touch|strong="H5060" her|strong="H5414".
6 E disse-lhe Deus em sonhos: Bem sei eu que na sinceridade do teu coração fizeste isto; e também eu te tenho impedido de pecar contra mim; por isso, te não permiti tocá-la.
7 Now|strong="H6258" therefore|strong="H6258" restore|strong="H7725" the|strong="H3605" man|strong="H4191"’s wife; for|strong="H3588" he|strong="H1931" is|strong="H1931" a|strong="H3068" prophet|strong="H5030", and|strong="H7725" he|strong="H1931" shall|strong="H5030" pray|strong="H6419" for|strong="H3588" thee|strong="H7725", and|strong="H7725" thou|strong="H3045" shalt live|strong="H2421": and|strong="H7725" if|strong="H3588" thou|strong="H3045" restore|strong="H7725" her|strong="H3605" not|strong="H3045", know|strong="H3045" thou|strong="H3045" that|strong="H3588" thou|strong="H3045" shalt surely|strong="H4191" die|strong="H4191", thou|strong="H3045", and|strong="H7725" all|strong="H3605" that|strong="H3588" are|strong="H5030" thine|strong="H7725".
7 Agora, pois, restitui a mulher ao seu marido, porque profeta é e rogará por ti, para que vivas; porém, se não lha restituíres, sabe que certamente morrerás, tu e tudo o que é teu.
8 And|strong="H5650" Abimelech rose|strong="H7925" early|strong="H7925" in|strong="H1696" the|strong="H3605" morning|strong="H1242", and|strong="H5650" called|strong="H7121" all|strong="H3605" his|strong="H3605" servants|strong="H5650", and|strong="H5650" told|strong="H1696" all|strong="H3605" these|strong="H1696" things|strong="H1697" in|strong="H1696" their|strong="H3605" ears: and|strong="H5650" the|strong="H3605" men|strong="H5650" were|strong="H1697" sore|strong="H3966" afraid|strong="H3372".
8 E levantou-se Abimeleque pela manhã, de madrugada, chamou todos os seus servos e falou todas estas palavras em seus ouvidos; e temeram muito aqueles varões.
9 Then|strong="H6213" Abimelech called|strong="H7121" Abraham, and|strong="H1419" said|strong="H7121" unto|strong="H6213" him|strong="H7121", What|strong="H4100" hast thou|strong="H6213" done|strong="H6213" unto|strong="H6213" us|strong="H5921"? and|strong="H1419" wherein|strong="H4100" have|strong="H3588" I|strong="H3588" sinned|strong="H2398" against|strong="H5921" thee|strong="H6213", that|strong="H3588" thou|strong="H6213" hast brought|strong="H6213" on|strong="H5921" me|strong="H5978" and|strong="H1419" on|strong="H5921" my|strong="H5921" kingdom|strong="H4467" a|strong="H3068" great|strong="H1419" sin|strong="H2398"? thou|strong="H6213" hast done|strong="H6213" deeds|strong="H4639" unto|strong="H6213" me|strong="H5978" that|strong="H3588" ought not|strong="H3808" to|strong="H6213" be|strong="H3808" done|strong="H6213".
9 Então, chamou Abimeleque a Abraão e disse-lhe: Que nos fizeste? E em que pequei contra ti, para trazeres sobre mim e meu reino tamanho pecado? Tu me fizeste aquilo que não deverias ter feito.
10 And|strong="H7200" Abimelech said|strong="H1697" unto|strong="H6213" Abraham, What|strong="H4100" sawest|strong="H7200" thou|strong="H6213", that|strong="H3588" thou|strong="H6213" hast done|strong="H6213" this|strong="H2088" thing|strong="H1697"?
10 Disse mais Abimeleque a Abraão: Que tens visto, para fazeres tal coisa?
11 And|strong="H1697" Abraham said|strong="H1697", Because|strong="H3588" I|strong="H3588" thought|strong="H1697", Surely|strong="H3588" the|strong="H5921" fear|strong="H3374" of|strong="H1697" God is|strong="H2088" not|strong="H2088" in|strong="H5921" this|strong="H2088" place|strong="H4725"; and|strong="H1697" they|strong="H3588" will|strong="H1697" slay|strong="H2026" me|strong="H5921" for|strong="H3588" my|strong="H5921" wife’s sake|strong="H5921".
11 E disse Abraão: Porque eu dizia comigo: Certamente não há temor de Deus neste lugar, e eles me matarão por amor da minha mulher.
12 And|strong="H1323" moreover|strong="H1571" she|strong="H1931" is|strong="H1931" indeed|strong="H1571" my|strong="H1961" sister, the|strong="H1961" daughter|strong="H1323" of|strong="H1323" my|strong="H1961" father, but|strong="H3808" not|strong="H3808" the|strong="H1961" daughter|strong="H1323" of|strong="H1323" my|strong="H1961" mother; and|strong="H1323" she|strong="H1931" became|strong="H1961" my|strong="H1961" wife:
12 E, na verdade, é ela também minha irmã, filha de meu pai, mas não filha da minha mãe; e veio a ser minha mulher.
13 and|strong="H1004" it|strong="H1931" came|strong="H1961" to|strong="H1961" pass|strong="H1961", when|strong="H1961" God caused|strong="H1961" me|strong="H5978" to|strong="H1961" wander|strong="H8582" from|strong="H1961" my|strong="H3605" father’s house|strong="H1004", that|strong="H3605" I|strong="H2088" said unto|strong="H6213" her|strong="H3605", This|strong="H2088" is|strong="H2088" thy|strong="H6213" kindness|strong="H2617" which|strong="H1931" thou|strong="H6213" shalt show|strong="H6213" unto|strong="H6213" me|strong="H5978": at|strong="H1004" every|strong="H3605" place|strong="H4725" whither|strong="H8033" we|strong="H3068" shall|strong="H1004" come|strong="H1961", say of|strong="H1004" me|strong="H5978", He|strong="H1931" is|strong="H2088" my|strong="H3605" brother.
13 E aconteceu que, fazendo-me Deus sair errante da casa de meu pai, eu lhe disse: Seja esta a graça que me farás em todo o lugar aonde viermos: dize de mim: É meu irmão.
14 And|strong="H7725" Abimelech took|strong="H3947" sheep|strong="H6629" and|strong="H7725" oxen|strong="H1241", and|strong="H7725" menservants|strong="H5650" and|strong="H7725" womenservants|strong="H8198", and|strong="H7725" gave|strong="H5414" them|strong="H5414" unto|strong="H5414" Abraham|strong="H3947", and|strong="H7725" restored|strong="H7725" him|strong="H5414" Sarah|strong="H8283" his|strong="H5414" wife.
14 Então, tomou Abimeleque ovelhas, e vacas, e servos, e servas e os deu a Abraão; e restituiu-lhe Sara, sua mulher.
15 And|strong="H5869" Abimelech said, Behold|strong="H2009", my|strong="H6440" land|strong="H6440" is|strong="H2896" before|strong="H6440" thee|strong="H6440": dwell|strong="H3427" where|strong="H2009" it|strong="H6440" pleaseth|strong="H2896" thee|strong="H6440".
15 E disse Abimeleque: Eis que a minha terra está diante da tua face; habita onde bom for aos teus olhos.
16 And|strong="H3701" unto|strong="H5414" Sarah|strong="H8283" he|strong="H1931" said, Behold|strong="H2009", I|strong="H5414" have|strong="H5869" given|strong="H5414" thy|strong="H5414" brother a|strong="H3068" thousand pieces of|strong="H5869" silver|strong="H3701": behold|strong="H2009", it|strong="H5414" is|strong="H1931" for|strong="H3605" thee|strong="H5414" a|strong="H3068" covering|strong="H3682" of|strong="H5869" the|strong="H3605" eyes|strong="H5869" to|strong="H5414" all|strong="H3605" that|strong="H3605" are|strong="H5869" with|strong="H3198" thee|strong="H5414"; and|strong="H3701" in|strong="H5414" respect of|strong="H5869" all|strong="H3605" thou|strong="H5414" art righted.
16 E a Sara disse: Vês que tenho dado ao teu irmão mil moedas de prata; eis que elas te sejam por véu dos olhos para com todos os que contigo estão e até para com todos os outros; e estás advertida.
17 And|strong="H6419" Abraham prayed|strong="H6419" unto|strong="H3205" God: and|strong="H6419" God healed|strong="H7495" Abimelech, and|strong="H6419" his|strong="H3205" wife, and|strong="H6419" his|strong="H3205" maidservants; and|strong="H6419" they|strong="H3205" bare|strong="H3205" children|strong="H3205".
17 E orou Abraão a Deus, e sarou Deus a Abimeleque, e a sua mulher, e as suas servas, de maneira que tiveram filhos;
18 For|strong="H3588" Jehovah|strong="H3068" had|strong="H3068" fast|strong="H6113" closed|strong="H6113" up|strong="H6113" all|strong="H3605" the|strong="H3605" wombs|strong="H7358" of|strong="H1004" the|strong="H3605" house|strong="H1004" of|strong="H1004" Abimelech, because|strong="H3588" of|strong="H1004" Sarah|strong="H8283", Abraham’s wife.
18 porque o Senhor havia fechado totalmente todas as madres da casa de Abimeleque, por causa de Sara, mulher de Abraão.
