Gálatas 3
Text-Critical English New Testament (ENG_TCE) vs AAI
1 O foolish Galatians! Who has bewitched youto keep you from obeying the truth? In your presence, before your very eyes, Jesus Christ was publicly portrayed as crucified.
1 Kwa Galasia sabuw i kwabikoko’aw! Yait rarafi kwabi’afesair? Kwa etei matamaim Jesu Keriso onaf afe’en momorob isan, ayu bebeyan maiyow ana morob mi’itube i akubunabuna kwanowar.
2 Let me ask you this one question: Did you receive the Spirit by works of the law or by hearing with faith?
2 Imih au baibat ta’imon anibat kwanao ana nowar. Anun Kakafiyin kwabaib i ofafar eo na’atube kwasisinaf imih kwabai, o Tur Gewasin kwanowar kwaitumatum imih kwabai?
3 Are you so foolish? Having begun by the Spirit, are you now trying to be perfected by the flesh?
3 Kwa mi’itube’emih kwabikoko’aw! Kwa i Anun Kakafiyinamaim kwabusuruf; naatu boun i kwakokok taiyuw a fairamaim kwanakusouwimih kwabiwa’an?
4 Did you suffer so much in vain?—if indeed it was in vain.
4 Kwa iti biyababan kwabai kwabi’akir kwanotanot i yabin en ai ana yasisir en? Ige, iti sawar ibo anayabin auman o ana’an auman.
5 Does God supply you with the Spirit and work miracles among you because you perform the works of the law or because you hear with faith?
5 God Anun Kakafiyin ebit naatu wanawanamaim ina’inan ebiwa’an, anayabin ofafar eo na’atube kwasisinaf imih ebit o Tur Gewasin kwanowar kwabitumatum imih ebit?
6 Remember, “Abraham believed God, and it was counted to him as righteousness.”
6 Abraham ana yawas mi’itube ma’am i kwana’itin; Buk eo na’atube, Abraham God itumitum, naatu i ana baitumatumamaim God bai, anayabin ana ef mutufurin God matanamaim.
7 Therefore you must understand that those who have faith are the sons of Abraham.
7 Imih kwa i kwanaso’ob, Abraham wawawan anababatun i sabuw iyab aurih baitumatum ema’am.
8 Now the Scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the Gentiles by faith, preached the gospel beforehand to Abraham, saying, “All the nations will be blessed in yoʋ.”
8 Buk marasika eo baiman na’atube, God Ufun Sabuw baitumatumamaim boro nayamutufurih. Naatu imih Tur Gewasin Abraham isan eorereb. “O wanawanamaim God boro sabuw etei nigegewasinih.”
9 So then, those who have faith are blessed along with Abraham, the man of faith.
9 Abraham itumatum naatu baigegewasin bai, imih sabuw iyab tibitumatum i baigegewasin tebaib i baib na’atube.
10 For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, because it is written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law.”
10 Sabuw iyab ofafar tafan hitumatum hima tibi’ufunun, nati sabuw i o rarafen babanamaim tema’am. Anayabin Bukamaim eo, “Orot yait Ofafar Bukamaim hikirum inu’in mar etei men nati tur eo na’atube ebi’ufunun, nati orot i God ana orarafen babanamaim ema’am!”
11 Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, because “the righteous will live by faith.”
11 Imih boun i bebeyan ebi’obaiyit men yait ta ofafar eo’omaim boro ana ef nayamutufur nan God biyan natitamih. Anayabin Bukamaim eo, “Orot yait baitumatumamaim ana ef yamutufur na God baib, i akisinamo boro nama.”
12 But the law is not based on faith; on the contrary, “The person who does these things will live by them.”
12 Ofafar ana bowabow i men ta baitumatumamaim ema’am, baise Bukamaim eo, “Orot yait sawar etei ofafar eo na’atube nasisinaf na’at boro nama.”
13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us, for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.”
13 Baise it etei ofafar ana orarafen babanamaim tama’am Keriso tubunit it ata orarafen i bai; anayabin Bukamaim eo, “Orot yait ai afe’en teo’onaf nati orot
14 He redeemed us so that the blessing of Abraham would come to the Gentiles inChrist Jesus, so that we could receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
14 Keriso iti sinaf saise baigegewasin God Abraham eo’omatan i Keriso Jesu’umaim tan Ufun Sabuw hitab, saise baitumatumamaim Anun Kakafiyin tatab God eo’omatanit na’atube.
15 Brothers, let me give an example from everyday life: When a man-made covenant is ratified, no one annuls it or adds to it.
15 Taitu tuwai’inah, ayu i boro mar etei tasisinafumaim ao kwana’itin. Orot rou’ab sawar ta isan hairi hio hibasit wabih obaibasit ana fefemaim hikikirum boro men yait ta na’astu’ub o tafan naya’abar.
16 Now the promises were spoken to Abraham and to his descendant. Scripture does not say, “And to his descendants,” referring to many, but referring to one man it says, “And to yoʋr descendant,” who is Christ.
16 Naatu boun kwana’itin, God ana omatanen ta Abraham eomatan, naatu uwan auman eomatan, Bukamaim i men hikirum hio wawawan, nati i men wanawan moumurih isah eo, baise uwan ta’imon isan eo. Nati uwan i Keriso.
17 My point is this: The law, which came four hundred and thirty years later, cannot annul a covenant previously ratified by Godto Christ, so as to invalidate the promise.
17 Abisa ao anayabin i God Abraham hairi obaibasit ta hikirum in, imaibo kwamur 430 sasawar ufunamaim ofafar matar, imih men karam God ana obaibasit marasika kikirum boro ta’astu’ub naatu ana omatanen tabosair.
18 For if the inheritance comes by the law, it no longer comes by the promise; but God granted it to Abraham by a promise.
18 Anayabin God ana siwar ofafar tafanamaim tabatabat na’at, nati i ana omatanen tafanamaim boro men tabat, baise God ana bosiyasiyaramaim ana omatanen kaif Abraham baigegewasin itin.
19 Why then was the law given? It was added because of transgressions, until the descendant should come to whom the promise had been made. It was ordained through angels by the hand of a mediator.
19 Imih ofafar ana’an i abisa isan matar? Ofafar mamatar ana’an i kakafih imaim itinin so’ob isan. Naatu imaim tabonawiyit tanan Abraham uwan isan God eo’omatan tan tatit. Iti ofafar i tounamatar hibai hire orot foun batayan hitin.
20 Now a mediator does not represent just one party, but God is one.
20 Naatu God Abraham omatanen bitin ana veya i men foun batayan orot biyanamaim sinaf, baise God akisin foun bat sinaf.
21 Is the law then opposed to the promises of God? Certainly not! For if a law had been given that was able to give life, truly righteousness would have come through the law.
21 Kwanotanot ofafar naatu God ana omatanen hairi i tibigamigam? En anababatun, anayabin ofafaramaim orot ana yawas tabaib na’at, turobe orot ana ef yamutufurin isan boro ofafaramaim tan.
22 But the Scripture has confined all under sin, so that the promise might be given on the basis of faith in Jesus Christ to those who believe.
22 Baise Bukamaim eorereb tanowar, tafaram tutufin etei i bowabow kakafin ana fair bai karatan. Imih ef ta’imon God ana omatanen bain nowatamih matar isan i Jesu Keriso akisinamo tanitumitum.
23 Now before faith came, we were kept in custody under the law, confined until the faith that was to come would be revealed.
23 Baitumatum i ufibo natit, baise wantoro’ot i ofafar buwit ana dibur yariyit tama nan imaibo baitumatum natit irerereb.
24 The law, then, was our guardian until Christ came, so that we could be justified by faith.
24 Isan imih ofafar i ata bai’obaiyen orot na’atube bonawiyit tana Keriso biyan tatit, naatu boun i baitumatumamaim ata ef yamutufur God nanamaim tatit.
25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian,
25 Imih it boro men ofafar ana bonawiyenamaim tanama’amih, nati i sawar, anayabin boun i baitumatum ana veya tit.
26 for you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus.
26 Naatu kwa etei’imak baitumatumamaim kwana Jesu Keriso bairi kwaita’imon God natunatun kwamatar.
27 For all of you who were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
27 Keriso wabinamaim bapataito kwabai ata kou’ay ta’imon matar, imih Keriso ana yawas a faifuwamih kwa’us.
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.
28 Imih kwa i men a itinin tata’amih, men Jew o Ufun Sabuw, men akir o roufamen sabuw, men orot o babin, kwa etei i ta’imon Keriso Jesu ana baita’imonin wanawananamaim kwama’am.
29 And if you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's descendants and heirs according to the promise.
29 Keriso kwa nowa namamatar na’at, kwa i Abraham wawawan naatu God abisa eo’omatan boro kwanab.
