1 Firme está o meu coração, ó Deus! Cantarei e entoarei louvores de toda a minha alma.
2 Awake, psaltery and|strong="H3820" harp: I|strong="H3559" myself|strong="H3820" will|strong="H3820" awake right|strong="H3559" early.
2 Despertai, saltério e harpa! Quero acordar a alva.
3 I|strong="H5782" will give thanks unto thee, O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068", among the|strong="H5782" peoples: and|strong="H3658" I|strong="H5782" will sing praises unto thee among the|strong="H5782" nations.
3 Render-te-ei graças entre os povos, ó Senhor ! Cantar-te-ei louvores entre as nações.

4 Porque acima dos céus se eleva a tua misericórdia, e a tua fidelidade, para além das nuvens.

5 Sê exaltado, ó Deus, acima dos céus; e em toda a terra esplenda a tua glória,
6 That|strong="H3605" thy|strong="H8064" beloved may|strong="H3519" be|strong="H8064" delivered, save with|strong="H5921" thy|strong="H8064" right hand, and|strong="H8064" answer us|strong="H5921".
6 para que os teus amados sejam livres; salva com a tua destra e responde-nos.

7 Disse Deus na sua santidade: Exultarei; dividirei Siquém e medirei o vale de Sucote.

8 Meu é Gileade, meu é Manassés; Efraim é a defesa de minha cabeça; Judá é o meu cetro.

9 Moabe, porém, é a minha bacia de lavar; sobre Edom atirarei a minha sandália; sobre a Filístia jubilarei.

10 Quem me conduzirá à cidade fortificada? Quem me guiará até Edom?

11 Não nos rejeitaste, ó Deus? Tu não sais, ó Deus, com os nossos exércitos!
12 Give us|strong="H2186" help against the|strong="H3318" adversary: for|strong="H6635" vain is|strong="H6635" the|strong="H3318" help of|strong="H6635" man.
12 Presta-nos auxílio na angústia, pois vão é o socorro do homem.
13 Through God we|strong="H3068" shall|strong="H6862" do valiantly: for|strong="H8668" he it is that|strong="H8668" shall|strong="H6862" tread down our adversaries|strong="H6862".
13 Em Deus faremos proezas, porque ele mesmo calca aos pés os nossos adversários.
