1 Ó Deus, não guardes silêncio; não te cales nem fiques impassível, ó Deus.
2 For, lo, thine enemies|strong="H0341" make a tumult|strong="H1993": and they that hate|strong="H8130" thee have lifted up|strong="H5375" the head|strong="H7218".
2 Pois eis que teus inimigos se alvoroçam, e os que te odeiam levantam a cabeça.
3 They have taken crafty|strong="H6191" counsel|strong="H5475" against thy people|strong="H5971", and consulted|strong="H3289" against thy hidden ones|strong="H6845".
3 Astutamente formam conselho contra o teu povo, e conspiram contra os teus protegidos.
4 They have said|strong="H0559", Come|strong="H3212", and let us cut them off|strong="H3582" from being a nation|strong="H1471"; that the name|strong="H8034" of Israel|strong="H3478" may be no more in remembrance|strong="H2142".
4 Dizem eles: Vinde, e apaguemo-los para que não sejam nação, nem seja lembrado mais o nome de Israel.
5 For they have consulted|strong="H3289" together|strong="H3162" with one consent|strong="H3820": they are|strong="H3772" confederate|strong="H1285" against thee:
5 Pois à uma se conluiam; aliam-se contra ti
6 The tabernacles|strong="H0168" of Edom|strong="H0123", and the Ishmaelites|strong="H3459"; of Moab|strong="H4124", and the Hagarenes|strong="H1905";
6 as tendas de Edom e os ismaelitas, Moabe e os hagarenos,
7 Gebal|strong="H1381", and Ammon|strong="H5983", and Amalek|strong="H6002"; the Philistines|strong="H6429" with the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of Tyre|strong="H6865";
7 Gebal, Amom e Amaleque, e a Filístia com os habitantes de tiro.
8 Assur|strong="H0804" also is joined|strong="H3867" with them: they have holpen|strong="H2220" the children|strong="H1121" of Lot|strong="H3876". Selah|strong="H5542".
8 Também a Assíria se ligou a eles; eles são o braço forte dos filhos de Ló.

10 os quais foram destruídos em En-Dor; tornaram-se esterco para a terra.
11 Make|strong="H7896" their nobles|strong="H5081" like Oreb|strong="H6159", and like Zeeb|strong="H2062": yea, all their princes|strong="H5257" as Zebah|strong="H2078", and as Zalmunna|strong="H6759":
11 Faze aos seus nobres como a Orebe e a Zeebe; e a todos os seus príncipes como a Zebá e a Zalmuna,
12 Who said|strong="H0559", Let us take to ourselves the houses|strong="H4999" of God|strong="H0430" in possession|strong="H3423".
12 que disseram: Tomemos para nós as pastagens de Deus.
13 O my God|strong="H0430", make|strong="H7896" them like a wheel|strong="H1534"; as the stubble|strong="H7179" before|strong="H6440" the wind|strong="H7307".
13 Deus meu, faze-os como um turbilhão de pó, como a palha diante do vento.
14 As the fire|strong="H0784" burneth|strong="H1197" a wood|strong="H3293", and as the flame|strong="H3852" setteth|strong="H3857" the mountains|strong="H2022" on fire|strong="H3857";
14 Como o fogo queima um bosque, e como a chama incedeia as montanhas,
15 So persecute|strong="H7291" them with thy tempest|strong="H5591", and make them afraid|strong="H0926" with thy storm|strong="H5492".
15 assim persegue-os com a tua tempestade, e assombra-os com o teu furacão.
16 Fill|strong="H4390" their faces|strong="H6440" with shame|strong="H7036"; that they may seek|strong="H1245" thy name|strong="H8034", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
16 Cobre-lhes o rosto de confusão, de modo que busquem o teu nome, Senhor.
17 Let them be confounded|strong="H0954" and troubled|strong="H0926" for ever|strong="H5703"; yea, let them be put to shame|strong="H2659", and perish|strong="H0006":
17 Sejam envergonhados e conturbados perpetuamente; sejam confundidos, e pereçam,
18 That men may know|strong="H3045" that thou, whose name|strong="H8034" alone is \+w JEHOVAH|strong="H3068"\+w*, art the most high|strong="H5945" over all the earth|strong="H0776".
18 para que saibam que só tu, cujo nome é o Senhor, és o Altíssimo sobre toda a terra.
