1 Clamei a Deus com a minha voz; a Deus levantei a minha voz, e ele inclinou para mim os ouvidos.
2 In the day|strong="H3117" of my trouble|strong="H6869" I sought|strong="H1875" the Lord|strong="H0136": my sore|strong="H3027" ran|strong="H5064" in the night|strong="H3915", and ceased|strong="H6313" not: my soul|strong="H5315" refused|strong="H3985" to be comforted|strong="H5162".
2 No dia da minha angústia busquei ao Senhor; a minha mão se estendeu de noite e não cessava; a minha alma recusava ser consolada.
3 I remembered|strong="H2142" God|strong="H0430", and was troubled|strong="H1993": I complained|strong="H7878", and my spirit|strong="H7307" was overwhelmed|strong="H5848". Selah|strong="H5542".

4 Sustentaste os meus olhos vigilantes; estou tão perturbado, que não posso falar.

5 Considerava os dias da antiguidade, os anos dos tempos passados.

6 De noite chamei à lembrança o meu cântico; meditei em meu coração, e o meu espírito investigou:

7 Rejeitará o Senhor para sempre e não tornará a ser favorável?
8 Is his mercy|strong="H2617" clean gone|strong="H0656" for ever|strong="H5331"? doth his promise|strong="H0562" fail|strong="H1584" for evermore|strong="H1755"?
8 Cessou para sempre a sua benignidade? Acabou-se já a promessa que veio de geração em geração?
9 Hath God|strong="H0410" forgotten|strong="H7911" to be gracious|strong="H2589"? hath he in anger|strong="H0639" shut up|strong="H7092" his tender mercies|strong="H7356"? Selah|strong="H5542".
9 Esqueceu-se Deus de ter misericórdia? Ou encerrou ele as suas misericórdias na sua ira? (Selá)

10 E eu disse: isto é enfermidade minha; e logo me lembrei dos anos da destra do Altíssimo.

11 Lembrar-me-ei, pois, das obras do Senhor ; certamente que me lembrarei das tuas maravilhas da antiguidade.
12 I will meditate|strong="H1897" also of all thy work|strong="H6467", and talk|strong="H7878" of thy doings|strong="H5949".
12 Meditarei também em todas as tuas obras e falarei dos teus feitos.
13 Thy way|strong="H1870", O God|strong="H0430", is in the sanctuary|strong="H6944": who is so great|strong="H1419" a God|strong="H0410" as our God|strong="H0430"?
13 O teu caminho, ó Deus, está no santuário. Que deus é tão grande como o nosso Deus?
14 Thou art the God|strong="H0410" that doest|strong="H6213" wonders|strong="H6382": thou hast declared|strong="H3045" thy strength|strong="H5797" among the people|strong="H5971".
14 Tu és o Deus que fazes maravilhas; tu fizeste notória a tua força entre os povos.

17 Grossas nuvens se desfizeram em água; os céus retumbaram; as tuas flechas correram de uma para outra parte.
18 The voice|strong="H6963" of thy thunder|strong="H7482" was in the heaven|strong="H1534": the lightnings|strong="H1300" lightened|strong="H0215" the world|strong="H8398": the earth|strong="H0776" trembled|strong="H7264" and shook|strong="H7493".
18 A voz do teu trovão repercutiu-se nos ares; os relâmpagos alumiaram o mundo; a terra se abalou e tremeu.
19 Thy way|strong="H1870" is in the sea|strong="H3220", and thy path|strong="H7635" in the great|strong="H7227" waters|strong="H4325", and thy footsteps|strong="H6119" are not known|strong="H3045".
19 Pelo mar foi teu caminho, e tuas veredas, pelas grandes águas; e as tuas pegadas não se conheceram.
20 Thou leddest|strong="H5148" thy people|strong="H5971" like a flock|strong="H6629" by the hand|strong="H3027" of Moses|strong="H4872" and Aaron|strong="H0175".
20 Guiaste o teu povo, como a um rebanho, pela mão de Moisés e de Arão.
