1 Rejoice|strong="H7442" in the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, O ye righteous|strong="H6662": for praise|strong="H8416" is comely|strong="H5000" for the upright|strong="H3477".
1 Regozijai no SENHOR, ó vós justos; pois o louvor é agradável para os justos.
2 Praise|strong="H3034" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* with harp|strong="H3658": sing|strong="H2167" unto him with the psaltery|strong="H5035" and an instrument of ten strings|strong="H6218".
2 Louvai ao SENHOR com harpa; cantai a ele com saltério e com um instrumento de dez cordas.
3 Sing|strong="H7891" unto him a new|strong="H2319" song|strong="H7892"; play|strong="H5059" skilfully|strong="H3190" with a loud noise|strong="H8643".
3 Cantai a ele uma nova canção; tocai habilmente com grande júbilo.
4 For the word|strong="H1697" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is right|strong="H3477"; and all his works|strong="H4639" are done in truth|strong="H0530".
4 Porque a palavra do SENHOR é certa; e todas as suas obras são feitas na verdade.
5 He loveth|strong="H0157" righteousness|strong="H6666" and judgment|strong="H4941": the earth|strong="H0776" is full|strong="H4390" of the goodness|strong="H2617" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
5 Ele ama a justiça e o juízo; a terra está cheia da bondade do SENHOR.
6 By the word|strong="H1697" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* were the heavens|strong="H8064" made|strong="H6213"; and all the host|strong="H6635" of them by the breath|strong="H7307" of his mouth|strong="H6310".
6 Pela palavra do SENHOR os céus foram feitos; e todo o exército deles pelo fôlego de sua boca.
7 He gathereth|strong="H3664" the waters|strong="H4325" of the sea|strong="H3220" together as an heap|strong="H5067": he layeth up|strong="H5414" the depth|strong="H8415" in storehouses|strong="H0214".
7 Ele reúne as águas do mar juntamente como um montão; ele ajunta os abismos em depósitos.
8 Let all the earth|strong="H0776" fear|strong="H3372" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: let all the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of the world|strong="H8398" stand in awe|strong="H1481" of him.
8 Que toda a terra tema ao SENHOR; que todos os habitantes do mundo fiquem perplexos com ele.
9 For he spake|strong="H0559", and it was done; he commanded|strong="H6680", and it stood fast|strong="H5975".
9 Porque ele falou, e foi feito; ele comandou, e firmou-se.
10 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* bringeth|strong="H6331" the counsel|strong="H6098" of the heathen|strong="H1471" to nought|strong="H6331": he maketh|strong="H5106" the devices|strong="H4284" of the people|strong="H5971" of none effect|strong="H5106".
10 O SENHOR traz o conselho dos pagãos a nada; ele faz com que os artifícios dos povos não tenham efeito.
11 The counsel|strong="H6098" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* standeth|strong="H5975" for ever|strong="H5769", the thoughts|strong="H4284" of his heart|strong="H3820" to all|strong="H1755" generations|strong="H1755".
11 O conselho do SENHOR permanece para sempre; os pensamentos de seu coração para todas as gerações.
12 Blessed|strong="H0835" is the nation|strong="H1471" whose God|strong="H0430" is the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*; and the people|strong="H5971" whom he hath chosen|strong="H0977" for his own inheritance|strong="H5159".
12 Abençoada é a nação cujo Deus é o SENHOR; e o povo o qual ele escolheu para sua própria herança.
13 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* looketh|strong="H5027" from heaven|strong="H8064"; he beholdeth|strong="H7200" all the sons|strong="H1121" of men|strong="H0120".
13 O SENHOR olha do céu; ele está vendo todos os filhos dos homens.
14 From the place|strong="H4349" of his habitation|strong="H3427" he looketh|strong="H7688" upon all the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of the earth|strong="H0776".
14 Do lugar de sua habitação ele contempla todos os habitantes da terra.
15 He fashioneth|strong="H3335" their hearts|strong="H3820" alike|strong="H3162"; he considereth|strong="H0995" all their works|strong="H4639".
15 Ele forma seus corações da mesma maneira; ele considera todas as suas obras.
16 There is no king|strong="H4428" saved|strong="H3467" by the multitude|strong="H7230" of an host|strong="H2428": a mighty man|strong="H1368" is not delivered|strong="H5337" by much|strong="H7230" strength|strong="H3581".
16 Não há rei salvo pela multidão de um exército; um homem poderoso não é liberto por muita força.
17 An horse|strong="H5483" is a vain thing|strong="H8267" for safety|strong="H8668": neither shall he deliver|strong="H4422" any by his great|strong="H7230" strength|strong="H2428".
17 Um cavalo é uma coisa vã para a segurança; nem livrará ninguém por sua grande força.
18 Behold, the eye|strong="H5869" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is upon them that fear|strong="H3373" him, upon them that hope|strong="H3176" in his mercy|strong="H2617";
18 Eis que o olho do SENHOR é sobre aqueles que o temem, sobre aqueles que esperam em sua misericórdia;
19 To deliver|strong="H5337" their soul|strong="H5315" from death|strong="H4194", and to keep them alive|strong="H2421" in famine|strong="H7458".
19 para livrar a sua alma da morte, e para manterem-se vivos na fome.
20 Our soul|strong="H5315" waiteth|strong="H2442" for the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*: he is our help|strong="H5828" and our shield|strong="H4043".
20 Nossa alma espera pelo SENHOR; ele é a nossa ajuda e o nosso escudo.
21 For our heart|strong="H3820" shall rejoice|strong="H8055" in him, because we have trusted|strong="H0982" in his holy|strong="H6944" name|strong="H8034".
21 Pois nosso coração regozijará nele, porque nós confiamos no seu santo nome.
22 Let thy mercy|strong="H2617", O \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, be upon us, according as we hope|strong="H3176" in thee.
22 Que a tua misericórdia, ó SENHOR, seja sobre nós, à medida que tivermos esperança em ti.
