1 Salmo. Louvai o Senhor porque ele é bom; cantai ao nosso Deus porque ele é amável, e o louvor lhe convém.
2 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* doth build up|strong="H1129" Jerusalem|strong="H3389": he gathereth together|strong="H3664" the outcasts|strong="H1760" of Israel|strong="H3478".
2 O Senhor reconstrói Jerusalém, e congrega os dispersos de Israel.
3 He healeth|strong="H7495" the broken|strong="H7665" in heart|strong="H3820", and bindeth up|strong="H2280" their wounds|strong="H6094".
3 Ele cura os que têm o coração ferido, e pensa-lhes as chagas.
4 He telleth|strong="H4487" the number|strong="H4557" of the stars|strong="H3556"; he calleth|strong="H7121" them all by their names|strong="H8034".
4 É ele que fixa o número das estrelas, e designa cada uma por seu nome.
5 Great|strong="H1419" is our Lord|strong="H0113", and of great|strong="H7227" power|strong="H3581": his understanding|strong="H8394" is infinite|strong="H4557".
5 Grande é o Senhor nosso e poderosa a sua força; sua sabedoria não tem limites.

8 A ele que cobre os céus de nuvens, que faz cair a chuva à terra; a ele que faz crescer a relva nas montanhas, e germinar plantas úteis para o homem.
9 He giveth|strong="H5414" to the beast|strong="H0929" his food|strong="H3899", and to the young|strong="H1121" ravens|strong="H6158" which cry|strong="H7121".
9 Que dá sustento aos rebanhos, aos filhotes dos corvos que por ele clamam.
10 He delighteth|strong="H2654" not in the strength|strong="H1369" of the horse|strong="H5483": he taketh not pleasure|strong="H7521" in the legs|strong="H7785" of a man|strong="H0376".
10 Não é o vigor do cavalo que lhe agrada, nem ele se compraz nos jarretes do corredor.
11 The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* taketh pleasure|strong="H7521" in them that fear|strong="H3373" him, in those that hope|strong="H3176" in his mercy|strong="H2617".
11 Agradam ao Senhor somente os que o temem, e confiam em sua misericórdia.
12 Praise|strong="H7623" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, O Jerusalem|strong="H3389"; praise|strong="H1984" thy God|strong="H0430", O Zion|strong="H6726".
12 Salmo. Louva, ó Jerusalém, ao Senhor; louva o teu Deus, ó Sião,
13 For he hath strengthened|strong="H2388" the bars|strong="H1280" of thy gates|strong="H8179"; he hath blessed|strong="H1288" thy children|strong="H1121" within|strong="H7130" thee.
13 porque ele reforçou os ferrolhos de tuas portas, e abençoou teus filhos em teu seio.
14 He maketh|strong="H7760" peace|strong="H7965" in thy borders|strong="H1366", and filleth|strong="H7646" thee with the finest|strong="H2459" of the wheat|strong="H2406".
14 Estabeleceu a paz em tuas fronteiras, e te nutre com a flor do trigo.
15 He sendeth forth|strong="H7971" his commandment|strong="H0565" upon earth|strong="H0776": his word|strong="H1697" runneth|strong="H7323" very swiftly|strong="H4120".
15 Ele revelou sua palavra a Jacó, e aí ela corre velozmente.
16 He giveth|strong="H5414" snow|strong="H7950" like wool|strong="H6785": he scattereth|strong="H6340" the hoarfrost|strong="H3713" like ashes|strong="H0665".
16 Ele faz cair a neve como lã, espalha a geada, como cinza.

17 Atira o seu granizo como migalhas de pão, diante de seu frio as águas se congelam.
18 He sendeth out|strong="H7971" his word|strong="H1697", and melteth|strong="H4529" them: he causeth his wind|strong="H7307" to blow|strong="H5380", and the waters|strong="H4325" flow|strong="H5140".
18 À sua ordem, porém, elas se derretem; faz soprar o vento e as águas correm de novo.
19 He sheweth|strong="H5046" his word|strong="H1697" unto Jacob|strong="H3290", his statutes|strong="H2706" and his judgments|strong="H4941" unto Israel|strong="H3478".
19 Ele revelou sua palavra a Jacó, sua lei e seus preceitos a Israel.
20 He hath not dealt|strong="H6213" so with any nation|strong="H1471": and as for his judgments|strong="H4941", they have not known|strong="H3045" them. Praise|strong="H1984" ye the \+w LORD|strong="H3050"\+w*.
