2 Eu ouvi, Senhor, a tua fama, e temi; aviva, ó Senhor, a tua obra no meio dos anos; faze que ela seja conhecida no meio dos anos; na ira lembra-te da misericórdia.
3 God|strong="H0433" came|strong="H0935" from Teman|strong="H8487", and the Holy One|strong="H6918" from mount|strong="H2022" Paran|strong="H6290". Selah|strong="H5542". 5 Adiante dele vai a peste, e por detrás a praga ardente.

6 Pára, e mede a terra; olha, e sacode as nações; e os montes perpétuos se espalham, os outeiros eternos se abatem; assim é o seu andar desde a eternidade.

8 Acaso é contra os rios que o Senhor está irado? E contra os ribeiros a tua ira, ou contra o mar o teu furor, visto que andas montado nos teus cavalos, nos teus carros de vitória?
9 Thy bow|strong="H7198" was made quite|strong="H6181" naked|strong="H5783", according to the oaths|strong="H7621" of the tribes|strong="H4294", even thy word|strong="H0562". Selah|strong="H5542". Thou didst cleave|strong="H1234" the earth|strong="H0776" with rivers|strong="H5104".
9 Descoberto de todo está o teu arco; a tua aljava está cheia de flechas. {Selá} Tu fendes a terra com rios.
10 The mountains|strong="H2022" saw|strong="H7200" thee, and they trembled|strong="H2342": the overflowing|strong="H2230" of the water|strong="H4325" passed by|strong="H5674": the deep|strong="H8415" uttered|strong="H5414" his voice|strong="H6963", and lifted up|strong="H5375" his hands|strong="H3027" on high|strong="H7315".
10 Os montes te vêem, e se contorcem; inundação das águas passa; o abismo faz ouvir a sua voz, e levanta bem alto as suas mãos.
11 The sun|strong="H8121" and moon|strong="H3394" stood still|strong="H5975" in their habitation|strong="H2073": at the light|strong="H0216" of thine arrows|strong="H2671" they went|strong="H1980", and at the shining|strong="H5051" of thy glittering|strong="H1300" spear|strong="H2595".
11 O sol e a lua param nas suas moradas, ante o lampejo das tuas flechas volantes, e ao brilho intenso da tua lança fulgurante.
12 Thou didst march through|strong="H6805" the land|strong="H0776" in indignation|strong="H2195", thou didst thresh|strong="H1758" the heathen|strong="H1471" in anger|strong="H0639".
12 com indignação marchas pela terra, com ira trilhas as nações.
13 Thou wentest forth|strong="H3318" for the salvation|strong="H3468" of thy people|strong="H5971", even for salvation|strong="H3468" with thine anointed|strong="H4899"; thou woundedst|strong="H4272" the head|strong="H7218" out of the house|strong="H1004" of the wicked|strong="H7563", by discovering|strong="H6168" the foundation|strong="H3247" unto the neck|strong="H6677". 13 Tu sais para o socorro do teu povo, para salvamento dos teus ungidos. Tu despedaças a cabeça da casa do ímpio, descobrindo-lhe de todo os fundamentos. {selá}
14 Thou didst strike through|strong="H5344" with his staves|strong="H4294" the head|strong="H7218" of his villages|strong="H6518": they came out as a whirlwind|strong="H5590" to scatter|strong="H6327" me: their rejoicing|strong="H5951" was as to devour|strong="H0398" the poor|strong="H6041" secretly|strong="H4565".
14 Traspassas a cabeça dos seus guerreiros com as suas próprias lanças; eles me acometem como turbilhão para me espalharem; alegram-se, como se estivessem para devorar o pobre em segredo.
15 Thou didst walk|strong="H1869" through the sea|strong="H3220" with thine horses|strong="H5483", through the heap|strong="H2563" of great|strong="H7227" waters|strong="H4325".
15 Tu com os teus cavalos marchas pelo mar, pelo montão de grandes águas.
16 When I heard|strong="H8085", my belly|strong="H0990" trembled|strong="H7264"; my lips|strong="H8193" quivered|strong="H6750" at the voice|strong="H6963": rottenness|strong="H7538" entered|strong="H0935" into my bones|strong="H6106", and I trembled|strong="H7264" in myself, that I might rest|strong="H5117" in the day|strong="H3117" of trouble|strong="H6869": when he cometh up|strong="H5927" unto the people|strong="H5971", he will invade them with his troops|strong="H1464".
16 Ouvindo-o eu, o meu ventre se comove, ao seu ruído tremem os meus lábios; entra a podridão nos meus ossos, vacilam os meus passos; em silêncio, pois, aguardarei o dia da angústia que há de vir sobre o povo
17 Although the fig tree|strong="H8384" shall not blossom|strong="H6524", neither shall fruit|strong="H2981" be in the vines|strong="H1612"; the labour|strong="H4639" of the olive|strong="H2132" shall fail|strong="H3584", and the fields|strong="H7709" shall yield|strong="H6213" no meat|strong="H0400"; the flock|strong="H6629" shall be cut off|strong="H1504" from the fold|strong="H4356", and there shall be no herd|strong="H1241" in the stalls|strong="H7517":
17 Ainda que a figueira não floresça, nem haja fruto nas vides; ainda que falhe o produto da oliveira, e os campos não produzam mantimento; ainda que o rebanho seja exterminado da malhada e nos currais não haja gado.
18 Yet I will rejoice|strong="H5937" in the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, I will joy|strong="H1523" in the God|strong="H0430" of my salvation|strong="H3468".
18 todavia eu me alegrarei no Senhor, exultarei no Deus da minha salvação.
19 The \+w LORD|strong="H3069"\+w* God|strong="H0136" is my strength|strong="H2428", and he will make|strong="H7760" my feet|strong="H7272" like hinds’|strong="H0355" feet, and he will make me to walk|strong="H1869" upon mine high places|strong="H1116".
