4 Os descendentes de Javã foram: Elisá, Társis, Quitim e Rodanim.

25 Héber teve dois filhos. O primeiro recebeu o nome de Pelegue, pois em sua época a terra foi dividida. O irmão de Pelegue recebeu o nome de Joctã.
