1 And God|strong="H0430" blessed|strong="H1288" Noah|strong="H5146" and his sons|strong="H1121", and said|strong="H0559" unto them, Be fruitful|strong="H6509", and multiply|strong="H7235", and replenish|strong="H4390" the earth|strong="H0776".
2 And the fear of you|strong="H4172" and the dread of you|strong="H2844" shall be upon every beast|strong="H2416" of the earth|strong="H0776", and upon every fowl|strong="H5775" of the air|strong="H8064", upon all that moveth|strong="H7430" upon the earth|strong="H0127", and upon all the fishes|strong="H1709" of the sea|strong="H3220"; into your hand|strong="H3027" are they delivered|strong="H5414".
3 Every moving thing|strong="H7431" that liveth|strong="H2416" shall be meat|strong="H0402" for you; even as the green|strong="H3418" herb|strong="H6212" have I given|strong="H5414" you all things.
4 But|strong="H0389" flesh|strong="H1320" with the life|strong="H5315" thereof, which is the blood|strong="H1818" thereof, shall ye not eat|strong="H0398".
5 And surely|strong="H0389" your blood|strong="H1818" of your lives|strong="H5315" will I require|strong="H1875"; at the hand|strong="H3027" of every beast|strong="H2416" will I require it|strong="H1875", and at the hand|strong="H3027" of man|strong="H0120"; at the hand|strong="H3027" of every man’s|strong="H0376" brother|strong="H0251" will I require|strong="H1875" the life|strong="H5315" of man|strong="H0120".
6 Whoso sheddeth|strong="H8210" man’s|strong="H0120" blood|strong="H1818", by man|strong="H0120" shall his blood|strong="H1818" be shed|strong="H8210": for in the image|strong="H6754" of God|strong="H0430" made|strong="H6213" he man|strong="H0120".
7 And you, be ye fruitful|strong="H6509", and multiply|strong="H7235"; bring forth abundantly|strong="H8317" in the earth|strong="H0776", and multiply|strong="H7235" therein.
8 And God|strong="H0430" spake|strong="H0559" unto Noah|strong="H5146", and to his sons|strong="H1121" with him, saying|strong="H0559",
9 And I, behold, I establish|strong="H6965" my covenant|strong="H1285" with you, and with your seed|strong="H2233" after you|strong="H0310";
10 And with every living|strong="H2416" creature|strong="H5315" that is with you, of the fowl|strong="H5775", of the cattle|strong="H0929", and of every beast|strong="H2416" of the earth|strong="H0776" with you; from all that go out|strong="H3318" of the ark|strong="H8392", to every beast|strong="H2416" of the earth|strong="H0776".
11 And I will establish|strong="H6965" my covenant|strong="H1285" with you; neither shall all flesh|strong="H1320" be cut off|strong="H3772" any more by the waters|strong="H4325" of a flood|strong="H3999"; neither shall there any more be a flood|strong="H3999" to destroy|strong="H7843" the earth|strong="H0776".
12 And God|strong="H0430" said|strong="H0559", This is the token|strong="H0226" of the covenant|strong="H1285" which I|strong="H0589" make|strong="H5414" between me and you and every living|strong="H2416" creature|strong="H5315" that is with you, for perpetual|strong="H5769" generations|strong="H1755":
13 I do set|strong="H5414" my bow|strong="H7198" in the cloud|strong="H6051", and it shall be for a token|strong="H0226" of a covenant|strong="H1285" between me and the earth|strong="H0776".
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring|strong="H6049" a cloud|strong="H6051" over the earth|strong="H0776", that the bow|strong="H7198" shall be seen|strong="H7200" in the cloud|strong="H6051":
15 And I will remember|strong="H2142" my covenant|strong="H1285", which is between me and you and every living|strong="H2416" creature|strong="H5315" of all flesh|strong="H1320"; and the waters|strong="H4325" shall no more|strong="H5750" become a flood|strong="H3999" to destroy|strong="H7843" all flesh|strong="H1320".
16 And the bow|strong="H7198" shall be in the cloud|strong="H6051"; and I will look upon it|strong="H7200", that I may remember|strong="H2142" the everlasting|strong="H5769" covenant|strong="H1285" between|strong="H0996" God|strong="H0430" and|strong="H0996" every living|strong="H2416" creature|strong="H5315" of all flesh|strong="H1320" that is upon the earth|strong="H0776".
17 And God|strong="H0430" said|strong="H0559" unto Noah|strong="H5146", This is the token|strong="H0226" of the covenant|strong="H1285", which I have established|strong="H6965" between me and all flesh|strong="H1320" that is upon the earth|strong="H0776".
18 And the sons|strong="H1121" of Noah|strong="H5146", that went forth|strong="H3318" of the ark|strong="H8392", were Shem|strong="H8035", and Ham|strong="H2526", and Japheth|strong="H3315": and Ham|strong="H2526" is the father|strong="H0001" of Canaan|strong="H3667".
19 These are the three|strong="H7969" sons|strong="H1121" of Noah|strong="H5146": and of them was the whole earth|strong="H0776" overspread|strong="H5310".
20 And Noah|strong="H5146" began|strong="H2490" to be an husbandman|strong="H0376", and he planted|strong="H5193" a vineyard|strong="H3754":
21 And he drank|strong="H8354" of the wine|strong="H3196", and was drunken|strong="H7937"; and he was uncovered|strong="H1540" within|strong="H8432" his tent|strong="H0168".
22 And Ham|strong="H2526", the father|strong="H0001" of Canaan|strong="H3667", saw|strong="H7200" the nakedness|strong="H6172" of his father|strong="H0001", and told|strong="H5046" his two|strong="H8147" brethren|strong="H0251" without|strong="H2351".
23 And Shem|strong="H8035" and Japheth|strong="H3315" took|strong="H3947" a garment|strong="H8071", and laid|strong="H7760" it upon both|strong="H8147" their shoulders|strong="H7926", and went|strong="H3212" backward|strong="H0322", and covered|strong="H3680" the nakedness|strong="H6172" of their father|strong="H0001"; and their faces|strong="H6440" were backward|strong="H0322", and they saw|strong="H7200" not their father’s|strong="H0001" nakedness|strong="H6172".
24 And Noah|strong="H5146" awoke|strong="H3364" from his wine|strong="H3196", and knew|strong="H3045" what his younger|strong="H6996" son|strong="H1121" had done|strong="H6213" unto him.
25 And he said|strong="H0559", Cursed|strong="H0779" be Canaan|strong="H3667"; a servant|strong="H5650" of servants|strong="H5650" shall he be unto his brethren|strong="H0251".
26 And he said|strong="H0559", Blessed|strong="H1288" be the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* God|strong="H0430" of Shem|strong="H8035"; and Canaan|strong="H3667" shall be|strong="H1961" his servant|strong="H5650".
27 God|strong="H0430" shall enlarge|strong="H6601" Japheth|strong="H3315", and he shall dwell|strong="H7931" in the tents|strong="H0168" of Shem|strong="H8035"; and Canaan|strong="H3667" shall be his servant|strong="H5650".
28 And Noah|strong="H5146" lived|strong="H2421" after|strong="H0310" the flood|strong="H3999" three|strong="H7969" hundred|strong="H3967" and fifty|strong="H2572" years|strong="H8141".
29 And all the days|strong="H3117" of Noah|strong="H5146" were nine|strong="H8672" hundred|strong="H3967" and fifty|strong="H2572" years|strong="H8141": and he died|strong="H4191".
