Deuteronômio 3

King James (Authorized) Version (ENG-KJV2006)

Then we turned|strong="H6437", and went up|strong="H5927" the way|strong="H1870" to Bashan|strong="H1316": and Og|strong="H5747" the king|strong="H4428" of Bashan|strong="H1316" came out|strong="H3318" against|strong="H7125" us, he and all his people|strong="H5971", to battle|strong="H4421" at Edrei|strong="H0154".

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto me, Fear|strong="H3372" him not: for I will deliver|strong="H5414" him, and all his people|strong="H5971", and his land|strong="H0776", into thy hand|strong="H3027"; and thou shalt do|strong="H6213" unto him as thou didst|strong="H6213" unto Sihon|strong="H5511" king|strong="H4428" of the Amorites|strong="H0567", which dwelt|strong="H3427" at Heshbon|strong="H2809".

So the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* our God|strong="H0430" delivered|strong="H5414" into our hands|strong="H3027" Og|strong="H5747" also, the king|strong="H4428" of Bashan|strong="H1316", and all his people|strong="H5971": and we smote|strong="H5221" him until none was left|strong="H7604" to him remaining|strong="H8300".

And we took|strong="H3920" all his cities|strong="H5892" at that time|strong="H6256", there was not a city|strong="H7151" which we took|strong="H3947" not from them, threescore|strong="H8346" cities|strong="H5892", all the region|strong="H2256" of Argob|strong="H0709", the kingdom|strong="H4467" of Og|strong="H5747" in Bashan|strong="H1316".

All these cities|strong="H5892" were fenced|strong="H1219" with high|strong="H1364" walls|strong="H2346", gates|strong="H1817", and bars|strong="H1280"; beside unwalled|strong="H6521" towns|strong="H5892" a great|strong="H3966" many|strong="H7235".

And we utterly destroyed|strong="H2763" them, as we did|strong="H6213" unto Sihon|strong="H5511" king|strong="H4428" of Heshbon|strong="H2809", utterly destroying|strong="H2763" the men|strong="H4962", women|strong="H0802", and children|strong="H2945", of every city|strong="H5892".

But all the cattle|strong="H0929", and the spoil|strong="H7998" of the cities|strong="H5892", we took for a prey|strong="H0962" to ourselves.

And we took|strong="H3947" at that time|strong="H6256" out|strong="H3947" of the hand|strong="H3027" of the two|strong="H8147" kings|strong="H4428" of the Amorites|strong="H0567" the land|strong="H0776" that was on this side|strong="H5676" Jordan|strong="H3383", from the river|strong="H5158" of Arnon|strong="H0769" unto mount|strong="H2022" Hermon|strong="H2768";

(Which Hermon|strong="H2768" the Sidonians|strong="H6722" call|strong="H7121" Sirion|strong="H8303"; and the Amorites|strong="H0567" call|strong="H7121" it Shenir|strong="H8149";)

All the cities|strong="H5892" of the plain|strong="H4334", and all Gilead|strong="H1568", and all Bashan|strong="H1316", unto Salchah|strong="H5548" and Edrei|strong="H0154", cities|strong="H5892" of the kingdom|strong="H4467" of Og|strong="H5747" in Bashan|strong="H1316".

For only Og|strong="H5747" king|strong="H4428" of Bashan|strong="H1316" remained|strong="H7604" of the remnant|strong="H3499" of giants|strong="H7497"; behold, his bedstead|strong="H6210" was a bedstead|strong="H6210" of iron|strong="H1270"; is it not|strong="H3808" in Rabbath|strong="H7237" of the children|strong="H1121" of Ammon|strong="H5983"? nine|strong="H8672" cubits|strong="H0520" was the length|strong="H0753" thereof, and four|strong="H0702" cubits|strong="H0520" the breadth|strong="H7341" of it, after the cubit|strong="H0520" of a man|strong="H0376".

And this land|strong="H0776", which we possessed|strong="H3423" at that time|strong="H6256", from Aroer|strong="H6177", which is by the river|strong="H5158" Arnon|strong="H0769", and half|strong="H2677" mount|strong="H2022" Gilead|strong="H1568", and the cities|strong="H5892" thereof, gave|strong="H5414" I unto the Reubenites|strong="H7206" and to the Gadites|strong="H1425".

And the rest|strong="H3499" of Gilead|strong="H1568", and all Bashan|strong="H1316", being the kingdom|strong="H4467" of Og|strong="H5747", gave|strong="H5414" I unto the half|strong="H2677" tribe|strong="H7626" of Manasseh|strong="H4519"; all the region|strong="H2256" of Argob|strong="H0709", with all Bashan|strong="H1316", which|strong="H1931" was called|strong="H7121" the land|strong="H0776" of giants|strong="H7497".

Jair|strong="H2971" the son|strong="H1121" of Manasseh|strong="H4519" took|strong="H3947" all the country|strong="H2256" of Argob|strong="H0709" unto the coasts|strong="H1366" of Geshuri|strong="H1651" and Maachathi|strong="H4602"; and called|strong="H7121" them after his own name|strong="H8034", Bashan-havoth-jair|strong="H1316", unto this day|strong="H3117".

And I gave|strong="H5414" Gilead|strong="H1568" unto Machir|strong="H4353".

And unto the Reubenites|strong="H7206" and unto the Gadites|strong="H1425" I gave|strong="H5414" from Gilead|strong="H1568" even unto the river|strong="H5158" Arnon|strong="H0769" half|strong="H8432" the valley|strong="H5158", and the border|strong="H1366" even unto the river|strong="H5158" Jabbok|strong="H2999", which is the border|strong="H1366" of the children|strong="H1121" of Ammon|strong="H5983";

The plain|strong="H6160" also, and Jordan|strong="H3383", and the coast|strong="H1366" thereof, from Chinnereth|strong="H3672" even unto the sea|strong="H3220" of the plain|strong="H6160", even the salt|strong="H4417" sea|strong="H3220", under Ashdoth-pisgah|strong="H0798" eastward|strong="H4217".

And I commanded|strong="H6680" you at that time|strong="H6256", saying|strong="H0559", The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430" hath given|strong="H5414" you this land|strong="H0776" to possess|strong="H3423" it: ye shall pass over|strong="H5674" armed|strong="H2502" before|strong="H6440" your brethren|strong="H0251" the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", all that are meet|strong="H1121" for the war|strong="H2428".

But your wives|strong="H0802", and your little ones|strong="H2945", and your cattle|strong="H4735", (for I know|strong="H3045" that ye have much|strong="H7227" cattle|strong="H4735",) shall abide|strong="H3427" in your cities|strong="H5892" which I have given|strong="H5414" you;

Until the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* have given rest|strong="H5117" unto your brethren|strong="H0251", as well as unto you, and until they also possess|strong="H3423" the land|strong="H0776" which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430" hath given|strong="H5414" them beyond|strong="H5676" Jordan|strong="H3383": and then shall ye return|strong="H7725" every man|strong="H0376" unto his possession|strong="H3425", which I have given|strong="H5414" you.

And I commanded|strong="H6680" Joshua|strong="H3091" at that time|strong="H6256", saying|strong="H0559", Thine eyes|strong="H5869" have seen|strong="H7200" all that the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430" hath done|strong="H6213" unto these two|strong="H8147" kings|strong="H4428": so shall the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* do|strong="H6213" unto all the kingdoms|strong="H4467" whither thou passest|strong="H5674".

Ye shall not fear|strong="H3372" them: for the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430" he shall fight|strong="H3898" for you.

And I besought|strong="H2603" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* at that time|strong="H6256", saying|strong="H0559",

O Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w*, thou hast begun|strong="H2490" to shew|strong="H7200" thy servant|strong="H5650" thy greatness|strong="H1433", and thy mighty|strong="H2389" hand|strong="H3027": for what God|strong="H0410" is there in heaven|strong="H8064" or in earth|strong="H0776", that can do|strong="H6213" according to thy works|strong="H4639", and according to thy might|strong="H1369"?

I pray thee, let me go over|strong="H5674", and see|strong="H7200" the good|strong="H2896" land|strong="H0776" that is beyond|strong="H5676" Jordan|strong="H3383", that goodly|strong="H2896" mountain|strong="H2022", and Lebanon|strong="H3844".

But the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* was wroth|strong="H5674" with me for your sakes, and would not hear|strong="H8085" me: and the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* said|strong="H0559" unto me, Let it suffice|strong="H7227" thee; speak|strong="H1696" no more|strong="H3254" unto me of this matter|strong="H1697".

Get thee up|strong="H5927" into the top|strong="H7218" of Pisgah|strong="H6449", and lift up|strong="H5375" thine eyes|strong="H5869" westward|strong="H3220", and northward|strong="H6828", and southward|strong="H8486", and eastward|strong="H4217", and behold|strong="H7200" it with thine eyes|strong="H5869": for thou shalt not go over|strong="H5674" this Jordan|strong="H3383".

But charge|strong="H6680" Joshua|strong="H3091", and encourage|strong="H2388" him, and strengthen|strong="H0553" him: for he shall go over|strong="H5674" before|strong="H6440" this people|strong="H5971", and he shall cause them to inherit|strong="H5157" the land|strong="H0776" which thou shalt see|strong="H7200".

So we abode|strong="H3427" in the valley|strong="H1516" over against|strong="H4136" Beth-peor|strong="H1047".
