1 If there arise|strong="H6965" among|strong="H7130" you a prophet|strong="H5030", or a dreamer|strong="H2492" of dreams|strong="H2472", and giveth|strong="H5414" thee a sign|strong="H0226" or a wonder|strong="H4159",
1 — Se aparecer no meio de vocês um profeta ou sonhador e anunciar um sinal ou prodígio,
2 And the sign|strong="H0226" or the wonder|strong="H4159" come to pass|strong="H0935", whereof he spake|strong="H1696" unto thee, saying|strong="H0559", Let us go|strong="H3212" after|strong="H0310" other|strong="H0312" gods|strong="H0430", which thou hast not known|strong="H3045", and let us serve|strong="H5647" them;
2 e se acontecer esse sinal ou prodígio de que ele falou, e ele disser: “Vamos seguir e adorar outros deuses”, deuses esses que vocês não conheceram,
3 Thou shalt not hearken|strong="H8085" unto the words|strong="H1697" of that prophet|strong="H5030", or that dreamer|strong="H2492" of dreams|strong="H2472": for the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430" proveth|strong="H5254" you, to know|strong="H3045" whether ye|strong="H3426" love|strong="H0157" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430" with all your heart|strong="H3824" and with all your soul|strong="H5315".
3 não deem ouvidos às palavras desse profeta ou sonhador. Porque o Senhor , seu Deus, está pondo vocês à prova, para saber se vocês amam o Senhor , seu Deus, de todo o coração e de toda a alma.
4 Ye shall walk|strong="H3212" after|strong="H0310" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430", and fear|strong="H3372" him, and keep|strong="H8104" his commandments|strong="H4687", and obey|strong="H8085" his voice|strong="H6963", and ye shall serve|strong="H5647" him, and cleave|strong="H1692" unto him.
4 Sigam o Senhor , seu Deus, e temam somente a ele. Guardem os seus mandamentos, deem ouvidos à sua voz, sirvam-no e sejam fiéis a ele.
5 And that prophet|strong="H5030", or that dreamer|strong="H2492" of dreams|strong="H2472", shall be put to death|strong="H4191"; because he hath spoken|strong="H1696" to turn|strong="H5627" you away from the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* your God|strong="H0430", which brought you out|strong="H3318" of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", and redeemed|strong="H6299" you out of the house|strong="H1004" of bondage|strong="H5650", to thrust|strong="H5080" thee out of the way|strong="H1870" which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430" commanded|strong="H6680" thee to walk in|strong="H3212". So shalt thou put|strong="H1197" the evil|strong="H7451" away|strong="H1197" from the midst|strong="H7130" of thee.
5 Esse profeta ou sonhador será morto, pois pregou rebeldia contra o Senhor , o Deus de vocês, que os tirou da terra do Egito e os resgatou da casa da servidão. Esse profeta ou sonhador quis afastá-los do caminho que o Senhor , seu Deus, lhes ordenou, para que andassem nele. Assim eliminarão o mal do meio de vocês.
6 If thy brother|strong="H0251", the son|strong="H1121" of thy mother|strong="H0517", or thy son|strong="H1121", or thy daughter|strong="H1323", or the wife|strong="H0802" of thy bosom|strong="H2436", or thy friend|strong="H7453", which is as thine own soul|strong="H5315", entice|strong="H5496" thee secretly|strong="H5643", saying|strong="H0559", Let us go|strong="H3212" and serve|strong="H5647" other|strong="H0312" gods|strong="H0430", which thou hast not known|strong="H3045", thou, nor thy fathers|strong="H0001";
6 — Caso se aproximar de você o seu irmão, filho de sua mãe, ou o seu filho, ou a sua filha, ou a mulher que você ama, ou um amigo íntimo, e, em segredo, disser: “Vamos servir outros deuses”, deuses que você não conhecia e que nem os seus pais conheceram,
7 Namely, of the gods|strong="H0430" of the people|strong="H5971" which are round about|strong="H5439" you, nigh|strong="H7138" unto thee, or far off|strong="H7350" from thee, from the one end|strong="H7097" of the earth|strong="H0776" even unto the other end|strong="H7097" of the earth|strong="H0776";
7 deuses dos povos que estão ao redor de você, tanto os que estão perto como os que estão longe, desde uma até a outra extremidade da terra,
8 Thou shalt not consent|strong="H0014" unto him, nor hearken|strong="H8085" unto him; neither shall thine eye|strong="H5869" pity|strong="H2347" him, neither shalt thou spare|strong="H2550", neither shalt thou conceal|strong="H3680" him:
8 não concorde com ele, nem dê ouvidos a ele. Não olhe para ele com piedade, não o poupe, nem o esconda;
9 But thou shalt surely|strong="H2026" kill|strong="H2026" him; thine hand|strong="H3027" shall be first|strong="H7223" upon him to put him to death|strong="H4191", and afterwards|strong="H0314" the hand|strong="H3027" of all the people|strong="H5971".
9 pelo contrário, você certamente o matará. Você será o primeiro a levantar a mão contra ele, para o matar, e depois todo o povo levantará a mão contra ele.
10 And thou shalt stone|strong="H5619" him with stones|strong="H0068", that he die|strong="H4191"; because he hath sought|strong="H1245" to thrust thee away|strong="H5080" from the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430", which brought thee out|strong="H3318" of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714", from the house|strong="H1004" of bondage|strong="H5650".
10 Vocês devem apedrejá-lo até que morra, porque ele procurou afastá-los do Senhor , seu Deus, que os tirou da terra do Egito, da casa da servidão.
11 And all Israel|strong="H3478" shall hear|strong="H8085", and fear|strong="H3372", and shall do|strong="H6213" no more|strong="H3254" any|strong="H1697" such wickedness|strong="H7451" as this is among|strong="H7130" you.
11 E todo o Israel ouvirá e temerá, e não se tornará a praticar maldade como esta no meio de vocês.
12 If thou shalt hear|strong="H8085" say in one|strong="H0259" of thy cities|strong="H5892", which the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430" hath given|strong="H5414" thee to dwell|strong="H3427" there, saying|strong="H0559",
12 — Se em alguma das cidades que o Senhor , seu Deus, lhes dá para morar vocês ouvirem dizer
13 Certain men|strong="H0582", the children|strong="H1121" of Belial|strong="H1100", are gone out|strong="H3318" from among|strong="H7130" you, and have withdrawn|strong="H5080" the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of their city|strong="H5892", saying|strong="H0559", Let us go|strong="H3212" and serve|strong="H5647" other|strong="H0312" gods|strong="H0430", which ye have not known|strong="H3045";
13 que homens malignos saíram do meio de vocês e incitaram os moradores da cidade, dizendo: “Vamos servir outros deuses”, deuses que vocês não conheceram,
14 Then shalt thou enquire|strong="H1875", and make search|strong="H2713", and ask|strong="H7592" diligently|strong="H3190"; and, behold, if it be truth|strong="H0571", and the thing|strong="H1697" certain|strong="H3559", that such|strong="H2063" abomination|strong="H8441" is wrought|strong="H6213" among|strong="H7130" you;
14 então vocês devem inquirir, investigar e perguntar com diligência. E eis que, se for verdade e certo que tal abominação foi praticada no meio de vocês,
15 Thou shalt surely|strong="H5221" smite|strong="H5221" the inhabitants|strong="H3427" of that city|strong="H5892" with the edge|strong="H6310" of the sword|strong="H2719", destroying it utterly|strong="H2763", and all that is therein, and the cattle|strong="H0929" thereof, with the edge|strong="H6310" of the sword|strong="H2719".
15 então certamente vocês deverão matar a fio de espada os moradores daquela cidade, destruindo-a completamente e tudo o que nela houver, até os animais.
16 And thou shalt gather|strong="H6908" all the spoil|strong="H7998" of it into the midst|strong="H8432" of the street|strong="H7339" thereof, and shalt burn|strong="H8313" with fire|strong="H0784" the city|strong="H5892", and all the spoil|strong="H7998" thereof every whit|strong="H3632", for the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430": and it shall be an heap|strong="H8510" for ever|strong="H5769"; it shall not be built again|strong="H1129".
16 Depois ajuntem todo o seu despojo no meio da praça e queimem a cidade e todo o seu despojo como oferta total ao Senhor , seu Deus. E a cidade ficará um montão de ruínas para sempre; nunca mais deverá ser edificada.
17 And there shall cleave|strong="H1692" nought|strong="H3972" of the cursed thing|strong="H2764" to thine hand|strong="H3027": that the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* may turn|strong="H7725" from the fierceness|strong="H2740" of his anger|strong="H0639", and shew|strong="H5414" thee mercy|strong="H7356", and have compassion|strong="H7355" upon thee, and multiply|strong="H7235" thee, as he hath sworn|strong="H7650" unto thy fathers|strong="H0001";
17 Também nada do que for condenado deverá ficar nas mãos de vocês, para que o Senhor se afaste do furor da sua ira, seja misericordioso, e tenha piedade de vocês, e os multiplique, como jurou aos pais de vocês.
18 When thou shalt hearken|strong="H8085" to the voice|strong="H6963" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430", to keep|strong="H8104" all his commandments|strong="H4687" which I command|strong="H6680" thee this day|strong="H3117", to do|strong="H6213" that which is right|strong="H3477" in the eyes|strong="H5869" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430".
18 Isto se vocês ouvirem a voz do Senhor , seu Deus, e guardarem todos os seus mandamentos que hoje lhes ordeno, para que façam o que é reto aos olhos do Senhor , seu Deus.
