1 I saw|strong="H7200" the Lord|strong="H0136" standing|strong="H5324" upon the altar|strong="H4196": and he said|strong="H0559", Smite|strong="H5221" the lintel of the door|strong="H3730", that the posts|strong="H5592" may shake|strong="H7493": and cut|strong="H1214" them in the head|strong="H7218", all of them; and I will slay|strong="H2026" the last|strong="H0319" of them with the sword|strong="H2719": he that fleeth|strong="H5127" of them shall not flee away|strong="H5127", and he that escapeth|strong="H6412" of them shall not be delivered|strong="H4422".
2 Though they dig|strong="H2864" into hell|strong="H7585", thence shall mine hand|strong="H3027" take|strong="H3947" them; though they climb up|strong="H5927" to heaven|strong="H8064", thence will I bring them down|strong="H3381":
3 And though they hide|strong="H2244" themselves in the top|strong="H7218" of Carmel|strong="H3760", I will search|strong="H2664" and take them out|strong="H3947" thence; and though they be hid|strong="H5641" from my sight|strong="H5869" in the bottom|strong="H7172" of the sea|strong="H3220", thence will I command|strong="H6680" the serpent|strong="H5175", and he shall bite|strong="H5391" them:
4 And though they go|strong="H3212" into captivity|strong="H7628" before|strong="H6440" their enemies|strong="H0341", thence will I command|strong="H6680" the sword|strong="H2719", and it shall slay|strong="H2026" them: and I will set|strong="H7760" mine eyes|strong="H5869" upon them for evil|strong="H7451", and not for good|strong="H2896".
5 And the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* of hosts|strong="H6635" is he that toucheth|strong="H5060" the land|strong="H0776", and it shall melt|strong="H4127", and all that dwell|strong="H3427" therein shall mourn|strong="H0056": and it shall rise up|strong="H5927" wholly like a flood|strong="H2975"; and shall be drowned|strong="H8257", as by the flood|strong="H2975" of Egypt|strong="H4714".
6 It is he that buildeth|strong="H1129" his stories|strong="H4609" in the heaven|strong="H8064", and hath founded|strong="H3245" his troop|strong="H0092" in the earth|strong="H0776"; he that calleth|strong="H7121" for the waters|strong="H4325" of the sea|strong="H3220", and poureth them out|strong="H8210" upon the face|strong="H6440" of the earth|strong="H0776": The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* is his name|strong="H8034".
7 Are ye not as children|strong="H1121" of the Ethiopians|strong="H3569" unto me, O children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478"? saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*. Have not I brought up|strong="H5927" Israel|strong="H3478" out of the land|strong="H0776" of Egypt|strong="H4714"? and the Philistines|strong="H6430" from Caphtor|strong="H3731", and the Syrians|strong="H0758" from Kir|strong="H7024"?
8 Behold, the eyes|strong="H5869" of the Lord|strong="H0136" \+w GOD|strong="H3069"\+w* are upon the sinful|strong="H2403" kingdom|strong="H4467", and I will destroy|strong="H8045" it from off the face|strong="H6440" of the earth|strong="H0127"; saving|strong="H0657" that I will not utterly|strong="H8045" destroy|strong="H8045" the house|strong="H1004" of Jacob|strong="H3290", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*.
9 For, lo, I will command|strong="H6680", and I will sift|strong="H5128" the house|strong="H1004" of Israel|strong="H3478" among all nations|strong="H1471", like as corn is sifted|strong="H5128" in a sieve|strong="H3531", yet shall not the least grain|strong="H6872" fall|strong="H5307" upon the earth|strong="H0776".
10 All the sinners|strong="H2400" of my people|strong="H5971" shall die|strong="H4191" by the sword|strong="H2719", which say|strong="H0559", The evil|strong="H7451" shall not overtake|strong="H5066" nor prevent|strong="H6923" us.
11 In that day|strong="H3117" will I raise up|strong="H6965" the tabernacle|strong="H5521" of David|strong="H1732" that is fallen|strong="H5307", and close up|strong="H1443" the breaches|strong="H6556" thereof; and I will raise up|strong="H6965" his ruins|strong="H2034", and I will build|strong="H1129" it as in the days|strong="H3117" of old|strong="H5769":
12 That they may possess|strong="H3423" the remnant|strong="H7611" of Edom|strong="H0123", and of all the heathen|strong="H1471", which are called|strong="H7121" by my name|strong="H8034", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* that doeth|strong="H6213" this.
13 Behold, the days|strong="H3117" come|strong="H0935", saith|strong="H5002" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, that the plowman|strong="H2790" shall overtake|strong="H5066" the reaper|strong="H7114", and the treader|strong="H1869" of grapes|strong="H6025" him that soweth|strong="H4900" seed|strong="H2233"; and the mountains|strong="H2022" shall drop|strong="H5197" sweet wine|strong="H6071", and all the hills|strong="H1389" shall melt|strong="H4127".
14 And I will bring again|strong="H7725" the captivity|strong="H7622" of my people|strong="H5971" of Israel|strong="H3478", and they shall build|strong="H1129" the waste|strong="H8074" cities|strong="H5892", and inhabit|strong="H3427" them; and they shall plant|strong="H5193" vineyards|strong="H3754", and drink|strong="H8354" the wine|strong="H3196" thereof; they shall also make|strong="H6213" gardens|strong="H1593", and eat|strong="H0398" the fruit|strong="H6529" of them.
15 And I will plant|strong="H5193" them upon their land|strong="H0127", and they shall no more be pulled up|strong="H5428" out of their land|strong="H0127" which I have given|strong="H5414" them, saith|strong="H0559" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* thy God|strong="H0430".
