16 Davi mandou que os líderes dos levitas nomeassem vários levitas para cantar e para tocar música alegre nas harpas , e nas liras , e com os pratos. 28 E assim todos os israelitas subiram até Jerusalém, acompanhando a arca com gritos de alegria, ao som de trombetas, de cornetas feitas de chifre de carneiro, de pratos e de música de harpas e liras .
29 And it came to pass, as the ark|strong="H0727" of the covenant|strong="H1285" of the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* came|strong="H0935" to the city|strong="H5892" of David|strong="H1732", that Michal|strong="H4324" the daughter|strong="H1323" of Saul|strong="H7586" looking out|strong="H8259" at a window|strong="H2474" saw|strong="H7200" king|strong="H4428" David|strong="H1732" dancing|strong="H7540" and playing|strong="H7832": and she despised|strong="H0959" him in her heart|strong="H3820".
29 Quando a arca estava entrando na cidade, Mical, filha de Saul, olhou pela janela e viu o rei Davi dançando e pulando de alegria. Então sentiu desprezo por ele.
