1 And|strong="G2532" I|strong="G1473", brethren|strong="G0080", could|strong="G1410" not|strong="G3756" speak|strong="G2980" unto you|strong="G5213" as|strong="G5613" unto spiritual|strong="G4152", but|strong="G0235" as|strong="G5613" unto carnal|strong="G4559", even as|strong="G5613" unto babes|strong="G3516" in|strong="G1722" Christ|strong="G5547".
2 I have fed|strong="G4222" you|strong="G5209" with milk|strong="G1051", and|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3756" with meat|strong="G1033": for|strong="G1063" hitherto|strong="G3768" ye were not able|strong="G1410" to bear it, neither|strong="G3777" yet|strong="G2089" now|strong="G3568" are ye able|strong="G1410".
3 For|strong="G1063" ye are|strong="G2075" yet|strong="G2089" carnal|strong="G4559": for|strong="G1063" whereas|strong="G3699" there is among|strong="G1722" you|strong="G5213" envying|strong="G2205", and|strong="G2532" strife|strong="G2054", and|strong="G2532" divisions|strong="G1370", are ye|strong="G2075" not|strong="G3780" carnal|strong="G4559", and|strong="G2532" walk|strong="G4043" as|strong="G2596" men|strong="G0444"?
4 For|strong="G1063" while|strong="G3752" one|strong="G5100" saith|strong="G3004", I|strong="G1473" am|strong="G1510" of Paul|strong="G3972"; and|strong="G1161" another|strong="G2087", I|strong="G1473" am of Apollos|strong="G0625"; are ye|strong="G2075" not|strong="G3780" carnal|strong="G4559"?
5 Who|strong="G5101" then|strong="G3767" is|strong="G2076" Paul|strong="G3972", and|strong="G1161" who|strong="G5101" is Apollos|strong="G0625", but|strong="G0235" ministers|strong="G1249" by|strong="G1223" whom|strong="G3739" ye believed|strong="G4100", even|strong="G2532" as|strong="G5613" the Lord|strong="G2962" gave to|strong="G1325" every man|strong="G1538"?
6 I|strong="G1473" have planted|strong="G5452", Apollos|strong="G0625" watered|strong="G4222"; but|strong="G0235" God|strong="G2316" gave the increase|strong="G0837".
7 So then|strong="G5620" neither|strong="G3777" is he|strong="G2076" that planteth|strong="G5452" any thing|strong="G5100", neither|strong="G3777" he that watereth|strong="G4222"; but|strong="G0235" God|strong="G2316" that giveth the increase|strong="G0837".
8 Now|strong="G1161" he that|strong="G3588" planteth|strong="G5452" and|strong="G2532" he that|strong="G3588" watereth|strong="G4222" are|strong="G1526" one|strong="G1520": and|strong="G1161" every man|strong="G1538" shall receive|strong="G2983" his own|strong="G2398" reward|strong="G3408" according to|strong="G2596" his own|strong="G2398" labour|strong="G2873".
9 For|strong="G1063" we are|strong="G2070" labourers together|strong="G4904" with God|strong="G2316": ye are|strong="G2075" God’s|strong="G2316" husbandry|strong="G1091", ye are God’s|strong="G2316" building|strong="G3619".
10 According to|strong="G2596" the grace|strong="G5485" of God|strong="G2316" which|strong="G3588" is given|strong="G1325" unto me|strong="G3427", as|strong="G5613" a wise|strong="G4680" masterbuilder|strong="G0753", I have laid|strong="G5087" the foundation|strong="G2310", and|strong="G1161" another|strong="G0243" buildeth thereon|strong="G2026". But|strong="G1161" let|strong="G0991" every man|strong="G1538" take heed|strong="G0991" how|strong="G4459" he buildeth thereupon|strong="G2026".
11 For|strong="G1063" other|strong="G0243" foundation|strong="G2310" can|strong="G1410" no man|strong="G3762" lay|strong="G5087" than|strong="G3844" that is laid|strong="G2749", which|strong="G3739" is|strong="G2076" Jesus|strong="G2424" Christ|strong="G5547".
12 Now|strong="G1161" if|strong="G1487" any man|strong="G5100" build|strong="G2026" upon|strong="G1909" this|strong="G5126" foundation|strong="G2310" gold|strong="G5557", silver|strong="G0696", precious|strong="G5093" stones|strong="G3037", wood|strong="G3586", hay|strong="G5528", stubble|strong="G2562";
13 Every man’s|strong="G1538" work|strong="G2041" shall be made|strong="G1096" manifest|strong="G5318": for|strong="G1063" the day|strong="G2250" shall declare it|strong="G1213", because|strong="G3754" it shall be revealed|strong="G0601" by|strong="G1722" fire|strong="G4442"; and|strong="G2532" the fire|strong="G4442" shall try|strong="G1381" every man’s|strong="G1538" work|strong="G2041" of what sort|strong="G3697" it is|strong="G2076".
14 If|strong="G1487" any man’s|strong="G5100" work|strong="G2041" abide|strong="G3306" which|strong="G3739" he hath built thereupon|strong="G2026", he shall receive|strong="G2983" a reward|strong="G3408".
15 If|strong="G1487" any man’s|strong="G5100" work|strong="G2041" shall be burned|strong="G2618", he shall suffer loss|strong="G2210": but|strong="G1161" he himself|strong="G0846" shall be saved|strong="G4982"; yet|strong="G1161" so|strong="G3779" as|strong="G5613" by|strong="G1223" fire|strong="G4442".
16 Know ye|strong="G1492" not|strong="G3756" that|strong="G3754" ye are|strong="G2075" the temple|strong="G3485" of God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" that the Spirit|strong="G4151" of God|strong="G2316" dwelleth|strong="G3611" in|strong="G1722" you|strong="G5213"?
17 If|strong="G1487" any man|strong="G5100" defile|strong="G5351" the temple|strong="G3485" of God|strong="G2316", him|strong="G5126" shall|strong="G5351" God|strong="G2316" destroy|strong="G5351"; for|strong="G1063" the temple|strong="G3485" of God|strong="G2316" is|strong="G2076" holy|strong="G0040", which|strong="G3748" temple ye|strong="G5210" are|strong="G2075".
18 Let|strong="G1818" no man|strong="G3367" deceive|strong="G1818" himself|strong="G1438". If|strong="G1487" any man|strong="G5100" among|strong="G1722" you|strong="G5213" seemeth|strong="G1380" to be|strong="G1511" wise|strong="G4680" in|strong="G1722" this|strong="G5129" world|strong="G0165", let him become|strong="G1096" a fool|strong="G3474", that|strong="G2443" he may be|strong="G1096" wise|strong="G4680".
19 For|strong="G1063" the wisdom|strong="G4678" of this|strong="G5127" world|strong="G2889" is|strong="G2076" foolishness|strong="G3472" with|strong="G3844" God|strong="G2316". For|strong="G1063" it is written|strong="G1125", He taketh|strong="G1405" the wise|strong="G4680" in|strong="G1722" their own|strong="G0846" craftiness|strong="G3834".
20 And|strong="G2532" again|strong="G3825", The Lord|strong="G2962" knoweth|strong="G1097" the thoughts|strong="G1261" of the wise|strong="G4680", that|strong="G3754" they are|strong="G1526" vain|strong="G3152".
21 Therefore|strong="G5620" let|strong="G2744" no man|strong="G3367" glory|strong="G2744" in|strong="G1722" men|strong="G0444". For|strong="G1063" all things|strong="G3956" are|strong="G2076" yours|strong="G5216";
22 Whether|strong="G1535" Paul|strong="G3972", or|strong="G1535" Apollos|strong="G0625", or|strong="G1535" Cephas|strong="G2786", or|strong="G1535" the world|strong="G2889", or|strong="G1535" life|strong="G2222", or|strong="G1535" death|strong="G2288", or|strong="G1535" things present|strong="G1764", or|strong="G1535" things to come|strong="G3195"; all|strong="G3956" are|strong="G2076" yours|strong="G5216";
23 And|strong="G1161" ye|strong="G5210" are Christ’s|strong="G5547"; and|strong="G1161" Christ|strong="G5547" is God’s|strong="G2316".
