1 Iisa kaawiico pey ɗo geemir iŋ dele ka daŋlal aman :
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 « Cokiyoŋ, naako gaare *Meennaw ta Buŋdi taar ar maa. Taar ar sultan kaak gin tee ɗo iidin ta obe ka roŋji.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 Ŋa n̰aamtu gay riyoy a ŋuu ɓaa kole gee kuuk siŋco goya ɗo teendi. Kar ŋuur gay pooce.
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 Min ŋu pooce, ŋa n̰aamtu gay riyor ku pey a ŋuuco kaawe ɗo gee-aŋ aman : ‟ Jaman̰ce, teendu ŋaar nee ko, nu dapsiyig barkiydu ho mallel kaak neere-neere. Gamin okin̰co odinco nece. Asoŋ kate ɗo tee ka obindi. ”
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Kar ŋuur kuuk ŋu koliy-ak bal icin kaaw-at ɗo aditco. Daarin̰ ɗeet ɗo riyniico, daarin̰ ɗeet ɗo morginco ho daarin̰ gay ɗeet ɗo suuginniico.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Kar daarin̰ gay obiig gay riyor-aku, ŋu koociig ko kooce nam ŋu deeyiigu.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Hiyya, sultan adiy nigtu. Ŋa n̰aamtu askirnay ŋu deeyiig gay dee geemir-aku, ho geegirco sa, ŋu erga.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Min pa-ak, ŋa kaawiico ɗo gay riyor aman : ‟ Tee ka iidin ta obindi ŋaar nee ko. Kar gee kuuk siŋco goy-ak gay bal ture teen̰ji.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Diŋ amiloŋ ɗo ŋaamiig ta botilniidi ho ay gem kaak kuu ŋaame-ak, kaawon̰ji a ŋaa ase tee. ”
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Hiyya, gay riyor amiltu. Ŋu n̰umiig gee okin̰co kuuk ŋu gastu, ŋuur kuuk samaane iŋ kuuk samaanno oki. Paa ko, ger kaak ŋuu iidiye-ak miintu iŋ gee.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 Min sultan un̰jitu ɗo wer kaak marti goyiy-ak, ŋa taltu gem rakki kaak bal ise kesuun ta iidiner.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Kar ŋa indiig aman : ‟ Gem kol royay, ki un̰jitu anne bal kesuun ta iidiner-an gay maman ? ” Gem-ak gay bal pile biy.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Hiyya, sultan-ak kaawiico ɗo gay riyor aman : ‟ Gem-aŋ, ɗuunon̰jiig asin̰ji iŋ pisin̰ji ho accoŋ kara ɗo gondikor. Ɗo wer ka taaɓiner-ak, ŋaa ale ho ŋaa eeyme saaŋji. ”
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Ampaa di oki, gee dakina, ŋu koliigu, kar kuuk Buŋ doɓtu gay, ŋuur sooɗ di. »
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Min ŋaar-ak, *Pariziyenna ɓaawtu dee kaawco. Ŋuu bariye botol taat ŋuu obin̰ji Iisa iŋ kaawo.

16 Min kaawco mate, ŋu n̰aamtu maajirinco daarin̰ iŋ daarin̰ min ŋuur kuuk aaɗaag *Herood. Gee-ak kaawiiji ɗo Iisa aman : « Gem kol tacco, ni iban kadar ki kaawa seene. Ki garkiya gee iŋ botol ta Buŋdi taat taɓ. Kiŋ isgicinno iŋ gee kuuk kaƴco jaale ho ki ginno kolaw ɗo geemir.
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Hadi kaawnin̰ ja, *gaanuunte kaaw a gii kappiye miiri ɗo Sezaar, sultan ka tatik ka Room, wala gi kappiyaaɗo ? »
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Kar Iisa gay ibinit pikirrico taat samaanno. Paa ko, ŋa telkiico aman : « Taloŋ gee kuuk kaawa iŋ biŋkico di aŋku ! Maa di ku ɗibiidu ?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Gaarondu ja tamma ka kappiye miirir-aka ? » Hiyya, ŋu gaariijig tamma-aka.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 Kar Iisa indiigu aman : « Kaa iŋ siŋ kuuk siir kuwa-aŋ gay ku waa ? »
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Ŋu telkiiji aman : « Ku Sezaar. » Kar Iisa kaawiico aman : « Di ŋaar-ak, gamin ku Sezaar, beron̰jiig ɗo Sezaar, ho ku Buŋdi sa, beron̰jiig ɗo Buŋdi. »
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Min ŋu doriit kaawoy-at, ŋu ajbiytu tak-tak. Kar ŋu rasiiga ho ŋu ɗeettu.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Ƴiriy taar-at di, gee daarin̰ kuuk ŋu koliy *Sadusiyenna ɓaawiiji ɗo Iisa. Gee ŋuur-ak kaawa a gee ku mate, ŋuur nooyɗo. Ŋu astu indin̰ Iisa aman :
23 — ausente —
24 « Gem kol tacco, Muusa siir ɗo Kitamner aman : ‟ Ya gem ob daatko ho ŋa mat bal mico, siŋji yaa obin murgil-ata. Paa kat, taaji wee koogin ɗo siŋji kaak mate. ”
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Cokay, gin siŋta peesira ɗo ɗatikni. Ka aawo obtu daatko, kar ŋa mattu bal mico. Ampaa ko, ŋa rasiit murgil-at ɗo siŋji kaak aaroy. Siŋji-ak obiita.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 Min ŋa obta, ŋaar sa mattu. Ka subbiŋkar obiita. Ŋaar oki mattu. Okin̰co, siŋta kuuk peesir-ak obiita ho ŋu siibiytu bal koogina.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Min ŋu siibiye, ba aar taar sa menuwti gaastu.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Ɗo taar-an, kaawnin̰ ja, ɗo ƴiriy ta nooyindi, min kuuk peesir-aŋ, ka moo taa gine daaciy ? Asaan okin̰co-aŋ midiyti ! »
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Iisa gay telkiico aman : « Kuŋko-aŋ rawte, asaan ku ibanno kaaw ta Buŋdi wala gudurrey.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Ka seener, ɗo ƴiriy ta nooyindi, ginno pey obe. Gee yaa goye ar *ɗubal ku Buŋdi kuuk goy ka samaaner.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Ɗo bi ka nooyindi, ku bal garkiyin kaaw taat Buŋ kaawiiko-anta wal maman ? Ŋa kaaw aman :
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 ‟ Nun Buŋ ka Ibraayim, Buŋ ka Isaaka ho Buŋ ka Yakuub. ” » Iisa kaawtu pey aman : « Ŋa Buŋɗo ka gee kuuk mate, kar gay, ŋa Buŋ ka gee kuuk goy mento. »
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.
33 Gee okin̰co kuuk dorit garaaney-at ajbiytu tak-tak.
33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.
34 Min ŋu dortu kadar Iisa gedirco ɗo *Sadusiyennar nam ŋu gedarro pey pile biŋkico-ak, *Pariziyenna n̰umtu a ŋuuji ɓaawe.
34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 Min ŋu ote, rakki min agindaw ku gaanuundi ictu kaawo a ŋaaji ɗibe iŋ kaawo. Ŋa indiig aman :
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 « Gem kol tacco, min gaanuun ka Muusa okin̰ji-aŋ, ka moo paka ? »
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Iisa telkiiji aman : « Kii elin̰ *Rabbin Buŋjiŋ iŋ gelbin rakki, iŋ kelmon̰ okintiti ho iŋ pikirren̰ okintiti.
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Ŋaar-aŋ ko gaanuun kaak awalle kaak pakgig okin̰co.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Goy pey ka seeriŋkar kaak ar ŋaar-aŋka. Ŋa ɗiya aman : ‟ Kii elin̰ gijiŋ ar zin̰ ka meen̰jiŋ. ”
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.
40 *Gaanuun ka Muusa okin̰ji iŋ kaawin kuuk nabiinna kaawtu, okin̰co n̰um ɗo kuuk seer-aŋ di. »
40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 Min Pariziyenna goy misa ɗo wer ka n̰umin̰co-ak, Iisa indiig aman :
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 « Ku pakira maa ɗo bi ka Masi ? Ŋaa gine roŋ ka waa ? » Ŋuur gay telkiiji aman : « Ŋaa gine roŋ ka Dawuud. »
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Iisa indiig aman : « Ya ta as ampa-aŋ gay, maa di Ruwwin ta Buŋdi n̰aamig Dawuud, ŋa koliig a ‟ Rabbine ” ? Ka seener, Dawuud kaaw awalle aman :
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 ‟ Rabbin Buŋ kaawji ɗo Rabbiner aman :
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 Kar ya Dawuud kat kolaag Masi a ‟ Rabbiner ”, di maman ŋaa gine roŋji ? »
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Ɗo wer-ak, waanco rakki sa balji gedire telke yoo maanna. Min ƴiriy taar-at, ŋu cimtu kaƴco cat, yoo waan sa indigigɗo pey.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
