1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 Cøng² hi² néng³ jniang³ jǿg³ quiah¹² Diú¹³. Mi³jøng² dsø²cón³ jniang³ ju³lah dsø²cón³ guing² cøgh² dsiuh³. Mi³jøng² liúg² jniang³.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 Lah¹jøng² jmó³ jniang³. Di³ ma²lih¹³ jniang³ hi² huø³ dsǿa¹² Juu¹³ jniang³.
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.

5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Lah¹la² rø²juúh² si² quiah¹² Diú¹³:
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 Hiug¹² dsiog¹ dsa² héi² ja³cogh² hniah¹², dsa² héh² jǿg³. Jøng² lah¹la² rø²juúh² si², tsaih¹² dsa² tsa¹hé² jǿg³:
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 Jø¹² bí³ lah¹la² rø²juúh² si²:
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 Jøng² ca¹quiáh² báh³ Diú¹³ jniang³ hi² mi³ti³ báh³ jniang³ ni³dsa. Lén² jniang³ dsa² ti³jan¹, dsa² quián¹²dsa hŋiah¹²dsa. Mi³jøng² tsø³ján¹³ jniang³ jǿg³ hi² hiug¹² dsiog¹dsa. 9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 Dsa² roh¹³ jniang³, dsa² chian² ja³siíh³ báh³ ma²lán¹² jniang³. Tsa¹ma¹lǿa¹² jmøi¹guǿi¹ la² go² jniang³. Jøng² tsa¹ma¹ŋi³niang³ jniang³ jǿg³ møa¹² dsǿa¹² jniang³, jǿg³ hniu¹ dsa¹hén² jmi²dsí² quián² jniang³.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 Jmáh¹lah hi² dsio¹ ŋi³niang³ jniang³ ja³ta¹ni¹ dsa² tsa¹hé² jǿg³ quiah¹² Diú¹³. Jøng² ha¹chi² lǿa¹² ju³ná³ ca¹cuúh¹ dsa² héi² jniang³ dsag³. Tiog¹³ báh³ jái¹ dsa² héi² hi² ma²ŋi²niang³ jniang³ hi² dsio¹. Jøng² mi¹juanh¹² dsa² héi² Diú¹³ na³ma²tǿ² jmai³ ja³mi¹rø¹² Diú¹³ jǿg³.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 Huu¹³ quiah¹² Jmi² jniang³ mi³ti³ báh³ jniang³ ca¹lah¹jǿ¹ lei¹³ quiah¹² dsa² jmøi¹guǿi¹, ju³lah jǿg³ jmo¹² dsa² ta³, dsa² quin¹² ni³ juøi²,

14 ho¹ ju³ jǿg³ jmo¹² dsi³máh² ni³ quiah¹² dsa² ta³, dsa² mi²rø¹² jǿg³ quiah¹² dsa² jmo¹² hi² hlaih¹³, dsa² cuø¹² jǿg³ dsio¹ quiah¹² dsa² jmo¹² hi² dsio¹.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 Hniu¹ Diú¹³ hi² jmó³ jniang³ hi² dsio¹. Jøng² ha¹chi² jǿg³ hlaih¹³ li¹juúh² dsa² tsa¹ŋi¹² ha²lah lǿa¹² jǿg³ quiah¹² Diú¹³.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 Ma²lé² ŋi³nioh³ hniah¹² ju³lah dsa² ma²ca¹lúg². Cónh¹jøng² tsa¹dsio¹ ŋi³nioh³ hniah¹² juu¹² hlaih¹³ ni³ huu¹³ hi² ma²ca¹lég² Diú¹³. Dsio¹ ŋi³nioh³ hniah¹² dsa² jmoh² ta³ quiah¹² Diú¹³.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 Mi³juanh¹³ jniang³ ca¹lah¹já¹ dsa². Mi³hnio¹³ jniang³ roh¹³. Mi³gan¹ jniang³ Diú¹³. Mi³juanh¹³ jniang³ dsa² ta³.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 Dsio¹ mi³tih³ hniah¹² jǿg³ quiah¹² juuh² hniah¹², ju³lah hniah¹² dsa² jmoh² ta³ quiah¹² dsa². Cøng² hi² jmóh³ hniah¹² hi² dsio¹, lǿa¹² ju³ dsiog¹ juuh² hniah¹², ho¹ ju³ tsa¹dsiog¹dsa.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 Tøa¹² dsǿa¹² Diú¹³ ju³ná³ dsagh² hoh¹² hniah¹² Diú¹³ mi³juanh¹³ hniah¹² hoh¹² ta³lah¹cánh³ hniah¹² jmø³uai¹² ni³ huu¹³ dsag³ tsa¹reh² hniah¹².
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 Ha¹chi² ta³ jmo¹ hi² mi³juanh¹³ hniah¹² hoh¹² ja³jmógh² dsa², ju³ná³ lah¹dsóh² reh² hniah¹² dsag³. Dsio¹ báh³ mi³juanh¹³ hniah¹² hoh¹² ju³ná³ ca¹jmógh² dsa² ja³ca¹jmoh³ hniah¹² hi² dsio¹. Lah¹jøng² báh³ tøa¹² dsǿa¹² Diú¹³.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 Juu¹² jøng² ca¹hei¹ Diú¹³ hi² ŋi³nioh³ hniah¹², juu¹² ca¹ŋøa¹ Cristo hŋiah¹². Dsio¹ ŋi³nioh³ hniah¹² dsi³cah³ Cristo, dsa² ca¹cán¹ jmø³uai¹² ni³ quián² jniang³.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 Ha¹chi² hi² hlaih¹³ ca¹jmo¹dsa. Ha¹chi² ca¹mi¹gag¹²dsa.
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 Ha¹chi² ca¹ŋai¹dsa jǿg³ hlaih¹³ ca¹juúh² dsa². Ha¹chi² jǿg³ ca¹tsáih¹dsa dsa² ca¹cuø¹ jmø³uai¹². Ma²ŋi¹²dsa mi¹rø¹² Jmi² jniang³ jǿg³ cu²rø².
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 Dsǿg³ jniang³ báh³ ca¹quíg¹dsa ni³ crǿg¹³. Mi³jøng² tsa¹ma¹ŋi³niang³ jniang³ hi² hlaih¹³, hi² ŋi³niang³ jniang³ jmáh¹lah hi² dsio¹. Ca¹cán¹dsa jmø³uai¹². Mi³jøng² liúg² jniang³.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 Mi³ŋi²niang³ jniang³ dsø²cogh¹² jniang³ juu¹² ju³lah la³ŋi²nio³ jah¹chih². Jøng² ma²ŋi²niang³ jniang³ quianh¹³ Juu¹³ jniang³, dsa² neng¹² gug² tai³ jniang³.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
