1 Joon ga'láa² Jesús 'wii²¹² 'e tyaa¹ jmai'² júu³ cwáain¹ tya' 'in tsá² do gajin'²in:
1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 ―'E tyʉ'² Dios to² tsá² lɨ la lɨ mo gajmaa¹a jaain²¹ rǿøi¹³ jmɨɨ²¹² mo gacui'² cwoo²¹ jóon¹on.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,
3 'In rǿøi¹³ do gasii²¹in tsa'leei'¹³ tya'a wa'a tsate'²e 'in tsá² nigatø'²ø itsalíin² jmɨɨ²¹² do. Pe 'in tsá² nigatø'²ø do jo 'iin²¹²in tsalíin².
3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.

4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.

5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 'Inlɨ́ɨi¹³gɨ gajmee'²¹mo 'in tsa'leei'¹³ tya' rǿøi'³ 'in gangate'² 'ii ce gajngaa'¹²mo 'ido.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Joon 'in rǿøi¹³ do gatɨ́² 'nii'²¹‑tsi joon gatyʉ'²ʉ to² 'láa² tya'a wa tsalíin² tsajngaa'¹²mo 'in tsá² do 'in gajngaai'¹² tsa'leei'¹³ tya'a joon i'úi¹ jɨ́² goo¹o 'ido.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Mo ngayuui'¹³ joon 'in rǿøi¹³ do gasɨɨ'²¹ɨ tsa'leei'¹³ tya'a jin'²in: “Jilaa'²¹ niná¹ tyʉ́² tya' icwui'² cwoo²¹ xuui²¹² tyiia pe jo tɨ́ɨ²i jalíin² 'in nigatǿø²øø' do.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Cwolíin²naa' jon fu la caain²¹ tyʉʉ'¹³ jee²¹² 'nʉ́¹ joon tǿ²øø' doñi'iin tsá² 'in máa¹³naa' ijalíin² li tɨ́² jmɨɨ²¹² lo.”
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Joon ngalíin²mo 'in tsa'leei'¹³ do jee²¹² 'nʉ́¹ do joon galicaain²¹ jileei'²¹ tsá² 'in gatsee'²¹i 'in tyúi¹ coon'¹³ 'in gó². Joon coon'¹³ la joon garǿi¹ inʉʉ tya' 'in rǿøi¹³ do.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 ’Joon 'in rǿøi¹³ do ga'í² inʉʉ lɨ nataai²¹² 'in tsá² gatø'²ø do. Joon gangaa¹i jaain²¹ tsañʉʉ'¹ 'in jo tyi'² 'mɨ'² 'a la tyi'² tsá² 'in taai²¹² lɨ cui'² cwoo²¹ tsá².
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Joon gajin'²in sɨɨ'²¹ɨ 'ido: “Tsaru'¹u', ¿'ee lɨ jo tyii'¹³'i 'mɨ'² 'e la tyi'² 'in catyaai² no?” Joon 'in tsá² do gajaan¹an tii².
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Joon 'in rǿøi¹³ do gatyʉ'² to² tsa'leei'¹³ tya'a jin'²in: “Cwo'nʉʉ²ʉʉ' cwoo²¹ tɨɨ² 'ino joon cwopíin¹naa' fu caluu lɨ nʉʉ²¹.” Do‑o ityi'²i tsá² joon icuu'²¹i moojóon¹on.
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Tsʉ itø'²ø Dios fúu¹mo tsá² pe xʉʉ 'in cwai'³ jee²¹² do‑o jmáa¹a.
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Joon 'in tsá² fariseos gasɨɨ²¹i la 'oo'²¹ yaai xiiala lí² 'nɨ́ɨ²i Jesús coon'¹³ júu³ tya'a.

16 To² joon gasii²¹in tsá² fariseos 'inlɨ́ɨi¹³ tsá² tya'a caan²¹mo coon'¹³ 'inlɨ́ɨi¹³ tsá² tya' Herodes 'e sɨɨ'²¹ɨ Jesús, joon gajin'²in:
16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Sii'¹³ jna'a, ¿tɨ² tyʉ́² wa tyí² tsá² cuu² tya' 'in tsaa'to² tyíin¹ Roma 'owa jo tyí² tsá² 'ee?
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?

18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?

19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.

20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?

21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Joon mo ganúu²un 'in tsá² do júu³ tya' Jesús do ganga'goo²¹‑tsi. Gatiu²mo 'ido 'ii jon gangaliin¹mo.
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Jmɨɨ²¹² joon gangalíin² 'inlɨ́ɨi¹³ tsá² saduceos, 'in jin'² 'e jo jiin'¹in tsá² jee²¹² 'lɨɨ²¹², ngaunngɨɨ¹ɨ Jesús 'e júu³ lo:

24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Joon galiseein²¹ dyái¹ tsañʉʉ'¹ la 'oo'²¹ ruu'²¹i. Joon 'in nifu do gacu'²mo cwoo²¹o joon gajúun¹mo joon jo xuui²¹² tya'a galiseein²¹. Joon 'in ruu'²¹i lɨ gatɨ́² gái¹ do gacu'²mo cwoo²¹o jon coon'¹³ 'in 'yiia'nɨ́ɨ² do.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.
26 La galɨ́¹ tya' 'in nifu do la joon galɨ́¹ tya' 'in gatɨ́² gái¹ do. La joon tya' 'in gatɨ́² gaai²¹ jon. La joon galɨ́¹ tya' jɨ dyáa¹i do.
26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Joon mo gangɨ́ɨ²i joon, joon gajún¹mo jon 'in tsamɨ́² do.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Joon mi jiin'¹in tsá² jee²¹² 'lɨɨ²¹², ¿'iin jee²¹² 'in dyái¹ tsaruu'²¹i do ilíi²in nʉʉ'¹ tya' 'in tsamɨ́² do tsʉ jilee'²¹mo do gacu'²mo cwoo²¹o coon'¹³?
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Joon gañii¹i Jesús:
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Tsʉ mi jiin'¹in 'lɨɨ²¹² jo cui'²gɨ cwoo²¹o tsañʉʉ'¹ jon'gɨ tsamɨ́². Ilíi²in lawa ángeles tya' Dios 'in taai²¹² ñʉ'fú².
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Pe cwáain¹ tya' 'e jiin'¹in tsá², ¿tɨ jo mo gauntsáa¹³ 'naa' xiiala nigajin'² Dios 'ña'a? La joon gajin'²in:
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 “Jna‑a Dios tya' Abraham, joongɨ tya' Isaac, joongɨ tya' Jacob.” 'In Dios Jmii²¹ do jon' Dios tya' 'in nijuin¹, Dios tya' tsá² jiin'¹ 'ii.
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

34 Sabendo os fariseus que Jesus reduzira ao silêncio os saduceus, reuniram-se
35 Joon 'e 'iin²¹²in wa iliñii¹ 'ee 'ɨ¹‑tsi Jesús joon jaain²¹ tɨfo'² tya' ley jee²¹² 'ii gaunngɨɨ¹ɨ Jesús jin'²in:
35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 ―Tɨfo'², ¿'ee júu³ 'e ga'ɨ́ɨ²ɨ 'lɨɨ²¹² Moisés to² tyʉ'² Dios 'e tyiin²gɨ?
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Joon Jesús gajin'²in:
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.

38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.

39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.

40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.
41 La jee²¹² téen²mogɨ tsá² fariseos coon'¹³ Jesús
41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 joon gaunngɨɨ¹ɨ Jesús 'ii:
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Joon gajin'² Jesús gasɨɨ'²¹ɨ 'ii:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 Ña'ñʉ'¹ʉ' Dios Jmii²¹ jin'²in sɨɨ'²¹ɨ Ña'ñʉ'¹ʉ' tyiia:
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?

45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?

46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
