1 Praise YAH! Praise, O servants of Jehovah, praise the name of Jehovah!
1 Aleluia. Louvai, ó servos do Senhor, louvai o nome do Senhor.
2 Blessed is the name of Jehovah from this time forth and forevermore!
2 Bendito seja o nome do Senhor, agora e para sempre.
3 From the rising of the sun to its going down Jehovahs name is to be praised.
3 Desde o nascer ao pôr-do-sol, seja louvado o nome do Senhor.
4 Jehovah is high above all nations, His glory above the heavens.
4 O Senhor é excelso sobre todos os povos, sua glória ultrapassa a altura dos céus.
5 Who is like Jehovah our God, who dwells on high,
5 Quem se compara ao Senhor, nosso Deus, que tem seu trono nas alturas,
6 who humbles Himself to behold the things that are in the heavens and in the earth!
6 e do alto olha o céu e a terra?
7 He raises the poor out of the dust, and lifts the needy out of the ash heap,
7 Ele levanta do pó o indigente e tira o pobre do monturo,
8 that He may seat him with nobles; with the nobles of His people.
8 para, entre os príncipes, fazê-lo sentar, junto dos grandes de seu povo.
9 He causes the barren to dwell in a house, like a joyful mother of children. Praise YAH!
9 E a mulher, que, antes, era estéril, ele a faz, em sua casa, mãe feliz de muitos filhos.
