1 And the word of the Lord was maad to me,
1 A palavra do SENHOR veio novamente a mim, dizendo:
2 and he seide, Sone of man, profesie thou, and seie, The Lord God seith these thingis, Yelle ye, Wo!
2 Filho do homem, profetiza, e dize: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Uivai: Ai daquele dia!
3 wo! to the dai, for the dai is niy; and the dai of the Lord neiyith, the dai of a cloude. The tyme of hethene men schal be;
3 Porque o dia está perto, o dia do SENHOR está mesmo perto; um dia nublado; será o tempo dos pagãos.
4 and a swerd schal come in to Egipt, and drede schal be in Ethiopie, whanne woundid men schulen falle doun in Egipt, and the multitude therof schal be takun awei, and the foundementis therof schulen be distried.
4 E a espada virá sobre o Egito, e grande dor haverá na Etiópia, quando os mortos caírem no Egito; e eles tomarão a sua multidão, e seus fundamentos serão demolidos.
5 Ethiopie, and Libie, and Lidiens, and al the residue comyn puple, and Chub, and the sones of the lond of boond of pees schulen falle doun bi swerd with hem.
5 Etiópia, Líbia e Lídia e todas as pessoas misturadas, e Cube, e os homens das terras aliadas, eles cairão pela espada.
6 The Lord God seith these thingis, And thei that vndursetten Egipt schulen falle doun, and the pride of the lordschipe therof schal be destried; fro the tour of Sienes thei schulen falle bi swerd ther ynne, seith the Lord of oostis.
6 Assim diz o SENHOR: Aqueles também que sustém o Egito, cairão, e o orgulho do seu poder cairá; desde a torre de Sevene eles cairão pela espada, diz o Senhor DEUS.
7 And thei schulen be distried in the myddis of londis maad desolat, and the citees therof schulen be in the myddis of citees forsakun.
7 E serão assolados no meio das nações que estão assolados, e suas cidades estarão no meio das cidades que estão devastadas.
8 And thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord God, whanne Y schal yyue fier in Egipt, and alle the helperis therof schulen be al to-brokun.
8 E eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR, quando tiver ateado fogo no Egito, e quando todos os seus ajudadores forem destruídos.
9 In that dai messangeris schulen go out fro my face in schippis with thre ordris of ooris, to al to-breke the trist of Ethiopie; and drede schal be in hem in the dai of Egipt, for with out doute it schal come.
9 Naquele dia, mensageiros sairão de mim em navios, para amedrontarem os sossegados etíopes, e grande dor virá sobre eles, como no dia do Egito; porque, eis que ele vem.
10 The Lord God seith these thingis, And I schal make to ceesse the multitude of Egipt in the hond of Nabugodonosor, king of Babiloyne.
10 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eu também farei com que a multidão do Egito cesse pela mão de Nabucodonosor, rei de Babilônia.
11 He and his puple with hym, the strongeste men of hethene men, schulen be brouyt, to leese the lond; and thei schulen drawe out her swerdis on Egipt, and thei schulen fille the lond with slayn men.
11 Ele e o seu povo com ele, os terríveis das nações, serão trazidos para destruírem a terra, e eles desembainharão as suas espadas contra o Egito, e encherão a terra com os mortos.
12 And Y schal make drie the botmes of floodis, and Y schal yyue the lond in the hond of the worste men; and I schal distrie the lond, and the fulnesse therof in the hond of aliens; Y the Lord spak.
12 E tornarei os rios secos, e venderei a terra à mão dos perversos, e farei com que a terra fique assolada e tudo o que há nela, pela mão dos estranhos; eu, o SENHOR, o disse.
13 The Lord God seith these thingis, And Y schal leese simylacris, and Y schal make idols to ceesse fro Memphis, and a duyk of the lond of Egipt schal no more be. And Y schal yyue drede in the lond of Egipt,
13 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eu também destruirei os ídolos, e farei com que as suas imagens cessem em Nofe; e não haverá mais um príncipe da terra do Egito; e porei medo na terra do Egito.
14 and Y schal leese the lond of Phatures. And Y schal yyue fier in Tafnys, and Y schal make my domes in Alisaundre.
14 E farei com que Patros fique assolada, e porei fogo em Zoã, e executarei juízos em Nô.
15 And Y schal schede out myn indignacioun on Pelusyum, the strengthe of Egipt; and Y schal sle the multitude of Alisaundre,
15 E derramarei minha fúria sobre Sim, a força do Egito, e cortarei fora a multidão de Nô.
16 and Y schal yyue fier in Egipt. Pelusyum, as a womman trauelynge of child, schal haue sorewe, and Alisaundre schal be destried, and in Memphis schulen be ech daies angwischis.
16 E porei fogo no Egito; Sim terá grande dor, e Nô será fendida, e Nofe terá aflições diariamente.
17 The yonge men of Heliopoleos and of Bubasti schulen falle doun bi swerd, and tho citees schulen be led caitifs.
17 Os homens jovens de Áven e Pi-Besete cairão à espada, e estas cidades irão em cativeiro.
18 And in Thafnys the dai schal wexe blak, whanne Y schal al to-breke there the ceptris of Egipt, and the pride of the power therof schal faile there ynne. A cloude schal hile it; forsothe the douytris therof schulen be led in to caitifte, and Y schal make domes in Egipt;
18 E em Tafnes também, o dia se escurecerá, quando eu quebrar ali os jugos do Egito, e nela cessar o esplendor da sua força, quanto a ela, uma nuvem a cobrirá, e suas filhas irão em cativeiro.
19 and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
19 Assim executarei juízos no Egito, e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
20 And it was doon in the enleuenthe yeer, in the firste monethe, in the seuenthe dai of the moneth, the word of the Lord was maad to me,
20 E sucedeu que, no ano undécimo, no primeiro mês, no sétimo dia do mês, que a palavra do SENHOR veio a mim, dizendo:
21 and he seide, Thou sone of man, Y haue broke the arm of Farao, kyng of Egipt; and lo! it is not wlappid, that helthe schulde be restorid therto, that it schulde be boundun with clothis, and woundun with lynnun clothis, and that he myyte holde swerd, whanne he hadde resseyued strengthe.
21 Filho do homem, eu quebrei o braço de Faraó, rei do Egito, e eis que não será atado para ser curado, para pôr uma roldana para amarrá-lo, para fazê-lo forte para segurar a espada.
22 Therfor the Lord God seith these thingis, Lo! Y to Farao, king of Egipt; and Y schal make lesse his strong arm but brokun, and Y schal caste doun the swerd fro his hond.
22 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu estou contra Faraó, rei do Egito, e quebrarei os seus braços, o forte e aquele que foi quebrado, e eu farei a espada cair da sua mão.
23 And Y schal scatere Egipt among hethene men, and Y schal wyndewe hem in londis.
23 E espalharei os egípcios entre as nações, e os dispersarei pelas nações.
24 And Y schal coumforte the armes of the kyng of Babiloyne, and Y schal yyue my swerd in the hond of hym; and Y schal breke the armes of Farao, and men slayn bifore his face schulen weile bi weilyngis.
24 E eu fortalecerei os braços do rei de Babilônia, e porei a minha espada na sua mão; mas quebrarei os braços de Faraó, e ele gemerá diante dele com os gemidos de um homem mortalmente ferido.
25 And Y schal coumforte the armes of the kyng of Babiloyne, and the armes of Farao schulen falle doun. And thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord, whanne Y schal yyue my swerd in the hond of the kyng of Babiloyne; and he schal stretche forth it on the lond of Egipt.
25 Mas fortalecerei os braços do rei de Babilônia, e os braços de Faraó cairão; e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR, quando eu colocar a minha espada na mão do rei de Babilônia, e ele a estender sobre a terra do Egito.
26 And Y schal scatere Egipt in to naciouns, and Y schal wyndewe hem in to londis; and thei schulen wite, that Y am the Lord.
26 E eu espalharei os egípcios entre as nações, e os dispersarei entre as nações; e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
