1 A Song of degrees. They that trust in the LORD, shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever.
1 Os que confiam no Senhor são como o monte Sião, que não se abala, mas continua firme para sempre.
2 As the mountains are round Jerusalem, so the LORD is around his people from henceforth even for ever.
2 Como em volta de Jerusalém estão os montes, assim o ao redor do seu povo, desde agora e para sempre.
3 For the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands to iniquity.
3 O cetro dos ímpios não permanecerá na terra dos justos, para que os justos não comecem a praticar a iniquidade.
4 Do good, O LORD, to those that are good, and to them that are upright in their hearts.
4 Faze o bem, Senhor , aos bons e aos retos de coração.
5 As for such as turn aside to their crooked ways, the LORD shall lead them forth with the workers of iniquity: but peace shall be upon Israel.
5 Quanto aos que se desviam para caminhos tortuosos, o juntamente com os malfeitores. Paz sobre Israel!
