¹ Hallelujah. Sing to Yahweh a new song, And his praise in the assembly of the saints.

² Let Israel rejoice in him who made him: Let the sons of Zion be joyful in their King.

² Ó Israel, alegre-se em seu Criador! Ó povo de Sião, exulte em seu Rei!

³ Let them praise his name in the dance: Let them sing praises to him with timbrel and harp.

⁴ For Yahweh takes pleasure in his people: He will beautify the meek with salvation.

⁴ Pois o S enhor tem prazer em seu povo; ele coroa os humildes com vitória.

⁵ Let the saints exult in glory: Let them sing for joy on their beds.

⁶ [Let] the high praises of God [be] in their mouth, And a two-edged sword in their hand;

⁶ Louvores a Deus estejam em seus lábios,

⁷ To execute vengeance on the nations, And punishments on the peoples;

⁷ para se vingarem das nações e castigarem os povos,

⁸ To bind their kings with chains, And their nobles with fetters of iron;

⁸ para prenderem seus reis com algemas e seus líderes, com correntes de ferro,

⁹ To execute on them the judgment written: This honor have all his saints. Hallelujah.
