¹ A Song, A Psalm of David. My heart is fixed, O God; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises, even with my glory.

¹ Canção ou Salmo de Davi. Ó Deus, meu coração está firme; eu cantarei e darei louvores, até com a minha glória.

² Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake the dawn.

² Acordai, saltério e harpa; eu mesmo acordarei cedo.

³ I will give thanks to you, O Yahweh, among the peoples; And I will sing praises to you among the nations.

³ Eu te louvarei, ó SENHOR, entre o povo, e cantarei louvores a ti entre as nações.

⁴ For your loving-kindness is great above the heavens; And your truth [reaches] to the skies.

⁴ Pois a tua misericórdia é grande sobre os céus; e a tua verdade alcança até as nuvens.

⁵ Be exalted, O God, above the heavens, And your glory above all the earth.

⁵ Sê tu exaltado, ó Deus, sobre os céus, e a tua glória sobre toda a terra;

⁶ That your beloved may be delivered, Save with your right hand, and answer me.

⁶ para que os teus amados sejam libertos, salva com a tua direita, e responde-me.

⁷ God has spoken in his holiness: I will exult; I will divide Shechem, and mete out the valley of Succoth.

⁷ Deus falou na sua santidade: Eu me regozijarei, dividirei Siquém e medirei o vale de Sucote.

⁸ Gilead is mine; Manasseh is mine; Ephraim also is the defense of my head; Judah is my scepter.

⁸ Gileade é meu; Manassés é meu; Efraim também é a força da minha cabeça; Judá é meu legislador.

⁹ Moab is my washpot; On Edom I will cast my sandal; Over Philistia I will shout.

⁹ Moabe é meu vaso de lavar; sobre Edom lançarei minha sandália; sobre a Filístia triunfarei.

¹⁰ Who will bring me into the fortified city? Who has led me to Edom?

¹⁰ Quem me trará para a cidade forte? Quem me levará para dentro de Edom?

¹¹ Haven't you cast us off, O God? And you don't go forth, O God, with our hosts.

¹¹ Não irás tu, ó Deus, que nos rejeitaste? E não irás tu, ó Deus, adiante com os nossos exércitos?

¹² Give us help against the adversary; For vain is the help of man.

¹² Dá-nos o socorro na tribulação; pois vão é o socorro do homem.

¹³ Through God we will do valiantly: For it is he who will tread down our adversaries.

¹³ Através de Deus agiremos valentemente, pois ele é aquele que pisará nossos inimigos.
