Isaías 56
Updated Bible Version (UPDV) vs NAA
1 Thus says Yahweh, Keep{+} justice, and do righteousness; for my salvation is near to come, and my righteousness to be revealed.
1 Assim diz o Senhor : “Mantenham o direito e pratiquem a justiça, porque a minha salvação está prestes a vir, e a minha justiça está prestes a se manifestar.
2 Blessed is [the] common man who does this, and the son of man who holds it fast; that keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and keeps his hand from doing any evil.
2 Bem-aventurado quem faz isto, e aquele que nisto se firma, que se guarda de profanar o sábado e guarda a sua mão de cometer algum mal.”
3 Neither let the foreigner, that has joined himself to Yahweh, speak, saying, Yahweh will surely separate me from his people; neither let the eunuch say, Look, I am a dry tree.
3 O estrangeiro que tiver se unido ao “O me excluirá do seu povo.” E um eunuco não deve dizer: “Eis que eu sou uma árvore seca.”
4 For thus says Yahweh of the eunuchs that keep my Sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast my covenant:
4 Porque assim diz o Senhor : “Aos eunucos que guardam os meus sábados, escolhem aquilo que me agrada e abraçam a minha aliança,
5 To him I will give in my house and inside my walls a memorial and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that will not be cut off.
5 darei no meu templo e dentro das minhas muralhas um memorial e um nome melhor do que filhos e filhas; darei a cada um deles um nome eterno, que nunca se apagará.
6 Also the foreigners who join themselves to Yahweh, to minister to him, and to love the name of Yahweh, to be his slaves, everyone who keeps the Sabbath from profaning it, and holds fast my covenant;
6 Aos estrangeiros que se aproximam do para o servir e para amar o nome do sendo deste modo servos deles, sim, todos os que guardam o sábado, não o profanando, e abraçam a minha aliança,
7 even them I will bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt-offerings and their sacrifices will be accepted on my altar; for my house will be called a house of prayer for all peoples.
7 também os levarei ao meu santo monte e lhes darei alegria na minha Casa de Oração. Os seus holocaustos e os seus sacrifícios serão aceitos no meu altar, porque a minha casa será chamada ‘Casa de Oração’ para todos os povos.”
8 The Sovereign Yahweh, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, says, Yet I will gather [others] to him, besides his own who are gathered.
8 Assim diz o Senhor Deus, que congrega os dispersos de Israel: “Ainda congregarei outros aos que já se acham reunidos.”
9 All you{+} beasts of the field, come to devour, [yes], all you{+} beasts in the forest.
9 “Vocês, todos os animais do campo, todos os animais dos bosques, venham comer.
10 His watchmen are blind, they are all without knowledge; they are all mute dogs, they can't bark; dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber.
10 Os atalaias de Israel são cegos, nada sabem. Todos são cães mudos, não podem latir. São sonhadores preguiçosos, gostam de dormir.
11 Yes, the dogs are greedy, they can never have enough; and these are shepherds that can't understand: they have all turned to their own way, each one to his gain, from every quarter.
11 Tais cães são gulosos, nunca se fartam. São pastores que nada compreendem; todos seguem o seu próprio caminho, cada um para a sua ganância, todos sem exceção.
12 Come{+}, [they say], I will fetch wine, and we will fill ourselves with strong drink; and tomorrow will be as this day, [a day] great beyond measure.
12 Eles dizem: ‘Venham! Vou trazer o vinho! Vamos nos encharcar de bebida forte! O dia de amanhã será como este e ainda maior e mais famoso.’”
