1 And Jehovah spoke to Moses, saying,
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:
2 Speak to the sons of Israel, and you shall say to them, When a man makes a difficult vow by your evaluation, the persons shall be Jehovah's.
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: quando um homem fizer um voto especial, as pessoas serão ao SENHOR por tua avaliação.
3 And your evaluation shall be of the male from a son of twenty years even until a son of sixty years; then your evaluation shall be fifty shekels of silver by the shekel of the sanctuary.
3 E a tua avaliação será de um homem, da idade de vinte anos até os sessenta anos, será a tua avaliação de cinquenta shekels de prata, segundo o shekel do santuário.
4 And if it is a female, then your evaluation shall be thirty shekels.
4 E se for mulher, a tua avaliação será de trinta shekels.
5 And if from a son of five years to a son of twenty years, then your evaluation shall be twenty shekels for the male and ten shekels for the female.
5 E se for da idade de cinco anos até vinte anos, a tua avaliação do homem será de vinte shekels, e a da mulher, de dez shekels.
6 And if a son of a month even to a son of five years, then your evaluation shall be five shekels of silver for the male and three shekels of silver for the female.
6 E se for da idade de um mês até cinco anos, então a tua avaliação do homem será de cinco shekels de prata, e a tua avaliação da mulher será de três shekels de prata.
7 And if from a son of sixty years and above, if a male, then your evaluation shall be fifteen shekels and for a female ten shekels.
7 E se for da idade de sessenta anos e acima, se for homem, a tua avaliação será de quinze shekels, e a da mulher, de dez shekels.
8 but if he is too poor for your evaluation, then he shall be made to stand before the priest, and the priest shall value him; the priest shall value him according to the reach of him who vowed.
8 Mas se ele for mais pobre do que a tua avaliação, então ele se apresentará diante do sacerdote, para que o sacerdote o avalie; conforme a habilidade que prometeu o sacerdote o avaliará.
9 And if it is an animal of which they bring an offering to Jehovah, all that one gives of it to Jehovah is holy.
9 E se for um animal, do qual o homem traz uma oferta ao SENHOR, tudo que algum homem der ao SENHOR será santo.
10 He shall not replace it, or change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. And if he shall at all change animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is changed shall be holy.
10 Ele não a alterará, nem a trocará bom por mau, ou mau por bom; mas se ele trocar animal por animal, tanto o que for trocado como aquele por que se trocou, serão santos.
11 And if any unclean animal, or one which they may not bring as an offering to Jehovah, then he shall make stand the animal before the priest.
11 E, se for algum animal impuro, dos que eles não oferecem em sacrifício ao SENHOR, então ele apresentará o animal diante do sacerdote.
12 And the priest shall value it, whether it is good or bad; as you the priest value it, so it shall be.
12 E o sacerdote o avaliará, seja bom ou seja mau; conforme avaliação do sacerdote, assim será.
13 But if he really redeems it, then he shall add its fifth to your evaluation.
13 Porém, se em alguma maneira o resgatar, então, ele acrescentará a quinta parte, além da tua avaliação.
14 And when a man sanctifies his house as a holy thing to Jehovah, then the priest shall value it, whether good or bad. As the priest values it, so it shall stand.
14 E quando um homem santificar a sua casa para ser santa ao SENHOR, então o sacerdote a avaliará, seja boa, seja má; como o sacerdote a avaliar, assim será.
15 And if he who is sanctifying shall redeem the house, then he shall add a fifth of the silver of its valuation, and it shall become his.
15 E se o que santificou resgatar a sua casa, então, ele acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro da tua avaliação, e será dele.
16 And if a man sanctifies a field of his property to Jehovah, then your valuation shall be according to its seed; a homer of barley seed at fifty shekels of silver.
16 E se um homem santificar ao SENHOR uma parte do campo da sua possessão, então a tua avaliação será segundo a sua semente: um ômer de semente de cevada será avaliado por cinquenta shekels de prata.
17 If he shall sanctify his field from the year of jubilee, it shall stand according to your valuation.
17 Se ele santificar o seu campo desde o ano do jubileu, conforme a tua avaliação ficará.
18 And if he shall sanctify his field after the jubilee, then the priest shall count to him the silver according to the years which are left, to the year of the jubilee. And it shall be deducted from your estimation.
18 Mas se ele santificar o seu campo depois do jubileu, então o sacerdote lhe contará o dinheiro conforme os anos restantes até o ano do jubileu, e isto se abaterá da tua estimativa.
19 And if he sanctifying the field really will redeem it, then he shall add a fifth of the silver of your evaluation to it, and it shall rise to become his.
19 E se aquele que santificou o campo de alguma maneira o resgatar, então ele acrescentará a quinta parte do dinheiro da tua estimativa, e lhe será assegurado.
20 And if he does not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it is not to be redeemed any more.
20 E se ele não resgatar o campo ou se ele vender o campo a outro homem, não será mais resgatado.
21 And the field shall be holy to Jehovah when it goes out in the jubilee, as a field which is devoted. It shall be a possession to the priest.
21 Mas o campo, quando sair no ano do jubileu, será santo ao SENHOR, como um campo consagrado; a possessão dele será do sacerdote.
22 And if he should devote a field of his purchase, which is not of the fields of his possession,
22 E se um homem santificar ao SENHOR um campo que ele comprou, o qual não é dos campos da sua possessão,
23 then the priest shall count to him the amount of your valuation to the year of jubilee. And he shall give your valuation in that day, a holy thing to Jehovah.
23 então o sacerdote contará o valor da tua avaliação até o ano do jubileu; e ele dará a tua avaliação naquele dia, como coisa santa ao SENHOR.
24 In the year of jubilee the field shall return to him from whom he bought it, to him who owns it in the land.
24 No ano do jubileu, o campo retornará àquele de quem foi comprado, àquele a quem a terra pertencia.
25 And all your valuation shall be by the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
25 E toda a tua avaliação será conforme o shekel do santuário; de vinte geras será o shekel.
26 However, no man shall dedicate a firstling, which is first-born to Jehovah among animals, whether ox or sheep; it is Jehovah's.
26 Somente o primogênito dos animais, por já ser do SENHOR, nenhum homem o santificará; seja boi ou ovelha, ele é do SENHOR.
27 And if among the unclean animals, then he shall ransom it at your valuation, and he shall add its fifth to it. And if it is not redeemed, then it shall be sold at your evaluation.
27 E se for um animal impuro, então ele o resgatará, de acordo com a tua avaliação, e acrescentará a quinta parte; ou se não for resgatado, então deverá ser vendido de acordo com a tua avaliação.
28 But any devoted thing which a man devotes to Jehovah from all which belongs to him, of man or of animal, or of the field of his possession, it shall not be sold nor redeemed. Every devoted thing to Jehovah is most holy.
28 Todavia, nenhuma coisa consagrada, que um homem consagrar ao SENHOR de tudo o que ele tem, tanto de homem como de animal, ou do campo de sua possessão, se venderá ou se resgatará; toda coisa consagrada será uma coisa santíssima ao SENHOR.
29 No devoted thing which is dedicated by man shall be ransomed; it shall surely be put to death.
29 Nenhuma coisa consagrada, que for consagrada do homem, será resgatada; mas certamente será colocada à morte.
30 And all the tithe of the land, of the seed of the land, of the fruit of the tree, shall be Jehovah's; it is holy to Jehovah.
30 E todos os dízimos da terra, quer da semente da terra, ou do fruto da árvore são do SENHOR; santas são ao SENHOR.
31 And if a man really redeems any of his tithes, he shall add its fifth to it.
31 E se um homem quiser resgatar de seus dízimos, acrescentará a sua quinta parte sobre ela.
32 And all the tithe of the herd and of the flock, all that passes under the rod, a tenth shall be holy to Jehovah;
32 E acerca dos dízimos do gado e do rebanho, de tudo o que passar debaixo da vara, a décima parte será santa ao SENHOR.
33 he shall not search whether it is good or bad, nor shall he change it. And if he at all changes it, then it shall be that it and its substitute shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
33 Ele não procurará entre o bom e o mau, nem o trocará; e se ele o trocar, então tanto ele como o trocado serão santos; não serão resgatados.
34 These are the commands which Jehovah has commanded Moses for the sons of Israel, on Mount Sinai.
34 Estes são os mandamentos que o SENHOR ordenou a Moisés, aos filhos de Israel, no monte Sinai.
