1 So says Jehovah: Keep justice and do righteousness, for My salvation is near to come, and My righteousness to be revealed.
1 Assim diz o S enhor : “Sejam justos e façam o que é certo, pois logo virei para livrá-los e para mostrar minha justiça entre vocês.
2 Blessed is the man who does this, and the son of man who lays hold on it; keeping sabbath, from defiling it; and keeping his hand from doing every evil.
2 Feliz é aquele que tiver o cuidado de agir desse modo. Feliz é aquele que honrar meus sábados e evitar fazer o mal.
3 And do not let the son of the foreigner speak, he who joins himself to Jehovah, saying, Jehovah surely separates me from His people; and not do let the eunuch say, Behold, I am a dried tree.
3 “Não permitam que o estrangeiro comprometido com o S enhor diga: ‘O S E não permitam que o eunuco diga: ‘Sou uma árvore seca, sem filhos e sem futuro’.
4 For so says Jehovah to the eunuchs who keep My sabbaths and choose things I am pleased with, and take hold of My covenant:
4 Pois assim diz o S enhor : Eu abençoarei os eunucos que guardarem meus sábados e fizerem o que me agrada e se apegarem à minha aliança.
5 I, even I will give to them in My house and in My walls a hand and a name better than sons and than daughters; I will give them an everlasting name which shall not be cut off.
5 Eu lhes darei, dentro dos muros de minha casa, um memorial e um nome muito maior que filhos e filhas. Pois o nome que lhes darei é permanente; nunca desaparecerá!
6 And the sons of the alien who join themselves on Jehovah to serve Him, and to love the name of Jehovah, to be His servants, everyone who keeps from defiling the sabbath, and takes hold of My covenant:
6 “Abençoarei também os estrangeiros comprometidos com o S enhor , que o servem e amam seu nome, que o adoram e não profanam o sábado e que se apegam firmemente à minha aliança.
7 even them I will bring to My holy mount and make them joyful in My house of prayer. Their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted on My altar, for My house shall be called a house of prayer for all the peoples,
7 Eu os levarei ao meu santo monte e os encherei de alegria em minha casa de oração. Aceitarei seus holocaustos e sacrifícios, pois meu templo será chamado casa de oração para todas as nações.
8 states the Lord Jehovah, who gathers the outcasts of Israel, I will yet gather beside him his gathered ones.
8 Pois o S enhor Soberano, que traz de volta os exilados, diz: Também trarei outros de volta, além do meu povo, Israel”.
9 All beasts of the field come to devour, all beasts in the forest!
9 Venham, animais do campo! Venham, animais do bosque! Venham e devorem!
10 His watchmen are blind; they all do not know; they are all dumb dogs; they cannot bark, dreaming, lying down, loving to slumber;
10 Pois os vigias do meu povo são cegos e ignorantes. São como cães de guarda mudos, que não avisam quando o perigo se aproxima. Gostam de ficar deitados, dormindo e sonhando;
11 yea, dogs greedy of soul; they do not know satisfaction. And they are shepherds; they know not discernment; they all look to their own way, each one for his own gain, from his own end, saying:
11 como cães gulosos, nunca estão satisfeitos. São pastores ignorantes; cada um segue seu caminho e procura seus interesses.
12 Come, and let me bring wine, and let us gulp down fermented drink; and tomorrow shall be as this day, great, exceedingly abundant.
12 Dizem: “Venham, vamos arranjar vinho e dar uma festa; vamos nos embebedar. Amanhã faremos a mesma coisa, e daremos uma festa ainda maior!”.
