¹ Praise Yah. Praise Yahweh from the heavens; praise him in the heights.

² Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts.

³ Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all stars of light.

⁸ fire and hail, snow and cloud, stormy wind doing his bidding,

⁸ fogo e granizo, neve e neblina; vendaval proceloso dócil às suas ordens;

⁹ the mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,

⁹ montanhas e colinas, árvores frutíferas, árvores silvestres;

¹⁰ beasts and all cattle, creeping things and ⌞flying birds⌟,

¹⁰ feras e rebanhos, répteis e aves;

¹¹ kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth,

¹¹ reis da terra e todos os seus povos; príncipes e juízes do mundo;

¹² young men and young women as well, the old together with the young—

¹² jovens e donzelas; velhos e crianças!

¹³ let them praise the name of Yahweh, because his name alone is is exalted. His splendor is above earth and heavens.

¹³ Louvem todos o nome do Senhor, porque só o seu nome é excelso. Sua majestade transcende a terra e o céu,

¹⁴ And he has raised high a horn for his people, praise for all his faithful— for the children of Israel, a people close to him. Praise Yah.

¹⁴ e conferiu a seu povo um grande poder. Louvem-no todos os seus fiéis, filhos de Israel, povo a ele mais chegado.
