¹ Praise Yah. Praise Yahweh from the heavens; praise him in the heights.

¹ Aleluia! Louvem o louvem o

² Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his hosts.

² Louvem o Senhor , todos os seus anjos; louvem-no, todos os seus exércitos celestiais.

³ Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all stars of light.

³ Louvem o Senhor , sol e lua; louvem-no, todas as estrelas luzentes.

⁴ Praise him, ⌞highest heavens⌟, and waters above the heavens.

⁴ Louvem o Senhor , céus dos céus e as águas que estão acima do firmamento.

⁵ Let them praise the name of Yahweh, because he commanded and they were created.

⁵ Louvem o nome do Senhor , pois ele deu uma ordem, e foram criados.

⁶ And he put them in place forever and ever, by a decree he gave that will not pass away.

⁶ Ele os estabeleceu para todo o sempre; fixou-lhes uma ordem que não será mudada.

⁷ Praise Yahweh from the earth— great sea creatures and all deeps,

⁷ Desde a terra, louvem o Senhor ! Louvem-no, monstros marinhos e todos os abismos;

⁸ fire and hail, snow and cloud, stormy wind doing his bidding,

⁸ fogo e granizo, neve e vapor e ventos fortes que lhe executam a palavra;

⁹ the mountains and all hills, fruit trees and all cedars,

⁹ montes e todas as colinas, árvores frutíferas e todos os cedros;

¹⁰ beasts and all cattle, creeping things and ⌞flying birds⌟,

¹⁰ feras e todo o gado, animais que rastejam e aves;

¹¹ kings of the earth and all peoples, princes and all judges of the earth,

¹¹ reis da terra e todos os povos, príncipes e todos os juízes da terra;

¹² young men and young women as well, the old together with the young—

¹² rapazes e moças, velhos e crianças.

¹³ let them praise the name of Yahweh, because his name alone is is exalted. His splendor is above earth and heavens.

¹³ Louvem o nome do Senhor , porque só o seu nome é excelso; a sua majestade está acima da terra e do céu.

¹⁴ And he has raised high a horn for his people, praise for all his faithful— for the children of Israel, a people close to him. Praise Yah.

¹⁴ Ele exalta o poder do seu povo, o louvor de todos os seus santos, dos filhos de Israel, povo que lhe é chegado. Aleluia!
