¹ Unto the end. For Jeduthun. A Psalm of David.

¹ Ouve, ó Deus, o meu clamor; atende à minha oração.

² Will my soul not be subject to God? For from him is my salvation.

² Desde a extremidade da terra clamo a ti, estando abatido o meu coração; leva-me para a rocha que é mais alta do que eu.

³ Yes, he himself is my God and my salvation. He is my supporter; I will be moved no more.

³ Pois tu és o meu refúgio, uma torre forte contra o inimigo.

⁴ How is it that you rush against a man? Every one of you puts to death, as if you were pulling down a ruined wall, leaning over and falling apart.

⁴ Deixa-me habitar no teu tabernáculo para sempre; dá que me abrigue no esconderijo das tuas asas.

⁵ So, truly, they intended to reject my price. I ran in thirst. They blessed with their mouth and cursed with their heart.

⁵ Pois tu, ó Deus, ouviste os meus votos; deste-me a herança dos que temem o teu nome.

⁶ Yet, truly, my soul will be subject to God. For from him is my patience.

⁶ Prolongarás os dias do rei; e os seus anos serão como muitas gerações.

⁷ For he is my God and my Savior. He is my helper; I will not be expelled.

⁷ Ele permanecerá no trono diante de Deus para sempre; faze que a benignidade e a fidelidade o preservem.

⁸ In God is my salvation and my glory. He is the God of my help, and my hope is in God.

⁸ Assim cantarei louvores ao teu nome perpetuamente, para pagar os meus votos de dia em dia.

⁹ All peoples gathered together: trust in him. Pour out your hearts in his sight. God is our helper for eternity.
