1 I will praise Yahweh with all my heart, I will recount all thy wonderful doings:
1 Eu te louvarei, S enhor , de todo o meu coração; anunciarei as maravilhas que fizeste.
2 I will rejoice and exult in thee, I will praise in song, thy Name, O most High.
2 Por causa de ti, me alegrarei e celebrarei; cantarei louvores ao teu nome, ó Altíssimo.
3 When mine enemies turned back, they stumbled and perished from before thee;
3 Meus inimigos recuaram; tropeçaram e morreram diante de tua presença.
4 For thou hast executed my right and my cause, Thou hast sat on the throne, judging righteously:
4 Pois julgaste meu direito e minha causa; de teu trono julgaste com justiça.
5 Thou hast rebuked the nations, Thou hast destroyed the lawless one, Their name, hast thou wiped out, to times age-abiding and beyond.
5 Repreendeste as nações e destruíste os perversos; apagaste o nome deles de uma vez por todas.
6 O enemy! complete are the desolations, evermore,even cities, hast thou uprooted, The memory of, them, hath perished.
6 O inimigo está acabado, arruinado para sempre; arrasaste suas cidades e elas caíram em esquecimento.
7 But, Yahweh, unto times age-abiding, will sit, Ready for judgment, is his throne;
7 O S enhor , porém, reina para sempre; de seu trono, executa o julgamento.
8 And, he, will judge the world in righteousness, He will minister judgment to peoples, in uprightness.
8 Julgará o mundo com justiça e governará as nações com imparcialidade.
9 Thus be Yahweh a refuge for the crushed one, a refuge for times of destitution:
9 O S enhor é abrigo para os oprimidos, refúgio em tempos de aflição.
10 Thus let them who know thy Name, put confidence in thee, that thou hast not forsaken the searchers for thee, O Yahweh.
10 Quem conhece teu nome confia em ti, pois tu, S
11 Sing ye praise to Yahweh, who is seated in Zion, Tell among the peoples his doings.
11 Cantem louvores ao S enhor , que reina em Sião; anunciem ao mundo seus feitos.
12 When he was making inquisition for blood, of them, had he remembrance, he forgat not the outcry of the oppressed.
12 Pois aquele que vinga o sangue derramado não se esquece dos aflitos; ele não ignora seu clamor.
13 Show me favour, O Yahweh! Behold my humiliation due to them who hate me, Lift me on high out of the gates of death;
13 S enhor , tem misericórdia de mim! Vê como meus inimigos me atormentam e livra-me das garras da morte.
14 That I may recount all thy praises, In the gates of the daughter of Zion, may exult in thy salvation.
14 Salva-me, para que eu te louve às portas de Jerusalém; para que eu me alegre por teu resgate.
15 The nations, have sunk, in the pit they had made, In the net which they had hidden, is caught their own foot.
15 As nações caíram na cova que abriram; seus pés ficaram presos no laço que esconderam.
16 To be known is Yahweh, by the sentence he hath executed, By the doing of his own hands, is he about to strike down the lawless one. Refunding music. Selah.
16 O S enhor é conhecido por sua justiça; os perversos são pegos nas próprias armadilhas. Interlúdio silencioso
17 The lawless, shall return, to hades, all nations forgetful of God.
17 Os perversos descerão à sepultura; esse é o destino de todas as nações que se esquecem de Deus.
18 For, not always, shall the needy, be forgotten, the hope of the oppressed, perish for ever.
18 O necessitado, porém, não será esquecido para sempre; a esperança dos pobres nunca mais será frustrada.
19 Rise! Yahweh! let man not prevail, let the nations be judged before thee.
19 Levanta-te, S enhor ! Não permitas que simples mortais te desafiem! Julga as nações!
20 Appoint, O Yahweh, a terror for them,Let the nations know
20 Faze-as tremer de medo, S enhor ; que as nações saibam que não passam de simples mortais. Interlúdio
