1 All ye peoples, clap your hands, Shout unto God, with the voice of triumph;
1 Batam palmas de alegria, todos os povos! Cantem louvores a Deus em voz alta.
2 For, Yahwehas Most High, is to be revered, A great king, over all the earth,
2 Pois o Senhor , o Altíssimo, deve ser ele é o grande Rei que governa o mundo inteiro.
3 He will subjugate, Peoples under us, and, Tribes of men beneath our feet.
3 Deus nos fez vencer os outros povos; ele nos fez governar as nações.
4 He chooseth for us our inheritance, The excellence of Jacob, which he hath loved. Selah.
4 Ele escolheu para nós a terra onde vivemos, terra que é o orgulho do seu povo, a quem ele ama.
5 God hath ascended with a shout, Yahweh, with the sound of a horn.
5 Deus vai subindo para o seu trono. Enquanto ele sobe, há gritos de alegria e sons de trombeta.
6 Sing praises unto God, sing praises, Sing praises to our King, sing praises;
6 Cantem louvores a Deus. Cantem louvores ao nosso Rei.
7 For God is king of all the earth, Sing praises with understanding.
7 Louvem a Deus com canções, pois ele é o Rei do mundo inteiro!
8 God, hath become king, over the nations, God, hath taken his seat upon his holy throne.
8 Deus está sentado no seu santo trono; ele reina sobre as nações.
9 The willing-hearted of the peoples, have gathered themselves together, The people of the God of Abraham; For, to God, belong the shields of the earth, Greatly is he exalted.
9 Os que governam os povos se reúnem com o povo do Deus de Abraão, pois todo poder neste mundo pertence a Deus; ele domina tudo.
