1 All ye peoples, clap your hands, Shout unto God, with the voice of triumph;
1 Ao Músico-chefe, Salmo para os filhos de Corá. Batei palmas, todos vós povos; gritem a Deus com voz de triunfo.
2 For, Yahwehas Most High, is to be revered, A great king, over all the earth,
2 Pois o SENHOR altíssimo é terrível; ele é o grande Rei sobre toda a terra.
3 He will subjugate, Peoples under us, and, Tribes of men beneath our feet.
3 Ele subjugará os povos debaixo de nós, e as nações debaixo dos nossos pés.
4 He chooseth for us our inheritance, The excellence of Jacob, which he hath loved. Selah.
4 Ele escolherá para nós a nossa herança, a excelência de Jacó a quem ele amou. Selá.
5 God hath ascended with a shout, Yahweh, with the sound of a horn.
5 Deus subiu com um grito; o SENHOR com o som de uma trombeta.
6 Sing praises unto God, sing praises, Sing praises to our King, sing praises;
6 Cantai louvores a Deus, cantai louvores; cantai louvores ao nosso Rei, cantai louvores.
7 For God is king of all the earth, Sing praises with understanding.
7 Pois Deus é o Rei de toda a terra; cantai vós louvores com entendimento.
8 God, hath become king, over the nations, God, hath taken his seat upon his holy throne.
8 Deus reina sobre os pagãos; Deus se assenta sobre o trono da sua santidade.
9 The willing-hearted of the peoples, have gathered themselves together, The people of the God of Abraham; For, to God, belong the shields of the earth, Greatly is he exalted.
9 Os príncipes dos povos se reúnem, até o povo do Deus de Abraão; pois os escudos da terra pertencem a Deus, ele é grandemente exaltado.
