1 Unto Yahweh, in the distress that befell me, I criedand he answered me.
1 Quando estive aflito, pedi ajuda a Deus, o e ele me respondeu.
2 O Yahweh! rescue thou my soulfrom the false lip, from the deceitful tongue.
2 Ó Senhor , livra-me dos mentirosos e dos falsos!
3 What shall be given to thee, and what shall be added to thee, thou deceitful tongue?
3 Mentirosos, que será que Deus vai fazer com vocês? Como será que ele vai castigá-los?
4 The arrows of the hero sharpened, with burning coals of broom.
4 Ele os castigará com as flechas afiadas de um soldado e com brasas.
5 Woe is me, That I sojourn in Meshek,That I abide near the tents of Kedar!
5 Viver entre vocês me faz sofrer tanto como se eu morasse em Meseque ou entre a gente de Quedar .
6 Long, hath my soul had her dwelling with him that hateth peace:
6 Há muito tempo que estou morando com aqueles que odeiam a paz.
7 I, am for peace, and verily I speak, They, are for war!
7 Quando falo de paz, eles falam a favor de guerra.
