1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses in Mount Sinai, saying
1 Disse o Senhor a Moisés, no monte Sinai:
2 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them:When ye enter into the land which, I, am giving you, then shall the land keep a sabbath unto Yahweh.
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel e dize-lhes: Quando entrardes na terra, que vos dou, então, a terra guardará um sábado ao Senhor .
3 Six years, shalt thou sow thy field, and, six years, shalt thou prune thy vineyard,and gather the increase thereof;
3 Seis anos semearás o teu campo, e seis anos podarás a tua vinha, e colherás os seus frutos.
4 but, in the seventh yeara sabbath of sacred rest, shall there be unto the land, a sabbath unto Yahweh: thy field, shalt thou not sow, and, thy vineyard, shalt thou not prune;
4 Porém, no sétimo ano, haverá sábado de descanso solene para a terra, um sábado ao Senhor ; não semearás o teu campo, nem podarás a tua vinha.
5 that which groweth of itself of thy harvest, shalt thou not reap; and the grapes of thine unpruned vines, shalt thou not cut off: a year of sacred rest, shall there be to the land.
5 O que nascer de si mesmo na tua seara não segarás e as uvas da tua vinha não podada não colherás; ano de descanso solene será para a terra.
6 So shall the sabbath of the land be unto you for food: unto thee, and unto thy servant and unto thy handmaid,and unto thy hireling, and unto thy settlers that are sojourning with thee;
6 Mas os frutos da terra em descanso vos serão por alimento, a ti, e ao teu servo, e à tua serva, e ao teu jornaleiro, e ao estrangeiro que peregrina contigo;
7 and unto thy tame-beasts, and unto the wild-beasts that are in thy land, shall belong all the increase thereof for food.
7 e ao teu gado, e aos animais que estão na tua terra, todo o seu produto será por mantimento.
8 And thou shalt count to thee seven weeks of years, seven years, seven times,so shall the days of the seven weeks of years become to thee forty-nine years.
8 Contarás sete semanas de anos, sete vezes sete anos, de maneira que os dias das sete semanas de anos te serão quarenta e nove anos.
9 Then shalt thou cause a signal-horn to pass through in the seventh month, on the tenth of the month: on the Day of Propitiation, shall ye cause a horn to pass throughout all your land.
9 Então, no mês sétimo, aos dez do mês, farás passar a trombeta vibrante; no Dia da Expiação, fareis passar a trombeta por toda a vossa terra.
10 So shall ye hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim freedom throughout the land to all the dwellers thereof,a jubilee, shall it be unto you, and ye shall return, every man unto his possession, and every man unto his family, shall ye return.
10 Santificareis o ano quinquagésimo e proclamareis liberdade na terra a todos os seus moradores; ano de jubileu vos será, e tornareis, cada um à sua possessão, e cada um à sua família.
11 A jubilee, shall that fiftieth year be unto you,ye shall not sow, neither shall ye reap the self-grown corn thereof, nor cut off the grapes of the unpruned vines thereof.
11 O ano quinquagésimo vos será jubileu; não semeareis, nem segareis o que nele nascer de si mesmo, nem nele colhereis as uvas das vinhas não podadas.
12 For, a jubilee, it is, holy, shall it be unto you,out of the field, shall ye eat her increase.
12 Porque é jubileu, santo será para vós outros; o produto do campo comereis.
13 In this same jubilee year, shall ye return every man unto his possession.
13 Neste Ano do Jubileu, tornareis cada um à sua possessão.
14 And when ye sell anything to thy neighbour, or buy aught at thy neighbours hand, do not overreach one another.
14 Quando venderes alguma coisa ao teu próximo ou a comprares da mão do teu próximo, não oprimas teu irmão.
15 By the number of years after the jubilee, shalt thou buy of thy neighbour,by the number of the years of increase, shall he sell unto thee;
15 Segundo o número dos anos desde o Jubileu, comprarás de teu próximo; e, segundo o número dos anos das messes, ele venderá a ti.
16 according to the multitude of the years, shalt thou increase the price thereof, and, according to the fewness of the years, shalt thou diminish the price thereof,because the sum of the increase, it is that he selleth thee.
16 Sendo muitos os anos, aumentarás o preço e, sendo poucos, abaixarás o preço; porque ele te vende o número das messes.
17 So then ye shall not overreach one another; but thou shalt stand in awe of thy God,for, IYahweh, am your God.
17 Não oprimais ao vosso próximo; cada um, porém, tema a seu Deus; porque eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus.
18 Wherefore ye shall do my statutes, and my regulations, shall ye observe and do them,so shall ye dwell upon the land with confidence;
18 Observai os meus estatutos, guardai os meus juízos e cumpri-os; assim, habitareis seguros na terra.
19 and the land shall yield her fruit; and ye shall eat to the full,and shall dwell with confidence thereupon.
19 A terra dará o seu fruto, e comereis a fartar e nela habitareis seguros.
20 And since ye may say, What shall we eat in the seventh year? Lo! we are not to sow, neither are we to gather our increase!
20 Se disserdes: Que comeremos no ano sétimo, visto que não havemos de semear, nem colher a nossa messe?
21 Therefore will I command my blessing upon you, in the sixth year,and it shall make the increase of three years;
21 Então, eu vos darei a minha bênção no sexto ano, para que dê fruto por três anos.
22 and ye shall sow, the eighth year, and eat of old store,until the ninth year until the coming in of the increase thereof, shall ye eat old store.
22 No oitavo ano, semeareis e comereis da colheita anterior até ao ano nono; até que venha a sua messe, comereis da antiga.
23 The land moreover shall not be sold beyond recovery, for, mine, is the land,for, sojourners and settlers, ye are with me.
23 Também a terra não se venderá em perpetuidade, porque a terra é minha; pois vós sois para mim estrangeiros e peregrinos.
24 And, in all the land of your possession, a right of redemption, shall ye give to the land.
24 Portanto, em toda a terra da vossa possessão dareis resgate à terra.
25 When thy brother waxeth poor, and so selleth aught of his possession, then may his kinsman that is near unto him come in, and redeem that which was sold by his brother.
25 Se teu irmão empobrecer e vender alguma parte das suas possessões, então, virá o seu resgatador, seu parente, e resgatará o que seu irmão vendeu.
26 And, when, any man, hath no kinsman,but his own hand getteth enough, so that he findeth what is needed to redeem it,
26 Se alguém não tiver resgatador, porém vier a tornar-se próspero e achar o bastante com que a remir,
27 then shall he reckon the years since he sold it, and restore the overplus to the man to whom he sold it,and shall return to his possession.
27 então, contará os anos desde a sua venda, e o que ficar restituirá ao homem a quem vendeu, e tornará à sua possessão.
28 But, if his hand have not found enough to get it back unto him, then shall that which he sold remain in the hand of him that bought it, until the year of the jubilee,and shall go out in the jubilee, and he shall return unto his possession.
28 Mas, se as suas posses não lhe permitirem reavê-la, então, a que for vendida ficará na mão do comprador até ao Ano do Jubileu; porém, no Ano do Jubileu, sairá do poder deste, e aquele tornará à sua possessão.
29 And, when, any man, selleth a dwelling-house in a walled city, then shall his right of redemption remain until the completion of a year after he sold it,for, days, shall his right of redemption remain.
29 Quando alguém vender uma casa de moradia em cidade murada, poderá resgatá-la dentro de um ano a contar de sua venda; durante um ano, será lícito o seu resgate.
30 But, if it be not redeemed before the end of a full year, then shall the house that is in the city that hath walls be confirmed, beyond recovery, to him who bought it, unto his generations,it shall not go out in the jubilee.
30 Se, passando-se-lhe um ano, não for resgatada, então, a casa que estiver na cidade que tem muro ficará em perpetuidade ao que a comprou, pelas suas gerações; não sairá do poder dele no Jubileu.
31 But as for the houses of villages which have no wall round about them, with the fields of land, shall it be reckoned,a right of redemption, shall belong to it, and, in the jubilee, shall it go out.
31 Mas as casas das aldeias que não têm muro em roda serão estimadas como os campos da terra; para elas haverá resgate, e sairão do poder do comprador no Jubileu.
32 And as for the cities of the Levites, the houses of the cities of their possession, an age-abiding right of redemption, shall pertain unto the Levites.
32 Mas, com respeito às cidades dos levitas, às casas das cidades da sua possessão, terão direito perpétuo de resgate os levitas.
33 And, if one of the Levites should not redeem, then shall the sale of the house and the city of his possession go out in the jubilee; for, the houses of the cities of the Levites are their possession, in the midst of the sons of Israel.
33 Se o levita não resgatar a casa que vendeu, então, a casa comprada na cidade da sua possessão sairá do poder do comprador, no Jubileu; porque as casas das cidades dos levitas são a sua possessão no meio dos filhos de Israel.
34 But the field of the pasture-land of their cities, shall not be sold,for an age-abiding possession, it is unto them.
34 Mas o campo no arrabalde das suas cidades não se venderá, porque lhes é possessão perpétua.
35 And, when thy brother waxeth poor, and his hand becometh feeble with thee, then shalt thou strengthen him, as a sojourner and a settler, so shall he live with thee.
35 Se teu irmão empobrecer, e as suas forças decaírem, então, sustentá-lo-ás. Como estrangeiro e peregrino ele viverá contigo.
36 Do not accept from him interest or profit, but stand thou in awe of thy God,so shall thy brother live with thee.
36 Não receberás dele juros nem ganho; teme, porém, ao teu Deus, para que teu irmão viva contigo.
37 Thy silver, shalt thou not give him on interest,neither, for profit, shalt thou give him thy food.
37 Não lhe darás teu dinheiro com juros, nem lhe darás o teu mantimento por causa de lucro.
38 IYahweh, am your God, who brought you forth out of the land of Egypt,to give unto you the land of Canaan, to become your God,
38 Eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egito, para vos dar a terra de Canaã e para ser o vosso Deus.
39 And when thy brother waxeth poor with thee, and so selleth himself unto thee, thou shalt not bind him with the bondage of a bondman:
39 Também se teu irmão empobrecer, estando ele contigo, e vender-se a ti, não o farás servir como escravo.
40 as a hired servant, as a settler, shall he remain with thee,until the year of the jubilee, shall he serve with thee:
40 Como jornaleiro e peregrino estará contigo; até ao Ano do Jubileu te servirá;
41 then shall he go forth from thee, he and his sons with him,and shall return unto his family, and unto the possession of his fathers, shall he return.
41 então, sairá de tua casa, ele e seus filhos com ele, e tornará à sua família e à possessão de seus pais.
42 For, my bondmen, they are, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt,they shall not sell themselves with the sale of a bondman.
42 Porque são meus servos, que tirei da terra do Egito; não serão vendidos como escravos.
43 Thou shalt not rule over him with rigour,so shalt thou stand in awe of thy God.
43 Não te assenhorearás dele com tirania; teme, porém, ao teu Deus.
44 And as for thy bondman and thy bond-maid which thou shalt have, of the nations that are round about youfrom them, may ye buy bondman and bond-maid.
44 Quanto aos escravos ou escravas que tiverdes, virão das nações ao vosso derredor; delas comprareis escravos e escravas.
45 Moreover also, of the sons of the settlers who are sojourning with youof them, may ye buy, and of their families that are with you, which they have begotten in your land,so shall they become yours, as a possession;
45 Também os comprareis dos filhos dos forasteiros que peregrinam entre vós, deles e das suas famílias que estiverem convosco, que nasceram na vossa terra; e vos serão por possessão.
46 and ye may take them as an inheritance for your sons after you to inherit as a possession, unto times age-abiding, of them, may ye take to be bondmen,but, over your brethren the sons of Israela man over his brother, ye shall not rule, over him with rigour.
46 Deixá-los-eis por herança para vossos filhos depois de vós, para os haverem como possessão; perpetuamente os fareis servir, mas sobre vossos irmãos, os filhos de Israel, não vos assenhoreareis com tirania, um sobre os outros.
47 And, when the hand of the sojourner and settler with thee getteth possessions, and thy brother with him, waxeth poor,and so he selleth himself to the sojourner a settler with thee, or to one who hath taken root, of the family of the sojourner,
47 Quando o estrangeiro ou peregrino que está contigo se tornar rico, e teu irmão junto dele empobrecer e vender-se ao estrangeiro, ou peregrino que está contigo, ou a alguém da família do estrangeiro,
48 after that he hath sold himself, a right of redemption, pertaineth to him,one of his brethren, may redeem him;
48 depois de haver-se vendido, haverá ainda resgate para ele; um de seus irmãos poderá resgatá-lo:
49 or, his uncle or his uncles son, may redeem him, or, a near flesh-relation of his, of his family, may redeem him, or, his own hand may have gotten enough, and, so he may redeem himself.
49 seu tio ou primo o resgatará; ou um dos seus, parente da sua família, o resgatará; ou, se lograr meios, se resgatará a si mesmo.
50 Then shall he reckon with him that bought him, from the year that he was sold to him, unto the year of the jubilee,and the silver for which he was sold shall be by the number of years, according to the days of a hired servant, shall he be with him.
50 Com aquele que o comprou acertará contas desde o ano em que se vendeu a ele até ao Ano do Jubileu; o preço da sua venda será segundo o número dos anos, conforme se paga a um jornaleiro.
51 If there is yet a multitude of years, according to them, shall he return, as his redemption price, of the silver of him that bought him.
51 Se ainda faltarem muitos anos, devolverá proporcionalmente a eles, do dinheiro pelo qual foi comprado, o preço do seu resgate.
52 Or, if but a small remainder of years, until the year of the jubilee, then shall he reckon to himself, according to the years thereof, shall he return his price of redemption.
52 Se restarem poucos anos até ao Ano do Jubileu, então, fará contas com ele e pagará, em proporção aos anos restantes, o preço do seu resgate.
53 As a servant hired year by year, shall he be with him, he shall not rule over him with rigour, before thine eyes.
53 Como jornaleiro, de ano em ano, estará com ele; não se assenhoreará dele com tirania à tua vista.
54 But if he be not redeemed in any of these ways, then shall he go out in the jubilee year, he, and his sons with him.
54 Se desta sorte se não resgatar, sairá no Ano do Jubileu, ele e seus filhos com ele.
55 For, unto me, are the sons of Israel, bondmen, my bondmen, they are, whom I brought forth out of the land of Egypt. I, Yahweh, am your God.
55 Porque os filhos de Israel me são servos; meus servos são eles, os quais tirei da terra do Egito. Eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus.
