1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:
2 Speak unto Aaron, and unto his sons and unto all the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them,This, is the thing which Yahweh hath commanded, saying:
2 Fala a Arão, e aos seus filhos, e a todos os filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: esta é a coisa que o SENHOR ordenou, dizendo:
3 What man soever, there be of the house of Israel, who slayeth an ox or lamb or goat, in the camp,or who slayeth it outside the camp;
3 Qualquer homem da casa de Israel que matar boi, ou cordeiro, ou cabra no acampamento, ou quem os matar fora do acampamento,
4 and, unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, bringeth it not in, to present as an oblation unto Yahweh, before the habitation of Yahweh, blood, shall be imputed to that manblood, hath he shed, therefore shall that man be cut off from the midst of his people:
4 e os não trouxer à porta do tabernáculo da congregação, para oferecer uma oferta ao SENHOR diante do tabernáculo do SENHOR, a tal homem será imputado o sangue; ele derramou sangue; e esse homem será cortado do seu povo;
5 to the end that the sons of Israel may bring in their sacrifices which they are offering upon the face of the field, that they may bring them in unto Yahwehunto the entrance of the tent of meeting, unto the priest,and that so as peace-offerings unto Yahweh, they may offer them.
5 a fim de que os filhos de Israel possam trazer seus sacrifícios, que eles ofereceram sobre campo aberto, e que eles possam trazê-los ao SENHOR, à porta do tabernáculo da congregação, ao sacerdote, e os ofereçam por ofertas de paz ao SENHOR.
6 Then shall the priest dash the blood against the altar of Yahweh, at the entrance of the tent of meeting,and shall make a perfume of the fat, as a satisfying odour unto Yahweh;
6 E o sacerdote espargirá o sangue sobre o altar do SENHOR à porta do tabernáculo da congregação, e queimará a gordura por cheiro suave ao SENHOR.
7 so shall they no more offer their sacrifices unto demons after whom they are unchastely going away,a statute age-abiding, shall this be to them unto their generations.
7 E nunca mais eles oferecerão os seus sacrifícios aos demônios, com os quais eles se prostituíram; isto lhes será por estatuto eterno nas suas gerações.
8 Wherefore, unto them, shalt thou say: What man soever, there may be of the house of Israel, or of the sojourners that sojourn in their midst,who causeth to go up an ascending-offering, or a sacrifice;
8 E tu lhes dirás: qualquer homem da casa de Israel, ou dos estrangeiros que peregrinam entre vós, que oferecer uma oferta queimada ou sacrifício,
9 and unto the entrance of the tent of meeting, doth not bring it in, to offer it unto Yahweh, then shall that man be cut off from among his kinsfolk.
9 e não o trouxer à porta do tabernáculo da congregação, para oferecê-lo ao SENHOR, até o tal homem será cortado entre o seu povo.
10 And, what man soever, there may be of the house of Israel, or of the sojourners that sojourn in their midst, that partaketh of any manner of blood, then will I set my face against the person that partaketh of the blood, and will cut him off from the midst of his people.
10 E qualquer homem da casa de Israel, ou dos estrangeiros que peregrinam entre vós, que comer qualquer tipo de sangue, eu colocarei a minha face contra a alma que comer o sangue, e a cortarei entre o seu povo.
11 For as for the life of the flesh, in the blood, it is, therefore have, I, given it unto you upon the altar, to put a propitiatory-covering over your lives,for the blood, it is, which, by virtue of the life, maketh propitiation.
11 Porque a vida da carne está no sangue, e eu o tenho dado a vós sobre o altar, para fazer expiação pelas vossas almas, pois este é o sangue que faz expiação pela alma.
12 For this cause, have I said unto the sons of Israel, Not a person from among you shall partake of blood,Even the sojourner that sojourneth in your midst, shall not partake of blood.
12 Portanto, eu disse aos filhos de Israel: nenhuma alma dentre vós comerá sangue, nem o estrangeiro que peregrina entre vós comerá sangue.
13 And, what man soever, there may be of the sons of Israel, or of the sojourners that sojourn in their midst, who taketh by hunting any wild-beast or bird that may be eaten, then shall he pour out the blood thereof, and cover it with dust;
13 E qualquer homem dos filhos de Israel, ou dos estrangeiros que peregrinam entre vós que caçar e capturar qualquer animal ou ave que possa ser comida; derramará o seu sangue e o cobrirá com pó.
14 for, as for the life of all flesh, the blood thereof, for the life thereof, standeth, therefore have I said unto the sons of IsraelOf the blood of no manner of flesh, shall ye partake, For, the life of all flesh is the blood thereof; whoso partaketh thereof, shall be cut off.
14 Porquanto é a vida de toda a carne; o seu sangue é pela sua vida; portanto eu disse aos filhos de Israel: não comereis o sangue de nenhum tipo de carne, porque a vida de toda a carne é o seu sangue; qualquer que o comer será cortado.
15 And, in the case of any person who eateth that which died of itself or was torn in pieces, whether he be home-born, or a sojourner, then shall he wash his clothes, and bathe in water, and be unclean until the evening, and then be clean.
15 E toda alma que comer do que morreu por si, ou que foi dilacerado por animais, seja alguém do seu próprio país, ou um estrangeiro, lavará as suas vestes, e se banhará com água, e será impura até a tarde; depois estará limpa.
16 But, if he wash them not, and his flesh, he do not bathe, then shall he bear his iniquity.
16 Mas, se ele não as lavar, nem banhar a sua carne, então ele levará a sua iniquidade.
