Ezequiel 6

1 Then came the word of Yahweh. unto me saying,
1 E a palavra do SENHOR veio a mim, dizendo:
2 Son of man, Set thy face against the mountains of Israel, and prophesy unto them;
2 Filho do homem, põe a tua face em direção aos montes de Israel, e profetiza contra eles.
3 and say, Ye mountains of Israel, hear ye the word of My Lord Yahweh, Thus saith My Lord, Yahweh- To the mountains and to the hills to the hollows and to the valleys,- Behold me! I, am bringing upon you a sword, And I will destroy your high places;
3 E diz: Vós montes de Israel, ouvi a palavra do Senhor DEUS: Assim diz o Senhor DEUS aos montes, e às colinas, aos rios e aos vales: Eis que eu, eu mesmo, trarei uma espada sobre vós, e destruirei os vossos lugares altos.
4 And your altars shall be laid waste, And your sun-pillars shall be broken in pieces, And I will cause your slain to fall before your manufactured gods;
4 E os vossos altares serão assolados, e vossas imagens serão quebradas; e derrubarei os vossos homens mortos, diante dos vossos ídolos.
5 And I will lay the carcases of the sons of Israel before their manufactured gods, And will scatter your bones round about your altars.
5 E eu colocarei as carcaças mortas dos filhos de Israel diante dos seus ídolos; e espalharei os vossos ossos em redor dos vossos altares.
6 In all your dwelling-places, the cities shall be laid waste, and the high places, shall be made desolate, To the end your altar may be laid waste and become desolate. And your manufactured gods be broken in pieces and cease, And your sun-pillars be cut down, And your handiworks be abolished.
6 Em todos os vossos lugares habitáveis, as cidades serão devastadas, e os lugares altos serão assolados; para que os vossos altares sejam destruídos e assolados, e os vossos ídolos sejam quebrados e cessados, e as vossas imagens possam ser cortadas, e as vossas obras abolidas.
7 And the slain shall fall in your midst, So shall ye nod that I a Yahweh.
7 E os mortos cairão no meio de vós, e sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR.
8 Yet will I leave a remnant: In that ye shall have such as are escaped of the sword throughout the nations, when ye are scattered throughout the lands.
8 Ainda assim, eu deixarei um remanescente, para que tenhais alguns que escaparão da espada entre as nações, quando fordes espalhados pelas regiões.
9 Then shall they who have escaped of you remember me, among the nations whither they have been carried captive, In that I have broken their adulterous heart, which hath turned aside from me, And their eyes which have adulterously gone after their manufactured gods, So shall they become loathsome in their own sight, for the wicked things which they have done in all their abominations.
9 E aqueles que escaparem de vós se lembrarão de mim entre as nações para onde forem levados cativos, porque eu estou quebrantado com seu coração indecente, que se afastou de mim, e com seus olhos, que vão se prostituindo após os seus ídolos; e detestarão a si mesmos, por causa das maldades que cometeram em todas as suas abominações.
10 Then shall they know that, I, Yahweh,not in vain, had threatened to bring upon them this calamity.
10 E saberão que eu sou o SENHOR, e que eu não tenho dito em vão que faria este mal a eles.
11 Thus saith My Lord. Yahweh, Smite with thy hand, and stamp with thy foot and say, Alas! regarding all the wicked abominations of the house of Israel,in that by sword, by famine, and by pestilence, shall they fall:
11 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Bate com a tua mão, e marca com o teu pé, e dize: Ai! Por todas as más abominações da casa de Israel! Porque cairão pela espada, pela fome, e pela peste.
12 He that is far off by pestilence, shall die and He that is near by the sword, shall fall, and He that is left and is besieged by the famine, shall die; Thus will I make an end of mine indignation against them.
12 Aquele que estiver longe morrerá da peste, e aquele que estiver perto cairá pela espada; e o que remanescer e estiver sitiado morrerá de fome; assim eu cumprirei a minha fúria sobre eles.
13 So shall ye know that I, am Yahweh, In that their slain are in the midst of their manufactured gods, on every side of their altars, Upon every high hl In all the tops of the mountains and Under every green tree and Under every tangled oak, The place where they offered a satisfying odour to all their manufactured gods.
13 Então, sabereis que eu sou o SENHOR, quando os seus homens mortos estiverem entre seus ídolos, ao redor dos seus altares, sobre toda colina alta, em todos os topos dos montes, e debaixo de toda a árvore verde, e debaixo de todo o carvalho espesso, no lugar onde ofereciam doce sabor a todos os seus ídolos.
14 Thus will I stretch out my hand upon them, and make the land a greater waste and devastation than the desert toward Diblah throughout all their dwelling-places,- And they shall know that, I, am Yahweh.
14 Assim eu estenderei a minha mão sobre eles, e farei a terra desolada, sim, mais desolada do que o deserto que fica em direção a Dibla, em todas as suas habitações; e eles saberão que eu sou o SENHOR.
