1 And I saw, and lo! the Lamb, standing upon the mount Zion,and, with him, a hundred and forty-four thousand, having his name and his Fathers name written upon their foreheads.
1 E olhei, e eis que estava o Cordeiro sobre o monte Sião, e com ele cento e quarenta e quatro mil, que em sua testa tinham escrito o nome dele e o de seu Pai.
2 And I heard a sound out of heaven, as the sound of many waters, and as the sound of, loud thunders; and, the sound which I heard, was as of harp-singers harping with their harps,
2 E ouvi uma voz do céu como a voz de muitas águas e como a voz de um grande trovão; e uma voz de harpistas, que tocavam com a sua harpa.
3 And they sing as it were a new song before the throne, and before the four living creatures and the elders. And, no one, was able to learn the song, save the hundred and forty-four thousand, who had been redeemed from the earth.
3 E cantavam um como cântico novo diante do trono e diante dos quatro animais e dos anciãos; e ninguém podia aprender aquele cântico, senão os cento e quarenta e quatro mil que foram comprados da terra.
4 These, are they, who with women, were not defiled, for they are, virgin. These, are they who follow the Lamb whithersoever he is going. These, were redeemed from mankind, as a firstfruit unto God and the Lamb;
4 Estes são os que não estão contaminados com mulheres, porque são virgens. Estes são os que seguem o Cordeiro para onde quer que vai. Estes são os que dentre os homens foram comprados como primícias para Deus e para o Cordeiro.
5 and, in their mouth, was found no falsehood,faultless, they are.
5 E na sua boca não se achou engano; porque são irrepreensíveis diante do trono de Deus.
6 And I saw another messenger, flying in mid-heaven, having an age-abiding glad-message to announce unto them who are dwelling upon the earth, even unto every nation and tribe and tongue and people,
6 E vi outro anjo voar pelo meio do céu, e tinha o evangelho eterno, para o proclamar aos que habitam sobre a terra, e a toda nação, e tribo, e língua, e povo,
7 saying with a loud voice,Fear God and give him glory, because the hour of his judging is come; and do homage unto him that made heaven and the earth and sea and fountains of waters.
7 dizendo com grande voz: Temei a Deus e dai-lhe glória, porque vinda é a hora do seu juízo. E adorai aquele que fez o céu, e a terra, e o mar, e as fontes das águas.
8 And, another, a second messenger followed, sayingFallen! fallen! is Babylon the great, who, of the wine of the wrath of her lewdness, hath caused all the nations to drink.
8 E outro anjo seguiu, dizendo: Caiu! Caiu Babilônia, aquela grande cidade que a todas as nações deu a beber do vinho da ira da sua prostituição!
9 And, another, a third messenger, followed them, saying with a loud voiceIf anyone doeth homage unto the beast and his image, and receiveth a mark upon his forehead, or upon his hand,
9 E os seguiu o terceiro anjo, dizendo com grande voz: Se alguém adorar a besta e a sua imagem e receber o sinal na testa ou na mão,
10 he also, shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is prepared, unmixed, in the cup of his anger;and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone, before holy messengers and before the Lamb;
10 também o tal beberá do vinho da ira de Deus, que se deitou, não misturado, no cálice da sua ira, e será atormentado com fogo e enxofre diante dos santos anjos e diante do Cordeiro.
11 And, the smoke of their torment, unto ages of ages, ascendeth; And they have no rest day or night, who do homage unto the beast and his image, or if anyone receiveth the mark of his name.
11 E a fumaça do seu tormento sobe para todo o sempre; e não têm repouso, nem de dia nem de noite, os que adoram a besta e a sua imagem e aquele que receber o sinal do seu nome.
12 Here, is, the endurance of the saints,they who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
12 Aqui está a paciência dos santos; aqui estão os que guardam os mandamentos de Deus e a fé em Jesus.
13 And I heard a voice out of heaven, sayingWrite! Happy, the dead who, in the Lord, do die, from henceforth. Yea! (saith the Spirit) that they may rest from their toils, for, their works, do follow with them.
13 E ouvi uma voz do céu, que me dizia: Escreve: Bem-aventurados os mortos que, desde agora, morrem no Senhor. Sim, diz o Espírito, para que descansem dos seus trabalhos, e as suas obras os sigam.
14 And I saw, and lo! a white cloud, and, upon the cloud, one sitting like unto a son of man, having, upon his head, a crown of gold, and, in his hand, a sharp sickle.
14 E olhei, e eis uma nuvem branca e, assentado sobre a nuvem, um semelhante ao Filho do Homem, que tinha sobre a cabeça uma coroa de ouro e, na mão, uma foice aguda.
15 And, another messenger, came forth out of the sanctuary, crying out with a loud voice, unto him that was sitting upon the cloudThrust in thy sickle, and reap; because the hour to reap is come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe.
15 E outro anjo saiu do templo, clamando com grande voz ao que estava assentado sobre a nuvem: Lança a tua foice e sega! É já vinda a hora de segar, porque já a seara da terra está madura!
16 And he that was sitting upon the cloud, thrust in, his sickle upon the earth; and the earth was reaped.
16 E aquele que estava assentado sobre a nuvem meteu a sua foice à terra, e a terra foi segada.
17 And, another messenger, came forth out of the sanctuary that is in heaven,he also, having a sharp sickle.
17 E saiu do templo, que está no céu, outro anjo, o qual também tinha uma foice aguda.
18 And, another messenger, came forth out of the altar, who hath authority over the fire,and called out with a loud voice, unto him who had the sharp sickle, sayingThrust in thy sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the earth; because the grapes thereof are fully ripe.
18 E saiu do altar outro anjo, que tinha poder sobre o fogo, e clamou com grande voz ao que tinha a foice aguda, dizendo: Lança a tua foice aguda e vindima os cachos da vinha da terra, porque já as suas uvas estão maduras!
19 And the messenger, thrust in, his sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth, and cast into the great wine-press of the wrath of God.
19 E o anjo meteu a sua foice à terra, e vindimou as uvas da vinha da terra, e lançou-as no grande lagar da ira de Deus.
20 And the wine-press was trodden outside the city, and there came forth blood out of the wine-press, even unto the bits of the horses, at a distance of a thousand six hundred furlongs.
20 E o lagar foi pisado fora da cidade, e saiu sangue do lagar até aos freios dos cavalos, pelo espaço de mil e seiscentos estádios.
