1 Jesus tornou a falar-lhes por meio de parábolas:
2 “Diospaj gobiernonka rijch'acun uj gobernaj churinta casarachinanpaj fiestata ruwajman.
2 The kingdom of the heavens has become like a king who made a wedding feast for his son,

3 and sent his bondmen to call the persons invited to the wedding feast, and they would not come.
4 Waj uywaskancunata cacharkan nispa: ‘Invitaskacunaman niychis miqhuy listoña caskanta. Wira wacaycunata waj wira animalniycunatawan ñac'achiniña. Tucuy ima listoña. Casarana wasiman jamullachuncuña.’
4 Again he sent other bondmen, saying, Say to the persons invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner; my oxen and my fatted beasts are killed, and all things ready; come to the wedding feast.
5 Paycunataj mana casorkancuchu. Ujnin chajranta puriporkan, ujnintaj negocioncunaman.
5 But they made light of it, and went, one to his own land, and another to his commerce.
6 Waquincunataj gobernajpaj uywaskancunata jap'ispa, ñac'aricherkancu wañuchinacama.
6 And the rest, laying hold of his bondmen, ill-treated and slew {them}.
7 Gobernajtaj chayta uyarispa sinchita phiñacorkan, soldadoncunatataj cacharkan chay runa wañuchejcunata wañuchinancupaj, llajtancutataj canaycunancupaj.
7 And {when} the king {heard of it he} was wroth, and having sent his forces, destroyed those murderers and burned their city.
8 Uywaskancunatataj nerkan: ‘Tucuy ima listoña casarachinaypaj. Ñaupaj invitaskaycunaka mana jamunancupaj jinachu carkancu.
8 Then he says to his bondmen, The wedding feast is ready, but those invited were not worthy;
9 Puriychis, ari, athun callecunata. Tucuy taripaskayquichista casaranaman wajamuychis.’
9 go therefore into the thoroughfares of the highways, and as many as ye shall find invite to the wedding feast.
10 Uywaskacunataj callecunata purerkancu, tantamorkancutaj tucuy taripaskancuta, allincunata, mana allincunata. Ajinata casarana wasiman runacunata junt'aycucherkancu.
10 And those bondmen went out into the highways, and brought together all as many as they found, both evil and good; and the wedding feast was furnished with guests.
11 “Gobernajtaj invitaskacunaman yaycorkan. Uj runata ricorkan mana casarana p'achayojta.
11 And the king, having gone in to see the guests, beheld there a man not clothed with a wedding garment.
12 Nerkantaj: ‘Amigo, ¿imaynatataj cayman yaycumorkanqui mana casarana p'achayojri?’ Paytaj ch'inlla carkan.
12 And he says to him, {My} friend, how camest thou in here not having on a wedding garment? But he was speechless.
13 Chhicataj gobernajka mesapi sirvejcunaman nerkan: ‘Wataycuychis chaquincunata maquincunatawan. Jawa tutayajman wijch'uychis. Chaypi wakanka, quiruncunata c'uturaconka.’
13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him feet and hands, and take him away, and cast him out into the outer darkness: there shall be the weeping and the gnashing of teeth.
14 Imaraycuchus achqhayoj wajaska cancu, chaywanpas pisilla ajllaskacunaka.”
14 For many are called ones, but few chosen ones.
15 Chay pasayta, fariseocuna purerkancu, rimanacorkancutaj, parlaskanpi pantajtin Jesusta juchachanancupaj.

16 And they send out to him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that thou art true and teachest the way of God in truth, and carest not for any one, for thou regardest not men's person;
17 Niwaycu ari, ¿allinchu icha manachu impuesto pagana Roma gobiernoman?
17 tell us therefore what thou thinkest: Is it lawful to give tribute to Caesar, or not?
18 Jesustaj paycuna iscay uya caskancuta yachaspa, nerkan: —¡Iscay uyacuna! ¿Imaraycutaj pantachiwayta munanquichis?
18 But Jesus, knowing their wickedness, said, Why tempt ye me, hypocrites?
19 Impuesto pagana kolketa ricuchiwaychis. Uj kolketa jaywarkancu.
19 Shew me the money of the tribute. And they presented to him a denarius.
20 Ricuspa, Jesús taporkan: —¿Pipaj uyantaj, pipaj sutintaj cay kolkepi escribiska cachcan?
20 And he says to them, Whose {is} this image and superscription?
21 Contestarkancutaj: —Gobernaj Cesarpajta. Jesustaj paycunata nerkan: —Cesarpaj cajtaka, Cesarman koychis. Diospaj cajtataj, Diosman koychis.
21 They say to him, Caesar's. Then he says to them, Pay then what is Caesar's to Caesar, and what is God's to God.
22 Chayta uyarispa, musphararkancu. Sakerpayaspataj, puriporkancu,
22 And when they heard {him}, they wondered, and left him, and went away.
23 Chay p'unchayllapitaj waquin saduceocuna Jesusman jamorkancu. Saduceocunaka nincu wañuskamanta causarina mana caskanta. Chayraycu cay ejemplowan Jesusta taporkancu:

24 —Yachachej, Moisés nerkan: ‘Uj runa mana wawayoj wañojtin, wauken viudanwan casaranan, ajinapi wañojpaj wawan cananpaj.’
24 saying, Teacher, Moses said, If any one die, not having children, his brother shall marry his wife and shall raise up seed to his brother.
25 Caypi nokaycu uqhupi, kanchis waukentin carkancu. Curaj waukencu casaracorkan. Mana wawayoj wañupojtin, viudan waukenwan quedaporkan.
25 Now there were with us seven brethren; and the first having married died, and not having seed, left his wife to his brother.

26 In like manner also the second and the third, unto the seven.
27 Tucuynincu wañupojtincutaj, warmeka wañupullarkantaj.
27 And last of all the woman also died.
28 Cunanri, kanchisnintin paywan casaracojcuna causarimojtincu, ¿maykenpaj warmintaj cankari?
28 In the resurrection therefore of which of the seven shall she be wife, for all had her?
29 Jesús paycunaman contestarkan: —Kancunaka pantaska canquichis. Mana Escrituracunata entendinquichischu, ni Diospaj atiynintapas.
29 And Jesus answering said to them, Ye err, not knowing the scriptures nor the power of God.
30 Causarimuspaka, kharicuna warmicunapas mana casaraconkacuchu, imaraycuchus janaj pachapi caj angelcuna jina cankacu.
30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are as angels of God in heaven.
31 Wañuskacuna causarinamanta ¿manachu leerkanquichis Dios quiquin niskanta?
31 Quanto à ressurreição dos mortos, não lestes o que Deus vos disse:
32 Dios nin: ‘Noka cani Abrahampaj, Isaacpaj, Jacobpaj Diosnin.’ ¡Dioska mana wañuskacunapaj Diosninchu, manachayri causajcunapaj Diosnin!
32 Eu sou o Deus de Abraão, o Deus de Isaac e o Deus de Jacó {Ex 3,6}? Ora, ele não é Deus dos mortos, mas Deus dos vivos.

33 E, ouvindo esta doutrina, as turbas se enchiam de grande admiração.

35 e um deles, doutor da lei, fez-lhe esta pergunta para pô-lo à prova:
36 —Yachachej, ¿maykentaj mandamientocunamanta astawan importanteri?
36 Mestre, qual é o maior mandamento da lei?
37 Jesús payta nerkan: —‘Señor Diosniyquita munacunqui tucuy sonkoyquiwan, tucuy almayquiwan, tucuy yuyayniyquipiwan.’
37 Respondeu Jesus: Amarás o Senhor teu Deus de todo teu coração, de toda tua alma e de todo teu espírito {Dt 6,5}.
38 Chaycajmi ñaupajcajka, astawan importante waj mandamientocunamanta nejtinpas.
38 Este é o maior e o primeiro mandamento.
39 Iscaycajtaj ñaupajcajman rijch'acun. Nin: ‘Runamasiyquita munacunqui kan quiquiyquita jina.’
39 E o segundo, semelhante a este, é: Amarás teu próximo como a ti mesmo {Lv 19,18}.

40 Nesses dois mandamentos se resumem toda a lei e os profetas.

41 Como os fariseus se agrupassem, Jesus interrogou-os:
42 Jesús paycunata taporkan: —¿Ima ninquichistaj Mesías Cristomanta? ¿Pipaj mirayninmantataj nacin? Contestarkancutaj: —Davidpaj mirayninmanta —nispa.
42 Que pensais vós de Cristo? De quem é filho? Responderam: De Davi!
43 Chhicataj Jesús paycunata nerkan: —¿Imaraycutaj David payta ‘Señor’ nerkan, Santo Espiritupaj yachachiskanman jinari? Davidka nerkan:
43 Como então, prosseguiu Jesus, Davi, falando sob inspiração do Espírito, chama-o Senhor, dizendo:
44 — ausente —
44 O Senhor disse a meu Senhor: Senta-te à minha direita, até que eu ponha teus inimigos por escabelo dos teus pés {Sl 109,1}?
45 ¿Imaynatataj Cristo Davidpaj miraynin canman, David quiquin ‘Señorníy’ nejtinri?
45 Se, pois, Davi o chama Senhor, como é ele seu filho?
46 Mana pipas contestayta aterkanchu, ni imallatapas. Chhica p'unchaymantapacha manaña pipas atrevicorkanchu astawan imamanta tapuytapas.
46 Ninguém pôde responder-lhe nada. E, depois daquele dia, ninguém mais ousou interrogá-lo.
