1 »Woe to those who devise iniquity and work evil upon their beds! When the morning comes they do it because they are able to it is in the power of their hands.
1 Ai daqueles que tramam iniquidade, e maquinam o mal nas suas camas! Quando alvorece, eles o praticam, porque está no poder da sua mão.
2 »They covet fields and seize them. They covet houses and confiscate them! They oppress a man and his house, even a man and his heritage.«
2 E cobiçam campos, e os tomam de forma violenta; cobiçam casas, e arrebatam-nas; assim oprimem um homem e à sua casa, a um homem e à sua herança.
3 Therefore Jehovah says: »Behold, against this family I plan bad things, from which you will not remove the burden. You will not be able to show pride for it is an evil time.
3 Portanto assim diz o SENHOR: Eis que, contra esta família projeto um mal, do qual não tirareis os vossos pescoços; e não andareis de forma tão arrogante, pois este tempo será mau.
4 »In that day they will taunt you and speak mournfully with sorrow and much grief: We are utterly ruined! He exchanged the portion of my people and removed it from me. He divided our fields and gave them to the apostate.«
4 Naquele dia levantará contra vós uma parábola, lamentarão com pranto lastimoso, e dirão: Estamos inteiramente arruinados; ele mudou a porção do meu povo; como a retirou de mim! Tirou nossos campos e os dividiu.
5 »You will not have any who cast the measuring line by lot in the assembly of Jehovah.
5 Portanto, não terás tu quem lance o cordel pela sorte na congregação do SENHOR.
6 »Do not prophesy to me. They prophesy. But they will not prophesy these things.
6 Não profetizeis, dizem os que profetizam; eles não profetizarão para eles, pois não se apartará a sua vergonha.
7 »Will it be said, O house of Jacob, Is the Spirit of Jehovah impatient? Are these his doings? Do my words not do good for he who walks uprightly?
7 Ó vós que sois chamados casa de Jacó, porventura encurtou-se o Espírito do SENHOR? São estes os seus feitos? As minhas palavras não fazem bem ao que anda retamente?
8 »Lately my people have become an enemy! You strip the robe off the garment from passersby, from men returning from war.
8 Mesmo tarde meu povo se levanta como inimigo; tirastes o manto com a roupa daqueles que passam seguros, como homens que voltam da guerra.
9 »You evict the women of my people from their pleasant houses. You remove the glory of their young children from generation to generation.
9 As mulheres do meu povo vós lançastes fora de suas agradáveis casas; dos seus filhos tirastes a minha glória para sempre.
10 »Get up and go because this is not your resting-place. Uncleanness brings on destruction, a painful destruction.
10 Levantai-vos, e parti-vos; pois este não é o seu descanso; porque é poluído, deve destruí-lo, com dolorosa destruição.
11 »If a man who is a constant liar tells a lie saying: I will prophesy to you about wine and of strong drink; he would be the prophet of this people.
11 Se um homem andando no espírito de falsidade mentir, dizendo: Eu te profetizarei sobre o vinho e bebida forte; será esse tal o profeta deste povo.
12 »I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of you. I will surely gather the remnant of Israel! I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as a flock in the midst of their pasture. They will make great noise because of the crowd of men.
12 Eu certamente ajuntarei, ó Jacó, todos vós; certamente reunirei o remanescente de Israel. Eu os colocarei juntos, como as ovelhas de Bozra, como o rebanho no meio do seu pasto; eles farão grande barulho por causa da multidão de homens.
13 »The breaker one who opens the breachone that breaks through has gone ahead of them. They will pass through the gate and go out by it. Their king will lead them with Jehovah at the head of them.«
13 O rompedor subirá diante deles; eles romperão e entrarão pela porta, e sairão por ela; e o rei irá adiante deles, e o SENHOR na cabeça deles.
