Levítico 25
New Simplified Bible (NSB) vs BKJ
1 Jehovah spoke to Moses on Mount Sinai and commanded:
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, no monte Sinai, dizendo:
2 »Give the following regulations to the people of Israel: When you enter the land that Jehovah is giving you, honor Jehovah by not cultivating the land every seventh year.
2 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando entrardes na terra que eu vos dou, então a terra guardará um shabat ao SENHOR.
3 »Plant your fields, prune your vineyards, and gather your crops for six years.
3 Seis anos semearás o teu campo, e seis anos podarás a tua vinha, e colherás o seu fruto;
4 »But the seventh year is to be a sabbath year of complete rest for the land. It is a year dedicated to Jehovah. Do not plant your fields or prune your vineyards.
4 mas, no sétimo ano, haverá um shabat de descanso para a terra, um shabat ao SENHOR; tu não semearás o teu campo, nem podarás a tua vinha.
5 »Do not even harvest the grain that grows by itself without being planted. Do not gather the grapes from your unpruned vines. It is a year of complete rest for the land.
5 Não ceifarás o que nascer espontaneamente depois da tua colheita, não colherás as uvas de tua vinha descoberta, porque este será o ano de descanso para a terra.
6 »Even though the land has not been cultivated during that year, it will provide food for you, your slaves, your hired men, the foreigners living with you,
6 E o shabat da terra será alimento para vós, para ti, para o teu servo, para tua serva, para o teu servo contratado, e para o estrangeiro que peregrina contigo;
7 your domestic animals, and the wild animals in your fields. Everything that it produces may be eaten.
7 e para o teu gado, e para os animais que estão na tua terra, todo o seu incremento será para alimento.
8 »Count seven times seven years seven sabbaths of years, a total of forty-nine years.
8 E tu contarás sete shabats de anos, sete vezes sete anos, e o espaço dos sete shabats de anos serão para ti quarenta e nove anos.
9 »Then, on the tenth day of the seventh month, the Day of Atonement, send someone to blow a trumpet throughout the whole land.
9 Então tu farás tocar a trombeta do jubileu, no décimo dia do sétimo mês, no dia da expiação; fareis tocar a trombeta por toda a vossa terra.
10 »In this way you will set the fiftieth year apart and proclaim freedom to all the inhabitants of the land. During this year all property that has been sold must be restored to the original owner or the descendants, and any who have been sold as slaves may return to their families.
10 E santificareis o ano quinquagésimo, e proclamareis liberdade em toda a terra a todos os seus habitantes; isto será o jubileu para vós, cada homem retornará à sua possessão, cada homem retornará à sua família.
11 »That fiftieth year will be your jubilee year. Do not plant or harvest what grows by itself or pick grapes from the vines in the land.
11 Esse quinquagésimo ano será para vós o jubileu; não semeareis, nem colhereis o que nele crescer de si mesmo, nem vindimareis as uvas da tua vinha descoberta.
12 »The jubilee year will be holy to you. You will eat what the field itself produces.
12 Pois isto é o jubileu, santo será para vós; comereis o acréscimo do campo.
13 »In this jubilee year every slave will be freed in order to return to his property.
13 Neste ano de jubileu, retornareis cada homem à sua possessão.
14 »In the business of trading goods for money, do no wrong to one another.
14 E se vós venderdes alguma coisa ao teu próximo ou comprardes alguma coisa da mão do teu próximo, não oprimais uns aos outros.
15 »Corresponding to the number of years after the jubilee, you shall buy from your friend; he is to sell to you according to the number of years of crops.
15 Conforme o número dos anos após o jubileu, tu comprarás do teu próximo; e conforme o número dos anos dos frutos, ele venderá a ti.
16 »In proportion to the extent of the years you shall increase its price, and in proportion to the fewness of the years you shall diminish its price, for it is a number of crops he is selling to you.
16 Conforme a multidão dos anos, aumentarás o seu preço; e conforme a diminuição dos anos, abaixarás o seu preço; porque, conforme o número dos anos dos frutos ele vende para ti.
17 »You must not wrong one another. You shall respect your God. I am Jehovah your God.
17 Portanto, ninguém oprima um ao outro; mas tu temerás o teu Deus; porque eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
18 »You must observe my statutes and keep my judgments, so as to carry them out. That way you may live securely on the land.
18 Portanto, fazei os meus estatutos, e guardai os meus juízos, e fazei-os; e habitareis na terra em segurança.
19 »The land will give you its products. You will eat all you want and live there securely.
19 E a terra dará o seu fruto, e comereis até vos fartar, e nela habitareis em segurança.
20 »»You may ask: »What will we eat in the seventh year if we do not plant or bring in our crops?« «
20 E se disserdes: O que comeremos no sétimo ano? Eis que não havemos de semear, nem colher o nosso incremento.
21 »I will give you my blessing in the sixth year so that the land will produce enough for three years.
21 Então eu mandarei a minha bênção sobre vós no sexto ano, para que dê fruto por três anos.
22 »You will plant again in the eighth year but live on what the land already produced. You will eat it, even in the ninth year, until the land produces more.
22 E, no oitavo ano semeareis e comereis do fruto velho até ao ano nono; até que venha o seu fruto, comereis da fartura antiga.
23 »No land may be permanently bought or sold. It all belongs to me! It is not your land! You only live there for a little while.
23 A terra não se venderá para sempre, porque a terra é minha; pois vós sois estrangeiros e peregrinos comigo.
24 »When property is sold, the original owner must be given the first chance to buy it.
24 E em toda a terra da vossa possessão concedereis redenção à terra.
25 »If any of you Israelites become so poor that you are forced to sell your property, your closest relative must buy it back.
25 Se teu irmão empobrecer e vender certa quantidade da sua possessão, e se algum parente vier para a redimir, então ele resgatará o que vendeu seu irmão.
26 »If that relative has the money. Later, if you can afford to buy it,
26 E se o homem não tiver ninguém para a redimir, e ele mesmo for capaz de redimi-la,
27 you must pay enough to make up for what the present owner will lose on it before the next Year of Celebration, when the property would become yours again.
27 então ele contará os anos desde a sua venda, e restituirá o excesso ao homem a quem a vendeu, para que retorne à sua possessão.
28 »If he cannot earn enough to buy it back, what he sold stays in the hands of the buyer until the year of jubilee. In the jubilee it will be released, and he will own it again.
28 Mas se ele não for capaz de restaurar-lhe, então, o que foi vendido permanecerá na mão do comprador até ao ano do jubileu; e no jubileu sairá, e ele tornará à sua possessão.
29 »If anyone sells a home in a walled city, for one year after selling it he has the right to buy it back. He may buy it back only within that time.
29 E se um homem vender uma casa de moradia em cidade murada, então ele poderá resgatá-la dentro de um ano inteiro após a sua venda; durante um ano inteiro, ele poderá resgatá-la.
30 »If he does not buy it back during that year, the house in the city belongs to the buyer for generations to come. It will not be released in the jubilee.
30 Mas se não for resgatada no espaço de um ano inteiro, então a casa que estiver na cidade murada pertencerá para sempre àquele que a comprou, por todas as suas gerações; não sairá no jubileu.
31 »Houses in villages without walls are regarded as belonging to the fields of the land. They can be bought back. They will be released in the jubilee.
31 Mas as casas das aldeias que não têm muro em volta serão consideradas como os campos da região; elas poderão ser resgatadas, e sairão no jubileu.
32 »The Levites always have the right to buy back their property in the cities they own.
32 Contudo, as cidades dos levitas, e as casas das cidades de sua possessão, os levitas poderão resgatá-las a qualquer tempo.
33 »If any Levite buys back a house, in the jubilee the purchased house in the city will be released. This is because the houses in the Levite cities are their property among the Israelites.
33 E se um homem comprar dos levitas, então a casa que foi vendida e a cidade da sua possessão sairão no ano do jubileu; porque as casas das cidades dos levitas são a sua possessão entre os filhos de Israel.
34 »But a field that belongs to their cities must not be sold, because it is their property from generation to generation.
34 Mas o campo dos arredores das suas cidades não se poderá vender, porque é a sua possessão perpétua.
35 »If an Israelite becomes poor and cannot support himself, you should help him. He must live with you as a stranger without a permanent home.
35 E se teu irmão empobrecer, e as suas forças decaírem, então tu o socorrerás, sim, embora seja um estrangeiro ou um peregrino, para que viva contigo.
36 »Do not collect interest or make any profit from him. Respect your God by respecting other Israelites' lives.
36 Não tomarás dele com usura, nem ganho; mas temerás o teu Deus, para que teu irmão possa viver contigo.
37 »Do not collect any interest on your money or on the food you give them.
37 Não lhe darás teu dinheiro com usura, nem emprestarás os teus mantimentos por ganância.
38 »I am Jehovah your God. I brought you out of Egypt to give you Canaan and to be your God.
38 Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus, que vos tirei da terra do Egito, para vos dar a terra de Canaã, e para ser vosso Deus.
39 »If an Israelite becomes poor and sells himself to you, do not work him like a slave.
39 E se teu irmão que habita contigo empobrecer, e se vender a ti, não o obrigarás servir como um escravo;
40 »He will be like a hired worker or a visitor to you. He may work with you until the year of jubilee.
40 mas como um servo contratado, e como um peregrino ele estará contigo; e te servirá até ao ano do jubileu.
41 »Then you will release him and his children to go back to their family and the property of their ancestors.
41 E então ele partirá de ti, ele e seus filhos com ele, e retornará à sua própria família, e à possessão de seus pais retornará.
42 »They are my servants. I brought them out of Egypt. They must never be sold as slaves.
42 Porque eles são meus servos, que eu tirei da terra do Egito; eles não serão vendidos como escravos.
43 »Do not treat them harshly. Respect your God.
43 Tu não governarás sobre ele com rigor, mas temerás o teu Deus.
44 »You may have male and female slaves, but buy them from the nations around you.
44 Quanto aos escravos, e às escravas que tiveres, serão dos pagãos que estão ao redor de vós; deles comprareis escravos e escravas.
45 »You may also buy the children of the foreigners who are living among you. Such children born in your land may become your property.
45 Também dos filhos dos estrangeiros que peregrinam entre vós comprareis, deles e das suas famílias que estiverem convosco, que tiverem gerado na vossa terra; e vos serão por possessão.
46 »You may leave them as an inheritance to your children, whom they must serve as long as they live. But you must not treat any Israelites harshly.
46 E os possuireis por herança para vossos filhos depois de vós, para os herdarem por possessão; eles serão vossos servos para sempre, mas sobre vossos irmãos, os filhos de Israel, não governareis uns sobre os outros com rigor.
47 »Suppose a foreigner living with you becomes rich, while some Israelites become poor and sell themselves as slaves to that foreigner or to a member of that foreigner's family.
47 E se um peregrino ou estrangeiro que está contigo alcançar riqueza, e teu irmão, que está com ele, empobrecer e se vender ao peregrino ou estrangeiro que está contigo, ou a um membro da família do estrangeiro,
48 »He has the right to be set free by a relative, such as a brother.
48 depois de se vender, ele poderá ser resgatado novamente, um de seus irmãos poderá resgatá-lo;
49 »His uncle, his cousin, or some other relative could also buy him back. If he becomes rich, he could buy his own freedom.
49 ou seu tio ou o filho de seu tio o resgatará; ou qualquer um dos seus parentes, alguém da sua família, poderá resgatá-lo; ou, se ele for capaz, poderá resgatar-se a si mesmo.
50 »Then he and his buyer must take into account the number of years from the year he was bought until the year of jubilee. His sale price will be adjusted based on the number of years he was with his buyer. This is like the wages of a hired worker.
50 E ele contará com aquele que o comprou, desde o ano que foi vendido a ele até o ano do jubileu; e o preço da sua venda será conforme o número dos anos, conforme o tempo que o servo contratado estará com ele.
51 »If there are many years left, he must refund from his purchase price an amount equal to those years.
51 Se ainda muitos anos faltarem, de acordo com esses anos ele dará o preço de sua redenção, segundo o dinheiro pelo qual foi comprado.
52 »If there are only a few years left until the year of jubilee, he must take them into account. He must refund from his purchase price an amount equal to those years.
52 E se ainda restarem poucos anos até ao ano do jubileu, então os calculará com ele; e segundo os seus anos, ele lhe dará de novo o preço de sua redenção.
53 »He should serve his buyer as a hired worker during those years. His buyer should not treat him harshly.
53 E como servo contratado anualmente estará com ele; e o outro não governará sobre ele com rigor diante dos teus olhos.
54 »If he cannot buy his freedom he and his children will be released in the year of jubilee.
54 E se ele não for resgatado nestes anos, então ele sairá no ano do jubileu, tanto ele como seus filhos.
55 »The Israelites belong to me! They are my servants. I brought them out of Egypt. I am Jehovah your God!«
55 Pois para mim os filhos de Israel são servos; eles são os meus servos que eu tirei da terra do Egito. Eu sou o SENHOR vosso Deus.
