1 When the LORD restored the fortunes of "Zion, we were like those who dreamed. [^2]
1 Quando o Senhor restaurou a sorte de Sião, ficamos como quem sonha.
2 Our mouths were filled with laughter, our tongues with songs of joy. Then it was said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them."
2 Então a nossa boca se encheu de riso, e a nossa língua, de júbilo. Então entre as nações se dizia: “Grandes coisas o tem feito por eles.”
3 The LORD has done great things for us, and we are filled with joy.
3 De fato, grandes coisas o por isso, estamos alegres.
4 Restore our fortunes, "LORD, like streams in the Negev.
4 Restaura, Senhor , a nossa sorte, como as torrentes no Neguebe.
5 Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.
5 Os que com lágrimas semeiam com júbilo ceifarão.
6 Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.
6 Quem sai andando e chorando, enquanto semeia, voltará com júbilo, trazendo os seus feixes.
