Leeser Old Testament (LEESER) vs BKJ
1 Judge me, O God, and plead my cause against an ungodly nation: from the deceitful and unjust man do thou deliver me.
1 Julga-me, ó Deus, e pleiteia pela minha causa contra uma nação ímpia; ó livra-me do homem enganador e injusto.
2 For thou art the God of my fortress: why hast thou abandoned me? why must I walk about grieved, under the oppression of the enemy?
2 Pois tu és o Deus da minha força; por que me rejeitas? Por que sigo pranteando por causa da opressão do inimigo?
3 Send thou thy light and thy truth, these shall guide me; they shall bring me unto thy holy mountain, and to thy dwellings:
3 Ó, envia a tua luz e a tua verdade; que elas me guiem, que elas me tragam ao teu santo monte, e aos teus tabernáculos.
4 That I may go unto the altar of God, unto God the joy of my gladness; and that I may thank thee upon the harp, O God, my God.
4 Então irei ao altar de Deus, a Deus, minha demasiada alegria; sim, sobre a harpa te louvarei, ó Deus, meu Deus.
5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted within me? Hope thou in God; for I shall yet thank him, the salvation of my countenance, and my God.
5 Por que estás tu abatida, ó minha alma? E por que estás tu inquieta dentro de mim? Espera em Deus, pois ainda o louvarei, que é a saúde do meu semblante, e meu Deus.
