Leeser Old Testament (LEESER) vs NAA
1 Of David: a Maskil. Happy is he whose transgression is forgiven, whose sin is covered.
1 Bem-aventurado aquele cuja transgressão é perdoada, cujo pecado é coberto.
2 Happy is the man unto whom the Lord imputeth not iniquity, and in whose spirit there is no guile.
2 Bem-aventurado é aquele a quem o não atribui iniquidade e em cujo espírito não há engano.
3 When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my crying all the day.
3 Enquanto calei os meus pecados, envelheceram os meus ossos pelos meus constantes gemidos todo o dia.
4 For by day and night lay thy hand heavily upon me: my lifes moisture hath been changed through the droughts of summer. Selah.
4 Porque a tua mão pesava dia e noite sobre mim, e o meu vigor secou como no calor do verão.
5 My sin do I ever acknowledge unto thee, and my iniquity have I not covered up. I said, I will make confession because of my transgressions unto the Lord: and thou truly forgavest the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
5 Confessei-te o meu pecado e a minha iniquidade não mais ocultei. Eu disse: “Confessarei ao as minhas transgressões”; e tu perdoaste a iniquidade do meu pecado.
6 For this shall every pious one pray unto thee in a time when thou mayest be found: surely then when great waters overflow, they shall never reach unto him.
6 Sendo assim, todo o que é piedoso te fará súplicas em tempo de poder te encontrar. Com efeito, quando transbordarem muitas águas, não o atingirão.
7 Thou art my hidingplace; from distress wilt thou preserve me; with songs of deliverance wilt thou encompass me. Selah.
7 Tu és o meu esconderijo; tu me preservas da tribulação e me cercas de alegres cantos de livramento.
8 I will instruct thee and I will teach thee concerning the way which thou oughtest to go: I will counsel thee with my eye.
8 Eu o instruirei e lhe ensinarei o caminho que você deve seguir; e, sob as minhas vistas, lhe darei conselho.
9 Be ye not like the horse, or like the mule, who hath no understanding; who must be held in with bit and bridle, his ornament, lest he come near unto thee.
9 Não sejam como o cavalo ou a mula, que não têm entendimento, que são dominados com freios e cabrestos; do contrário não obedecem a você.
10 Many are the pains of the wicked; but him that trusteth in the Lord will he encompass with kindness.
10 Muitos são os sofrimentos do ímpio, mas o que confia no a misericórdia o cercará.
11 Rejoice in the Lord, and be glad, ye righteous: and shout for joy, all ye that are upright in heart.
11 Alegrem-se no Senhor e regozijem-se, ó justos; exultem, todos vocês que são retos de coração.
