1 And thou shalt let come near unto thee Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him, from among the children of Israel, that he may be a priest unto me; Aaron, Nadab and Abihu, Elazar and Ithamar, the sons of Aaron.
1 — Traga para junto de você, do meio dos filhos de Israel, o seu irmão Arão e os filhos dele, para que me sirvam como sacerdotes, a saber, Arão e seus filhos Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.
2 And thou shalt make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, for glory and for ornament.
2 Faça vestes sagradas para o seu irmão Arão, para que lhe deem glória e beleza.
3 And thou shalt speak unto all that are wisehearted, whom I have filled with the spirit of wisdom, that they may make garments for Aaron, to sanctify him, that he may be a priest unto me.
3 — Diga também a todos os homens hábeis a quem enchi do espírito de sabedoria, que façam vestes para Arão para consagrá-lo, para que me sirva no ofício sacerdotal.
4 And these are the garments which they shall make: a breastplate, and an ephod, and a robe, and a checkered coat, a mitre, and a girdle; and they shall make holy garments for Aaron thy brother, and for his sons, to be a priest unto me.
4 As vestes que farão são estas: um peitoral, uma estola sacerdotal, uma sobrepeliz, uma túnica bordada, mitra e cinto. Farão vestes sagradas para o seu irmão Arão e para os filhos dele, para que me sirvam como sacerdotes.
5 And they shall take the gold, and the blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and the linen.
5 Pegarão ouro, pano azul, púrpura, carmesim e linho fino.
6 And they shall make the ephod, of gold, of blue, and of purple, of scarlet yarn, and twisted linen, of weavers work.
6 — Farão a estola sacerdotal de ouro, pano azul, púrpura, carmesim e linho fino retorcido, obra esmerada.
7 Two shoulderpieces shall it have joined at the two edges thereof; by which it shall be joined together.
7 Terá duas ombreiras que se unam às suas duas extremidades, e assim se unirá.
8 And the belt for girding, which is upon it, shall be of the same make, out of the same piece with itself; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and twisted linen.
8 E o cinto de obra esmerada, que estará sobre a estola sacerdotal, será de obra igual, da mesma obra de ouro, pano azul, púrpura, carmesim e linho fino retorcido.
9 And thou shalt take two onyx stones, and engrave on them the names of the children of Israel:
9 Pegue duas pedras de ônix e grave nelas os nomes dos filhos de Israel:
10 Six of their names on the one stone, and the names of the remaining six on the other stone, according to the order of their birth.
10 seis de seus nomes numa pedra e os outros seis na outra pedra, por ordem de nascimento.
11 With the work of an engraver in stone, like the engraving of a signet, shalt thou engrave the two stones with the names of the children of Israel; fitted in settings of gold shalt thou make them.
11 Conforme a obra de um lapidador, quando faz um sinete, você gravará os nomes dos filhos de Israel nas duas pedras, colocando engastes de ouro ao redor delas.
12 And thou shalt put the two stones upon the shoulderpieces of the ephod as stones of memorial unto the children of Israel; and Aaron shall bear their names before the Lord upon his two shoulders for a memorial.
12 Coloque as duas pedras nas ombreiras da estola sacerdotal, por pedras de memória aos filhos de Israel; e Arão levará esses nomes sobre os seus ombros, para memória diante do Senhor .
13 And thou shalt make casings of gold;
13 Faça também engastes de ouro
14 And two chains of pure gold, with knots at the ends, of wreathed work shalt thou make them, and thou shalt fasten the wreathed chains to the casings.
14 e duas correntes de ouro puro, trançadas como um cordão; prenda as correntes trançadas nos engastes.
15 And thou shalt make the breastplate of judgment, of weavers work; after the work of the ephod thou shalt make it; of gold, of blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, and of twisted linen, shalt thou make it.
15 — Faça também o peitoral do juízo. Será obra esmerada, feita conforme a obra da estola sacerdotal. Faça-o de ouro, pano azul, púrpura, carmesim e linho fino retorcido.
16 Foursquare shall it be, double; a span in length, and a span in breadth.
16 Será quadrado e duplo, e terá um palmo de comprimento e um palmo de largura.
17 And thou shalt set in it settings of stones, even four rows of stones: the first row, a sardius, a topaz, and an emerald; this shall be the first row.
17 Coloque nele engaste de pedras, com quatro ordens de pedras: a ordem de sárdio, topázio e carbúnculo será a primeira ordem;
18 And the second row, a carbuncle, a sapphire, and a diamond.
18 a segunda ordem será de esmeralda, safira e diamante;
19 And the third row, an opal, a turquoise, and an amethyst.
19 a terceira ordem será de jacinto, ágata e ametista;
20 And the fourth row, a chrysolite, and an onyx, and a jasper: they shall be fitted in golden casings when they are set in.
20 a quarta ordem será de berilo, ônix e jaspe; elas serão guarnecidas de ouro nos seus engastes.
21 And the stones shall be according to the names of the children of Israel, twelve, according to their names; engraved with the engraving of a signet, every one according to his name, shall they be for the twelve tribes.
21 As pedras serão conforme os nomes dos filhos de Israel, doze segundo os seus nomes; serão esculpidas em forma de sinete, cada uma com o seu nome, para as doze tribos.
22 And thou shalt make on the breastplate chains with knots at the ends, of wreathed work, of pure gold.
22 Para o peitoral, faça correntes como cordas, de obra trançada de ouro puro.
23 And thou shalt make on the breastplate two rings of gold, and shalt put the two rings on the two ends of the breastplate.
23 Faça também para o peitoral duas argolas de ouro e prenda as duas argolas nas extremidades do peitoral.
24 And thou shalt put the two wreathed chains of gold in the two rings, on the ends of the breastplate.
24 Então passe as duas correntes de ouro nas duas argolas, nas extremidades do peitoral.
25 And the other two ends of the two wreathed chains thou shalt fasten on the two casings, and put them on the shoulderpieces of the ephod on the outside thereof.
25 Prenda as duas pontas das correntes nos dois engastes e coloque-as nas ombreiras da estola sacerdotal, na frente dele.
26 And thou shalt make two rings of gold, and thou shalt put them on the two ends of the breastplate on its border, which is on the opposite side of the ephod, inward.
26 Faça também duas argolas de ouro e coloque-as nas duas extremidades do peitoral, na sua borda interior junto à estola sacerdotal.
27 And thou shalt make two more rings of gold, and shalt put them on the two shoulderpieces of the ephod underneath, toward its front part, close by its seam, above the girdle of the ephod.
27 Faça também duas argolas de ouro e coloque-as nas duas ombreiras da estola sacerdotal, abaixo, na frente dele, perto da sua juntura, sobre o cinto de obra esmerada da estola sacerdotal.
28 And they shall fasten the breastplate by its rings unto the rings of the ephod with a lace of blue, that it may remain on the girdle of the ephod, and that the breastplate be not loosed from the ephod.
28 E ligarão o peitoral com as suas argolas às argolas da estola sacerdotal por cima com uma fita azul, para que esteja sobre o cinto da estola sacerdotal; e nunca o peitoral se separará da estola sacerdotal.
29 And Aaron shall bear the names of the children of Israel in the breastplate of judgment upon his heart, when he goeth in unto the holy place, for a memorial before the Lord continually.
29 Assim, Arão levará os nomes dos filhos de Israel no peitoral do juízo sobre o seu coração, quando entrar no santuário, para memória diante do Senhor continuamente.
30 And thou shalt put into the breastplate of judgment the Urim and the Thummim, and they shall be upon Aarons heart, when he goeth in before the Lord; and Aaron shall bear the judgment of the children of Israel upon his heart before the Lord continually.
30 — Ponha também no peitoral do juízo o Urim e o Tumim, para que estejam sobre o coração de Arão, quando entrar diante do Senhor ; assim, Arão levará o juízo dos filhos de Israel sobre o seu coração diante do Senhor continuamente.
31 And thou shalt make the robe of the ephod altogether of blue woolen yarn.
31 — Faça também a sobrepeliz da estola sacerdotal toda de pano azul.
32 And there shall be an opening in the top of it, in the midst thereof; it shall have a binding of woven work, round about its opening, as it is on the opening of a habergeon, so shall it be thereon, that it be not rent.
32 No meio dela haverá uma abertura para a cabeça. Essa abertura será rematada, como a abertura de uma gola, para que não se rasgue.
33 And thou shalt make on its lower hem pomegranates of blue, and purple, and scarlet yarn, round about its lower hem; and bells of gold between them round about:
33 Em toda a borda da sobrepeliz coloque romãs de pano azul, púrpura e carmesim; e sininhos de ouro no meio delas.
34 A golden bell and a pomegranate, a golden bell and a pomegranate, on the lower hem of the robe round about.
34 Haverá em toda a borda da sobrepeliz um sininho de ouro e uma romã, outro sininho de ouro e outra romã.
35 And it shall be upon Aaron when he ministereth; and his sound shall be heard when he goeth in into the holy place before the Lord, and when he cometh out, that he die not.
35 Esta sobrepeliz estará sobre Arão quando ministrar, para que se ouça o som dos sininhos quando ele entrar no santuário diante do Senhor e quando sair; e isso para que não morra.
36 And thou shalt make a plate of pure gold, and grave upon it, like the engraving of a signet, Holy unto the Lord.
36 — Faça também uma lâmina de ouro puro e grave nela à maneira de gravuras de sinetes as seguintes palavras: “Santidade ao Senhor ”.
37 And thou shalt fasten it on a lace of blue, and it shall be upon the mitre; upon the front of the mitre shall it be.
37 Amarre essa lâmina com um cordão de pano azul, de maneira que esteja na mitra; bem na frente da mitra estará.
38 And it shall be upon Aarons forehead; and Aaron shall atone for the iniquity of the holy things, which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; and it shall be upon his forehead always, that they may be received in favor before the Lord.
38 E estará sobre a testa de Arão, para que Arão leve a iniquidade concernente às coisas santas que os filhos de Israel consagrarem em todas as ofertas de suas coisas santas. Essa lâmina sempre estará sobre a testa de Arão, para que eles sejam aceitos diante do Senhor .
39 And thou shalt make the coat of linen checkered, and thou shalt make a mitre of linen, and a girdle shalt thou make of embroiderers work.
39 — Você tecerá a túnica de linho fino e fará uma mitra de linho fino e um cinto de obra de bordador.
40 And for Aarons sons shalt thou make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles; and bonnets thou shalt make for them, for glory and for ornament.
40 — Para os filhos de Arão você fará túnicas, cintos e turbantes, para que lhes deem glória e beleza.
41 And thou shalt clothe therewith Aaron thy brother, and his sons with him; and thou shalt anoint them, and consecrate them, and sanctify them, that they may be priests unto me.
41 Com essas roupas vista o seu irmão Arão, bem como os filhos dele; unja, consagre e santifique-os, para que me sirvam como sacerdotes.
42 And thou shalt make them linen breeches to cover their nakedness; from the loins even unto the thighs shall they reach.
42 Faça também calções de linho para eles, para cobrirem a pele nua; irão da cintura às coxas.
43 And they shall be upon Aaron, and upon his sons, when they come in unto the tabernacle of the congregation, or when they come near unto the altar to minister in the holy place; that they bear not iniquity, and die; a statute for ever shall it be for him and for his seed after him.
43 Esses calções estarão sobre Arão e sobre seus filhos, quando entrarem na tenda do encontro ou quando se aproximarem do altar para ministrar no santuário, para que não incorram em iniquidade e morram. Isto será estatuto perpétuo para ele e para sua posteridade depois dele.
