¹ The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice; let the multitude of isles be glad [thereof].

¹ O SENHOR reina; regozije-se a terra; fique feliz a multidão das ilhas com isso.

² Clouds and darkness [are] round about him; righteousness and judgment [are] the seat of his throne.

² Nuvens e trevas estão ao redor dele; justiça e juízo são a habitação do seu trono.

³ A fire shall go before him and burn up his enemies round about.

³ Um fogo vai diante dele, e queima os seus inimigos ao redor.

⁴ His lightnings enlightened the world; the earth saw and trembled.

⁴ Seus relâmpagos iluminaram o mundo; a terra viu e tremeu.

⁵ The mountains melted like wax at the presence of the LORD, at the presence of the Lord of the whole earth.

⁶ The heavens declare his righteousness, and all the peoples see his glory.

⁶ Os céus declaram a sua justiça, e todos os povos veem a sua glória.

⁷ Let all those that serve graven images be confounded, those that boast of idols; worship him, all [ye] gods.

⁷ Confundidos estão todos aqueles que servem a imagens esculpidas, que se gabam de ídolos; adorai-o, todos vós deuses.

⁸ Zion heard and was glad; and the daughters of Judah rejoiced because of thy judgments, O LORD.

⁸ Sião ouviu, e se alegrou; e as filhas de Judá se regozijaram por causa dos teus julgamentos, ó SENHOR.

⁹ For thou, O LORD, [art] high above all the earth; thou art exalted far above all gods.

⁹ Pois tu, SENHOR, estás muito acima de toda a terra; tu és exaltado muito acima de todos os deuses.

¹⁰ Ye that love the LORD [are to] hate evil; he preserves the souls of his saints; he delivers them out of the hand of the wicked.

¹⁰ Vós que amais o SENHOR, odiai o mal; ele preserva as almas dos seus santos; ele os livra da mão dos perversos.

¹¹ Light is sown for the righteous and gladness for the upright in heart.

¹¹ A luz é semeada para o justo, e a alegria para os retos de coração.

¹² Rejoice in the LORD, ye righteous, and give thanks at the remembrance of his holiness.:

¹² Regozijai-vos no SENHOR, vós justos; e dai graças à lembrança da sua santidade.
