Ezequiel 5

1 And thou, son of man, take a sharp knife, take a barber's razor, and cause [it] to pass upon thine head and upon thy beard; then take balances to weigh, and divide the [hair].
1 E tu, filho do homem, toma uma faca afiada, toma uma navalha de barbeiro, e faze-a passar sobre a tua cabeça e sobre a tua barba; então toma uma balança de pesar, e divide o cabelo.
2 Thou shalt burn with fire a third part in the midst of the city, when the days of the siege are fulfilled; and thou shalt take a third part [and] smite about it with a knife; and a third part thou shalt scatter in the wind; and I will draw out a sword after them.
2 Tu queimarás com fogo uma terça parte, no meio da cidade, quando os dias do cerco se cumprirem; e tu tomarás uma terça parte, e feri-la-ás ao redor com uma faca; e uma terça parte espalharás ao vento; e eu desembainharei uma espada atrás deles.
3 Thou shalt also take thereof a few in number and bind them in the skirt of thy garment.
3 Tu também tomarás dali um pequeno número, e atá-los-ás às tuas saias.
4 Then take of them again and cast them into the midst of the fire and burn them in the fire; [for] thereof shall a fire come forth into all the house of Israel.
4 Então, toma deles novamente e lança-os no meio do fogo, e queima-os no fogo; pois dali sairá um fogo que entrará em toda a casa de Israel.
5 Thus hath the Lord GOD said: This [is] Jerusalem; I have set her in the midst of the Gentiles and of the lands [that are] round about her.
5 Assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Esta é Jerusalém; eu a coloquei no meio das nações e das terras que estão ao redor dela.
6 And she has changed my judgments and my statutes into wickedness more than the Gentiles and more than the lands that [are] round about her; for they have disregarded my judgments and my commandments and have not walked in them.
6 E ela mudou os meus juízos em perversidade, mais do que as nações, e os meus estatutos mais do que os países que estão ao redor dela; porque rejeitaram os meus juízos e os meus estatutos, e não andaram neles.
7 Therefore thus hath the Lord GOD said: Because [I] multiplied you more than the Gentiles that [are] round about you, ye have not walked in my commandments, neither have ye kept my judgments. Ye have not even acted according to the judgments of the Gentiles that [are] round about you.
7 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Porque multiplicastes mais do que as nações que estão ao redor de vós, e não andastes nos meus estatutos, nem guardastes os meus juízos, nem fizestes de acordo com os juízos das nações que estão ao redor de vós.
8 Therefore thus hath the Lord GOD said: Behold, I, even I, [am] against thee and will execute judgments in the midst of thee in the sight of the Gentiles.
8 Portanto, assim diz o Senhor DEUS: Eis que eu, eu mesmo, estou contra ti; e executarei juízos no meio de ti à vista das nações.
9 And I will do in thee that which I have not done and whereunto I will not do any more the like because of all thine abominations.
9 E eu farei contigo o que nunca fiz, nem voltarei a fazer coisa semelhante, por causa de todas as tuas abominações.
10 For the fathers shall eat the sons in the midst of thee, and the sons shall eat their fathers; and I will execute judgments in thee, and the whole remnant of thee I will scatter into all the winds.
10 Portanto, os pais comerão a seus filhos no meio de ti, e os filhos comerão a seus pais; e eu executarei juízos em ti, e a todos os teus remanescentes, eu espalharei a todos os ventos.
11 Therefore, [as] I live, said the Lord GOD, surely, because thou hast defiled my sanctuary with all thy contaminations and with all thine abominations, therefore I will also destroy [thee]; neither shall my eye forgive, neither will I have mercy.
11 Portanto, como eu vivo, diz o Senhor DEUS; certamente, porque tens contaminado o meu santuário com todas as tuas coisas detestáveis, e com todas as tuas abominações, por isso, eu também te diminuirei; nem meu olho poupará, nem terei pena alguma.
12 A third part of thee shall die of pestilence, and shall be consumed with famine in the midst of thee, and a third part shall fall by the sword round about thee, and I will scatter a third part into all the winds, and I will draw out a sword after them.
12 Uma terça parte de ti morrerá com a peste, e com fome será consumida no meio de ti; e uma terça parte cairá pela espada ao redor de ti; e eu espalharei uma terça parte a todos os ventos, e desembainharei a espada atrás deles.
13 Thus shall my anger be accomplished, and I will cause my fury to cease in them, and I will be comforted; and they shall know that I the LORD have spoken [it] in my zeal when I have accomplished my fury in them.
13 Assim, minha ira se cumprirá, e eu farei minha fúria descansar sobre eles, e me consolarei; e saberão que eu, o SENHOR, tenho falado isso no meu zelo, quando eu tiver cumprido a minha fúria neles.
14 And I will make thee a desert and a reproach among the Gentiles that [are] round about thee, in the sight of all that pass by.
14 Além disso, eu farei de ti lixo e vergonha entre as nações que estão ao redor de ti, à vista de todos os que passarem.
15 And thou shalt be a reproach and a dishonour, and a chastisement and a terror unto the Gentiles that [are] round about thee when I shall execute judgments in thee in anger and in fury and in furious rebukes. I, the LORD, have spoken.
15 Então ele será uma vergonha e um escárnio, uma instrução e um espanto às nações que estão ao redor de ti, quando eu executar juízos em ti, na ira, e na fúria, e com repreensões furiosas. Eu, o SENHOR, tenho falado isso.
16 When I shall send upon them the evil arrows of famine, which shall be for [their] destruction [and] which I will send to destroy you, then I will increase the famine upon you and will destroy your sustenance of bread.
16 Quando eu enviar sobre eles as malignas flechas da fome, que servirão para destruição deles, e as quais eu enviarei para vos destruir; e aumentarei a fome sobre vós, e vos quebrarei o báculo do pão.
17 So I will send upon you famine and evil beasts that will destroy thee; and pestilence and blood shall pass through thee; and I will bring the sword upon thee. I, the LORD, have spoken.:
17 Assim eu enviarei sobre vós a fome, e animais malignos, e eles te desolarão; e peste e sangue passarão por ti; e trarei a espada sobre ti. Eu, o SENHOR, tenho falado isso.
