1 He that is wounded in the stones or is castrated shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
1 Aquele a quem forem trilhados os testículos ou cortado o membro viril não entrará na assembleia do Senhor .
2 A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD.
2 Nenhum bastardo entrará na assembleia do Senhor ; nem ainda a sua décima geração entrará nela.
3 An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever,
3 Nenhum amonita ou moabita entrará na assembleia do Senhor ; nem ainda a sua décima geração entrará na assembleia do Senhor , eternamente.
4 because they did not meet you with bread and with water in the way when ye came forth out of Egypt and because they hired against thee Balaam, the son of Beor of Pethor of Mesopotamia, to curse thee.
4 Porquanto não foram ao vosso encontro com pão e água, no caminho, quando saíeis do Egito; e porque alugaram contra ti Balaão, filho de Beor, de Petor, da Mesopotâmia, para te amaldiçoar.
5 Nevertheless the LORD thy God would not hearken unto Balaam, but the LORD thy God turned the curse into a blessing unto thee because the LORD thy God loved thee.
5 Porém o Senhor , teu Deus, não quis ouvir a Balaão; antes, trocou em bênção a maldição, porquanto o Senhor , teu Deus, te amava.
6 Thou shalt not seek their peace nor their prosperity all thy days for ever.
6 Não lhes procurarás nem paz nem bem em todos os teus dias, para sempre.
7 Thou shalt not abhor an Edomite, for he [is] thy brother; thou shalt not abhor an Egyptian because thou wast a stranger in his land.
7 Não aborrecerás o edomita, pois é teu irmão; nem aborrecerás o egípcio, pois estrangeiro foste na sua terra.
8 The sons that are begotten of them shall enter into the congregation of the LORD in their third generation.
8 Os filhos que lhes nascerem na terceira geração, cada um deles entrará na assembleia do Senhor .
9 When the host goes forth against thine enemies, then keep thyself from every evil thing.
9 Quando sair o exército contra os teus inimigos, então, te guardarás de toda coisa má.
10 When there is among you any man that is not clean by reason of uncleanness that chances by night, then he shall go abroad out of the camp; he shall not come within the camp.
10 Se houver entre vós alguém que, por motivo de polução noturna, não esteja limpo, sairá do acampamento; não permanecerá nele.
11 And it shall be when evening comes, he shall wash [himself] with water, and when the sun is down, he shall come into the camp [again].
11 Porém, em declinando a tarde, lavar-se-á em água; e, posto o sol, entrará para o meio do acampamento.
12 Thou shalt have a place also outside the camp where thou shalt go forth abroad;
12 Também haverá um lugar fora do acampamento, para onde irás.
13 and thou shalt have a stake among thy weapons; and it shall be when thou wilt ease thyself abroad, thou shalt dig with it and shalt turn back and cover thy excrement;
13 Dentre as tuas armas terás um porrete; e, quando te abaixares fora, cavarás com ele e, volvendo-te, cobrirás o que defecaste.
14 for the LORD thy God walks in the midst of thy camp to deliver thee and to give up thine enemies before thee; therefore, shall thy camp be holy: that he see no unclean thing in thee and turn away from thee.
14 Porquanto o Senhor , teu Deus, anda no meio do teu acampamento para te livrar e para entregar-te os teus inimigos; portanto, o teu acampamento será santo, para que ele não veja em ti coisa indecente e se aparte de ti.
15 Thou shalt not deliver unto his master the servant who is escaped from his master unto thee.
15 Não entregarás ao seu senhor o escravo que, tendo fugido dele, se acolher a ti.
16 He shall dwell with thee, [even] among you, in that place which he shall choose in one of thy gates where he likes it best; thou shalt not oppress him.
16 Contigo ficará, no meio de ti, no lugar que escolher, em alguma de tuas cidades onde lhe agradar; não o oprimirás.
17 There shall be no female cult prostitutes of the daughters of Israel nor any male cult prostitutes of the sons of Israel.
17 Das filhas de Israel não haverá quem se prostitua no serviço do templo, nem dos filhos de Israel haverá quem o faça.
18 Thou shalt not bring the hire of a whore, or the price of a dog, into the house of the LORD thy God for any vow; for even both these [are] abomination unto the LORD thy God.
18 Não trarás salário de prostituição nem preço de sodomita à Casa do Senhor , teu Deus, por qualquer voto; porque uma e outra coisa são igualmente abomináveis ao Senhor , teu Deus.
19 Thou shalt not lend upon usury to thy brother, usury of money, usury of food, usury of any thing that is lent upon usury.
19 A teu irmão não emprestarás com juros, seja dinheiro, seja comida ou qualquer coisa que é costume se emprestar com juros.
20 Unto a stranger thou may lend upon usury, but unto thy brother thou shalt not lend upon usury that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thy hands upon the land which thou doest enter in to inherit.
20 Ao estrangeiro emprestarás com juros, porém a teu irmão não emprestarás com juros, para que o Senhor , teu Deus, te abençoe em todos os teus empreendimentos na terra a qual passas a possuir.
21 When thou shalt vow a vow unto the LORD thy God, thou shalt not delay to pay it; for the LORD thy God will surely require it of thee; and it would be sin in thee.
21 Quando fizeres algum voto ao Senhor , teu Deus, não tardarás em cumpri-lo; porque o Senhor , teu Deus, certamente, o requererá de ti, e em ti haverá pecado.
22 But if thou shalt forbear to vow, it shall not be sin in thee.
22 Porém, abstendo-te de fazer o voto, não haverá pecado em ti.
23 That which is gone out of thy lips thou shalt keep and perform, that which thou hast promised unto the LORD thy God, that which thou hast spoken of thy free will with thy mouth.
23 O que proferiram os teus lábios, isso guardarás e o farás, porque votaste livremente ao Senhor , teu Deus, o que falaste com a tua boca.
24 When thou comest into thy neighbour's vineyard, then thou may eat grapes, thy fill at thine own pleasure; but thou shalt not put [any] in thy vessel.
24 Quando entrares na vinha do teu próximo, comerás uvas segundo o teu desejo, até te fartares, porém não as levarás no cesto.
25 When thou comest into the standing grain of thy neighbour, then thou may pluck the ears with thine hand; but thou shalt not move a sickle unto thy neighbour's standing grain.:
25 Quando entrares na seara do teu próximo, com as mãos arrancarás as espigas; porém na seara não meterás a foice.
