1 Send yee a lambe to the ruler of the worlde from the rocke of the wildernesse, vnto the mountaine of the daughter Zion.
1 Enviai vós o cordeiro para o governante da terra, desde Selá em direção ao deserto, até o monte da filha de Sião.
2 For it shall be as a birde that flieth, and a nest forsaken: the daughters of Moab shall be at the foordes of Arnon.
2 Porque será que, como um pássaro fugitivo, lançado para fora do ninho, assim as filhas de Moabe estarão nos vaus de Arnon.
3 Gather a cousel, execute iudgement: make thy shadowe as the night in the midday: hide them that are chased out: bewray not him that is fled.
3 Toma conselho, executa o juízo. Faze tua sombra como a noite no meio do meio-dia. Esconde os rejeitados, não reveles o paradeiro daqueles que andam perambulando.
4 Let my banished dwell with thee: Moab be thou their couert from the face of the destroyer: for the extortioner shall ende: the destroyer shalbe consumed, and the oppressour shall cease out of the land.
4 Deixa meus rejeitados habitarem contigo, Moabe. Sê tu um abrigo para eles contra a face do saqueador, porque o que extorque está ao fim, o saqueador cessa, os opressores são consumidos da terra.
5 And in mercy shall the throne be prepared, and hee shall sit vpon it in stedfastnesse, in the tabernacle of Dauid, iudging, and seeking iudgement, and hasting iustice.
5 E em misericórdia será o trono estabelecido, e ele sentar-se-á sobre o trono em verdade dentro do tabernáculo de Davi, julgando e requerendo julgamento, e apressando justiça.
6 We haue heard of the pride of Moab, (he is very proud) euen his pride, and his arrogancie, and his indignation, but his lies shall not be so.
6 Nós temos ouvido do orgulho de Moabe. Ele é muito orgulhoso. E de sua arrogância, e seu orgulho, e sua ira. Porém, suas mentiras não serão assim.
7 Therefore shall Moab howle vnto Moab: euery one shall howle: for the foundations of Kirhareseth shall ye mourne, yet they shalbe striken.
7 Portanto, Moabe gemerá por Moabe. Cada um gemerá, porque os alicerces de Quir-Haresete vós ireis prantear; certamente eles serão atingidos.
8 For ye vineyards of Heshbon are cut downe, and the vine of Sibmah: the lordes of the heathen haue broken the principal vines thereof: they are come vnto Iaazer: they wandred in the wildernesse: her goodly branches stretched out them selues, and went ouer the sea.
8 Porque os campos de Hesbom definham e a vinha de Sibma. Os senhores dos pagãos têm destruído as principais plantas daquele lugar. Eles estão vindo até Jazer. Eles perambularam através do deserto. Seus galhos estão estendidos, eles atravessam o mar.
9 Therefore will I weepe with the weeping of Iaazer, and of the vine of Sibmah, O Heshbon: and Elealeh, I will make thee drunke with my teares, because vpon thy sommer fruits, and vpon thy haruest a showting is fallen.
9 Portanto, eu irei lamentar com o choro de Jazer a vinha de Sibma. Eu irei te molhar com minhas lágrimas, ó Hesbom e Eleale, porque as altas vozes motivadas pelas tuas frutas de verão e tua colheita são arruinadas.
10 And gladnes is taken away, and ioy out of the plentifull fielde: and in the vineyardes shall be no singing nor shouting for ioy: the treader shall not tread wine in the wine presses: I haue caused the reioycing to cease.
10 E o júbilo é removido, e a alegria, para fora do campo fértil. E nas vinhas não haverá canto, nem haverá altas vozes. Os vinhateiros não pisarão o vinho em seus lagares. Eu tenho feito as altas vozes de sua vindima cessarem.
11 Wherefore, my bowels shall sounde like an harpe for Moab, and mine inwarde partes for Ker-haresh.
11 Por conseguinte, minhas entranhas soarão como uma harpa por Moabe, e meu íntimo por Quir-Haresete.
12 And when it shall appeare that Moab shall be wearie of his hie places, then shall hee come to his temple to praie, but he shall not preuaile.
12 E acontecerá, quando for visto que Moabe está cansado no lugar elevado, que ele virá ao seu santuário para orar, porém ele não prevalecerá.
13 This is the word that the Lord hath spoken against Moab since that time.
13 Esta é a palavra que o SENHOR tem falado a respeito de Moabe desde aquele tempo.
14 And nowe the Lord hath spoken, saying, In three yeres, as the yeeres of a hireling, and the glorie of Moab shall be contemned in all the great multitude, and the remnant shalbe very small and feeble.
14 Porém, agora o SENHOR tem falado, dizendo: Dentro de três anos, como os anos de um diarista, a glória de Moabe será desprezada, com toda aquela grande multidão, e o remanescente será muito pequeno e frágil.
