1 યાહાટી, હર જાત્યા ખારાબ વેવહારથી દુર રા, બીજહાન દોગો મા દાહા, કપટી, ડોંગી મા બોનહા, બીજહાન ઓદરાય નાંય કોઅના, એને બીજહા વિરુદ ખારાબ વાતો નાંય આખના.
1 Deponde, pois, toda malícia, toda astúcia, fingimentos, invejas e toda espécie de maledicência.
2 જ્યેં રીતે યોક નોવો જન્મો લેદલા પોહા પોતાની આયહે દુદ પિયાં ઇચ્છા રાખહે, તેહેકેનુજ તુમાબી પોરમેહેરા વચન હિકના ઇચ્છા રાખા એટલે તુમા લોક આત્મિક રુપામાય મજબુત બોની હોકે. તોવે પોરમેહેર તુમહાન એને યા દુનિયાથી બોચાવી.
2 as newborn babes desire earnestly the pure mental milk of the word, that by it ye may grow up to salvation,
3 કાહાકા જેહેકેન પવિત્રશાસ્ત્ર આખહે, “તુમહાય અનુભવથી જાંઅયાહા કા પ્રભુ દયાળુ હેય.”
3 if indeed ye have tasted that the Lord {is} good.
4 આમી તુમા પ્રભુ ઈસુપાય યેનહા, જો યોક ઈમારતે પાયામાય થોવલો યોક મહત્વા દોગાડા હારકો હેય, બાકી તો જીવતો દોગાડ હેય. કોલહાક લોકહાય ચ્યાલ નાકારી દેનલો આતો, બાકી પોરમેહેરે ચ્યાલ નિવડયો એને ચ્યાલ બોજ કિમતી ગોણહે.

5 એને જ્યેં રીતે લોક દોગડાહા થી ગુઉ બોનાડતેહે, ચ્યે રીતે પોરમેહેર તુમહાન યોકહાતે યોકા ટોળામાય જોડી રિયહો જ્યામાય પોરમેહેરા આત્મા રોહે, એટલે જીં ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તાય આમેહાટી કોઅયા, ચ્યાથી તુમા ચ્યા યાજકાહા હારકા જ્યા બલિદાન ચોડાવતાહા, ઓહડે કામે કોઆ જ્યેં પોરમેહેરાલ પ્રસન્ન કોઅતેહે.
5 yourselves also, as living stones, are being built up a spiritual house, a holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 ઈ તેહેકેનુજ હેય જેહેકેન પોરમેહેર પવિત્રશાસ્ત્રમાય આખહે, “એઆ, માયે યોક મુખ્ય ખૂણા કિમતી દોગાડ નિવડયોહો, જો સીયોન શેહેરામાય ગોઆલ મજબુત બોનાવાહાટી ઉપયોગ કોઅલો જાહાય, એને જો કાદોબી ચ્યાવોય બોરહો કોઅહે, તો શરમાયી નાંય.”
6 Because it is contained in the scripture: Behold, I lay in Zion a corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believes on him shall not be put to shame.
7 ઓ દોગાડ તુમહેહાટી બોજ કિમતી હેય, જ્યેં ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તાવોય બોરહો કોઅતેહે, બાકી જ્યા લોક ચ્યાવોય બોરહો નાંય કોએત ચ્યાહા બારામાય પવિત્રશાસ્ત્ર આખહે કા, “જો દોગાડ કોડયાહાય ઉપયોગ કોઅના નકામ્યો ગણ્યો, તો ઈમારતે પાયામાય બોદહાથી કિમતી દોગાડ બોની ગીયહો.”
7 To you therefore who believe {is} the preciousness; but to the disobedient, the stone which the builders cast away as worthless, this is become head of {the} corner,
8 એને પાછી પવિત્રશાસ્ત્ર ઇબી આખહે, “તો ઓહડો દોગાડ હેય જ્યાથી લોકહાન ઠોકાર લાગહે, ઓહડા ખોલકડા હેય, જ્યાથી ચ્યે ઠોકાર ખાતહેં,” કાહાકા ચ્યે વચનાવોય બોરહો કોઅરા નાંય માગેત, યાહાટી ચ્યે ઠોકાર ખાયન પોડી જાતહેં, પોરમેહેરે ચ્યાહા હાતે ઈ ઓઅના યોજના બોનાડીહી.
8 and a stone of stumbling and rock of offence; {who} stumble at the word, being disobedient to which also they have been appointed.
9 બાકી તુમા પોરમેહેરા નિવાડલા લોક, એને ચ્યા યાજક હેતા, જો રાજા હેય, તુમા લોક પોરમેહેરાહાટી સમર્પિત એને ચ્યા ખાસ લોક હેતા. ચ્યે તુમહાન આંદારામાઅને પોતાના અદભુત ઉજવાડામાય હાદ્યાહા, એટલે તુમા ચ્યા અદભુત કામહા ઘોષણા કોઅય હોકે.
9 But *ye* {are} a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;
10 પવિત્રશાસ્ત્રામાય હાચ્ચાંજ લોખ્યાહાં, કા તુમા પેલ્લા પોરમેહેરા લોક નાંય આતા, બાકી આમી પોરમેહેરા લોક હેતા. પેલ્લા તુમા પોરમેહેરા દયાલ નાંય જાઅતા આતા બાકી આમી તુમા યાલ જાંઅતાહા કાહાકા ચ્યાય પેલ્લેથીજ તુમહાવોય પોતાની દયા દેખાડીહી.
10 who once {were} not a people, but now God's people; who were not enjoying mercy, but now have found mercy.
11 ઓ બાહા એને બોઅયેહેય, તુમા યા દુનિયામાય પરદેશી એને મુસાફીર હારકા હેતા, આંય તુમા લોકહાન વિનાંતી કોઅતાહાંવ કા ચ્યો બોદ્યો શરીરા ખારાબ ઇચ્છાહાથી બોચા કાહાકા યો તુમહે આત્માહા વિરુદ કોઅત્યોહો.
11 Beloved, I exhort {you}, as strangers and sojourners, to abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;
12 અવિસ્વાસી લોકહાવોચમાય તુમહે જીવન હારાં રા જોજે, કાહાકા જ્યાથી કા જ્યા બારામાય ચ્યે તુમહાન ખારાબ માનીન તુમહે નિંદા કોઅતેહે, ચ્યે તુમહે હારેં કામે દેખીન ઈસુ પાછા યેયના દિહામાય પોરમેહેરા મહિમા કોએ.
12 having your conversation honest among the Gentiles, that {as to that} in which they speak against you as evildoers, they may through {your} good works, {themselves} witnessing {them}, glorify God in {the} day of visitation.
13 આમહાય ચ્યે બોદયે સત્તાયેહે આધીન રોઅના હેય, જ્યેહેન માઅહાથી નિવાડલ્યો જાત્યોહો, કાહાકા ઈ પ્રભુ ઇચ્છા હેય, રાજા આધીન રા, જો બોદહાવોય રાજ કોઅહે.

14 એને રાજ્યપાલા બી આધીન રા કાહાકા તોજ હેય જ્યા ઉપયોગ રાજા ચ્યા લોકહાન ડૉડ દાંહાટી કોઅહે જ્યાહા કામે ખારાબ હેય એને ચ્યા લોકહા વાહવા કોઅરાહાટી જ્યાહા કામે હારેં હેતેં.
14 or to rulers as sent by him, for vengeance on evildoers, and praise to them that do well.
15 કાહાકા પોરમેહેરા ઇચ્છા ઓહડી હેય, તુમા હારાં કામ કોઆ એટલે તુમા ચ્યા મૂર્ખ લોકહાન તુમહે વિરુદ ગલત દોષ થોવના થી રોકી હોકે જ્યેં પોરમેહેરાલ નાંય જાંએત.
15 Because so is the will of God, that by well-doing ye put to silence the ignorance of senseless men;
16 તુમા લોક પોતે પોતાલ છુટકારો મિળલો જાંઅયા કાહાકા આમહે પ્રભુ ઈસુ ખ્રિસ્તાય પેલ્લેથીજ તુમહે છુટકો કોઅયહો, બાકી યા છુટકા પાહલા ખારાબ કામે મા કોઅહા, બાકી તુમા પોરમેહેરા સેવાકાહા હારકો વેવહાર કોઆ.
16 as free, and not as having liberty as a cloak of malice, but as God's bondmen.
17 બોદહા આદર કોઆ, પોતાના બોદા વિસ્વાસ્યાહાવોય પ્રેમ કોઆ, પોરમેહેરા દાક રાખા, રાજા સન્માન કોઆ.
17 Shew honour to all, love the brotherhood, fear God, honour the king.
18 ઓ ચાકારાહાય, હરેક જાત્યા દાક રાખીન પોતાના માલિકાહા આધીન રોયન ચ્યાહા આગનાયેહે પાલન કોઆ, એહેકેન બોદયે જાત્યા માલિકાહા હાતે કોઆ પાછે ચ્યા દયાળુ એને હારાં ઓએ કા કડાક ઓએ.
18 Servants, {be} subject with all fear to your masters, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the ill-tempered.
19 કાહાકા પોરમેહેર બોદાંજ જાંઅહે એહે જાઇન અન્યાયા થી દુઃખ ઉઠાવતા કષ્ટ સહન કોઅતેહે, તે પોરમેહેર આમહે થી રાજી ઓઅહે.
19 For this {is} acceptable, if one, for conscience sake towards God, endure griefs, suffering unjustly.
20 કાહાકા જો તુમહાય બુલ કોઇન માર ખાદહો, તે ડોંડ મિળના થી ધીરજ રાખનામાય તુમહે વાહવા કોઅના કાય કારણ નાંય હેય. બાકી જો હારાં કામ કોઇન દુઃખ ઉઠાવતાહા એને ધીરજ રાખતાહા, તે યાકોય પોરમેહેર રાજી ઓઅહે.
20 For what glory {is it}, if sinning and being buffeted ye shall bear {it}? but if, doing good and suffering, ye shall bear {it}, this is acceptable with God.
21 એને તુમહાન યાહાટીજ હાદ્યાહા બી કાહાકા ખ્રિસ્તે તુમહેહાટી દુઃખ ઉઠાવીન, તુમહાન યોક નમુનો દેય ગીયહો કા તુમાબી ચ્યા પાગહા નિશાણ્યેહેવોય ચાલા.
21 For to this have ye been called; for Christ also has suffered for you, leaving you a model that ye should follow in his steps:
22 પવિત્રશાસ્ત્ર આખહે, “નાંય તે ચ્યાય પાપ કોઅયો, એને નાંય ચ્યે કોદહી જુઠા બોલ્યો, યોક વોખાત બી નાંય.”
22 who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth;
23 ચ્યાય નિંદા કોઅનારાહા બી નિંદા નાંય કોઅયી, એને જોવે ચ્યાલ દુઃખ દેના તે ચ્યાય કાદાલ દોમકી નાંય દેની, બાકી ચ્યે પોતે પોતાલ પોરમેહેરા આથામાય હોઅપી દેના જો કાયામ હાચ્ચાયેથી લોકહા ન્યાય કોઅહે.
23 who, {when} reviled, reviled not again; {when} suffering, threatened not; but gave {himself} over into the hands of him who judges righteously;
24 તો પોતેજ આમહે પાપહાલ પોતાના શરીરાવોય લેયને હુળીખાંબાવોય ચોડી ગીયો, જ્યાથી આમા પાપહાહાટી મોઅયન ન્યાયપણાહાટી જીવન જીવજે, એને ચ્યા ઘાવહાથી આમા હારાં ઓઅય ગીયહા.
24 who himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, in order that, being dead to sins, we may live to righteousness: by whose stripes ye have been healed.
25 તુમા પેલ્લે ટાકાલા ગેટહા હારકે આતેં, બાકી આમી તુમા ખ્રિસ્તાપાય ફિરી યેનહા જો તુમહે આત્માહા અધ્યક્ષ એને રાખવાળ્યો હેય.
25 For ye were going astray as sheep, but have now returned to the shepherd and overseer of your souls.
